I tolerate this because I have deliveries from companies using FEDEX. My regular delivery person is just a great person and always goes above and beyond. If you could fix this app it would make my entire experience the best!
poor service. lost package, can't sign up for " manage my deliveries". was supposed to be 2 day delivery, well past that window. automated help is useless. small claims will have to be done
Can't log in app at all, everytime I try to I get a messages that says "log in unsuccessful try back in a few minutes." I end up logging in online.
The app give error message if I try to update the notification preference I uninstalled and reinstalled when I try to log in it says an account already exist with this address, I cannot get any app notification like I do with UPS or dhl

Update 05/08/2026 This app is now complete trash! No longer allows me to use the Send Updates option to get text or email alerts. And the map icon no longer works 😡 Too many packages get stolen at our apartment building & now I can't even get a text to tell me when something is delivered. Can't call FedEx either. Update 10/18/2023 - Downgrading to 2 stars. The last update broke the app. It won't retain tracking info. I have to put the tracking number in every time I want to check on a package.
Their job is package delivery but they never seem to know where packages are.
Slow, and not able to get updates on a current package because it kept saying it cannot complete it at this time. Very frustrating.
Everytime you click on a shipment it bothers you about turning on notifications even with notifications already enabled. often endlessly loops while loading requiring app restart.

The app and company are both of no use to me, deliveries seem to be in a loop and delivered late or to wrong place. i keep getting notifications about delivery on said date and receive it days later or not at all.
very displeased with the app at this time! I USED to be able to set it for notifications of delivery because I'm not home all the time, but NOW I get an error about it's not available at this time and to try later. I used the app because I didn't want to clutter my email with notifications 😕 I have a LOT shipped through fedex. it would be nice if y'all would fix it!

Trash app and website. Requesting to have the package held is not possible. Virtual assistant is also useless. Let see if calling the phone number will just tell me to visit the app or website by a machine. If I do happen to speak to a human, I wonder if they too will tell me to visit the app or website to put in the request. Unable to input my residential address because it thinks I put in a business address. I think this is just a trap for people to register and provide zero service.

are yall ever going to deliver a package on time ? like ever ? Man I hate when I get stuck having to rely on FedEx. UPS runs circles around yall.

Ive been waiting on a package to be delivered for 7 months. I've paid over $12,600 dollars on this package. Ive been dealing with a woman by the name of Amanda Linda and her personal delivery man Stephen Kelvin. They both give us the run around and keep adding fees to the package and will never give you a Statement what the fee is for and then charged $3,000 for the tracking # and two months later they refuse to provide the tracking # or and statements The driver called that he needed 700.00
Basically useless. Very frustrating, I've learned the hard way to not use FedEx because they're so horrible at their jobs but a business sent me a package and they chose FedEx and here I am on day 3 of lost package and the app is worthless.
this app needs to major fixing I've tried numerous times to sign reset my password and what's up with the 25 characters when using passwords it's a waste of time I see why UPS is the best cuz they let you signup with your Gmail address fedex you've proven from time to time that your app is useless for now on when I want something delivered I'll use UPS

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service. This app cannot even find a package in their system using the tracking number. But inconsistently, it will use my address to eventually show a delivery is scheduled... and within the same info will be the tracking number it cannot find. Horrible app and terrible service.

So first of all, none of the Notifications work, at all. I have now waited 3 days since I set the app and my FedEx account up yet still I received zero notifications that I requested for deliveries. The app constantly "forgets" settings even if you don't even close the app on your phone. for such a basic app it takes quite a long time to load a simple profile page and even then it doesn't keep it up to date without having to manually refresh the page.

I Can't leave delivery instructions Soo Frustrating
Unable to login. I enter the 2-step authentication number that's texted to me and it tells me that it's incorrect. It then proceeds to send me multiple more texts all of which don't work. It's so frustrating to use that I would rather use the web version over the mobile. I've uninstalled then reinstalled a number of times just for it to go back to not working. FedEx needs to do better!
Terrible ~ can't get information
Unable to sign up. Made me activate 2 step verification when I didn't nor want to. I removed the app.
the app is about as worthless as the company and drivers are. the app crashes, packages are late for no reason and they deliver to the wrong address.
Provided multiple feedbacks to the company about this application and nothing good has happened. They did some junk changes but the ones they implemented did nothing to simplify or improved their dashboard, the data provided or it's usage or improve their processor.
Like everyone else has said, you can't set notifications because it tells you to try again later. Stutters trying to go back. You can't change any of your information like email or phone number because again it says try again later. Find someone who actually knows how to make an app, it really shouldn't be that hard in this day and age. I'm pretty sure you can get AI to make you one for like 30 bucks. Honestly, act like you care about your customers.
Don't buy anything with fedex. use usps or ups

Any simple tracking app that makes you have an account to keep your tracking number available is junk...just like this one. I should be able to open this app day to day to see my shipment without it 'forgetting' my tracking number. Get with it Fedex

Horrible app that matches FedEx's horrible service. I've been trying all day to sign up for updates; no matter if I try to receive them by email or phone, I always get the same error: cannot complete your request at this time, try a few minutes later, blah, blah, blah... minutes? Try hours! And even hours and it's no use! GARBAGE APP! GARBAGE SERVICE! GARBAGE COMPANY!
