How can you be a Global package/parcel leader if you receive this many complaints? Oh, and update...minus 1 star for continuing to NOT fix the app. Your welcome. FedEx is absolute trash.

Was always a poor app, now even less useful. Clearly written by developers with no clue as to how FedEx customers use FedEx. At least the old version allowed you to open to the aspect you used most. This version won't get you anywhere until you are at least 3 clicks in. As of this latest version, the app is very slow. The latency seems to be 10's of seconds. It also pops up annoying stuff and there does not seem to be a way to stop it from doing so. The map function almost never is working. Bad.
This is the worst app on the planet there is no information on here that is helpful. when I'm on the regular side it says go to our app Well you know your app just kind of sucks so no thank you
HORRIBLE APP! Keep getting the same message "The action you requested could not be completed at this time. Try again in a few minutes." This is to turn on notifications that SHOULD ALREADY BE TURNED ON, BUT AREN'T. Have been trying for days to get it to send me a message about status update, but apparently that's not possible. And some days it tells me I don't have a shipment on the way when I do! What is the point of a tracking app that doesn't track? This is RIDICULOUS!
The absolute worst app I've ever dealt with. Consistent crashes and phantom tracking from the past makes these app the worst ever... FedEx do better, hire someone besides a toddler to build an app for you...
The only thing slower than the app is their service. I keep having shipments delayed with no explanation, and the AI help bot is useless.

I've had the App installed for over a year. I have only ONE address, don't LOG OUT & have included ALL nicknames. When I click on the link provided by the shipper to Track, the Link sends me to the App which tells me I have NO EXPECTED Deliveries even though my updates through the Shipper tell me the "Package is Out For Delivery". STUPID, STUPID, STUPID!!!! The app has also revealed to me that I'm a Business! There HAVE been businesses in my place, & there is one in the complex but I am NOT!!!
I am extremely frustrated with the service regarding my shipment (arrived in Delhi July 1st). Since July 2nd, your staff, Priya and Monika, have repeatedly lied to me, promising that my documentation issue was resolved and the cargo would be cleared within 24 hours. It is now July 4th, and nothing has been done. I am tired of being given false timelines and empty assurances. I am not looking for more excuses; I need an immediate, honest status update and a resolution to this delay.
Complete mess. SO SLOW. 30 seconds to log in or pull up shipments. Even takes close to 10 seconds to pop up the paste options in the search box. Where is the performance testing? Is there no QA? Has just gotten worse. Can't even set up notification now. Try again later it says. Every refresh attempt ends with an error. Brand new phone so I don't think it's the device. Do yourself a favor and use the website. This app is straight garbage.
Doesn't function on Android, Motorola, with Chrome!!!
If you aren't going to let me use the map feature cuz you won't fix it then please at least delete it so I don't have to see it. Thanks!!!!
First I had to contact FedEx after the seller told me my package was with FedEx for 2 weeks. My package was supposed to be delivered sooner and FedEx kept changing the date. It won't let you track your package in real time. It kept telling me to use map and get notifications. But every time I tried, the app would say, cannot perform task at this time try again in a few minutes. FedEx kept my package 2 hours away from me for a month.
app has completely stopped working. notif pops up saying app has a bug and to try again once de elipee updates it. if I could use a different shipping service for food orders I would but its what my insurance chose to use. worked for about a month, then stopped sending notifications, constant crashing, won't track tracking numbers, anything beyond the main screen doesnt work/load/update information.
Horrible app and horrible company. Has no tracking like any other modern shipping company and app is laggy and clunky to use. Signing up for Delivery Manager is impossible as it simply tells me to try again later, but later never comes.

package not brought to my back porch as I have requested numerous times. Can't you hire drivers that are able to read the language of this country???
freezes while starting, when I try to epen the app, sometimes it takes 5 to 6 minutes to epen. Sometimes it won't start at all

Glitchy website, mobile site, and app. The worst courier any company could use. I USED TO use the app and the UI is horrible. If you use the website you have to verify yourself every 10 minutes. Can't even track the package on the map because it says the driver doesn't have a connection. Ridiculously lazy service. But they STILL push their app that isn't any better.
Delivered to the wrong address, even though, his manager said he knew where I lived.
Verification doesn't work. Sends code to a number I've never heard of and I cannot change it. I've had so many problems with this app. It gets 1 star, then I'll give up and delete this non-functional POS.

lol Indians don't do apps? no info on delivery from app unless it's linked from email. then repeatedly asks for security confirmation code. read about their poor service frequently on X but the app too?
FedEx Customer Service has limited options when you forget your password. Creating an account is a gamble, you may not show up in their records.
This app is by far the worst app ever. It tells me my address does not exist when I attempt to enroll. Yet, Fed Ex delivers packages all the time to my house. I get zero assistance from their customer assistance. I prefer UPS however, some businesses that ship to my address have contracts with Fed Ex, but I'm not sure why anyone would use them
FedEx is a joke the app is terrible and so is the company. would not recommend, ever.

FedEx notification does not work. Called customer service they transfers me to supposedly tech support. The representative was really nice and trying to help but had no clue on how the mobile app work or is. After spending 30 minutes we ended the call with no help.
Nothing works. I put in for updates and delivery status 10 times. Never received a notification. The option for send updates not working. Set it up for email notifications and still didn't receive any notifications. Can't change the address or choose pick up instead of delivery.

on the single delivery page, often (always?) gets stuck in a state where it is scrolled all the way to the bottom and can't scroll up. Also regularly says I have no shipments when i know I do. Delivery estimates often are not updated until they are already missed
New update has bug. Keeps saying to update to fix, but this is the latest update.

App was fine until last week...Now it's non working garbage. Do better FedEx...No wonder UPS is a better delivery service.
It does not allow me to add my address, telling that there is an account for that address already. I've chosen a pickup location instead, but it does not show exact address in the app. That's odd.

Using the app is like playing roulette. You have terrible odds, but you still use it, hoping for better results. Hopefully, they hire better programmers or at least send them to training on App development.
