I'm trying to Register, I have to enter my Date of Birth, the only way to do this is by flipping a calendar backwards, month by month for SIXTY YEARS!! dumb

Lags, crashes, sends you the same vouchers 2 or 3 times. One of the worst apps to use!
Ap is laggy. Does not load and constant errors in network access. Very poor
The app has a nice layout and potential to be good but currently accessing any drop down, changing locations, trying to get into the vouchers is horrible. It's incredibly slow, "you have navigated to an area with a network hiccup" then proceeds to say I'm offline without click on anything. I received a heap of notifications to say my vouchers are ready but frustratingly I can't get to them in the app. Tried to use the app at a venue and gave up. Disappointed considering they're great pubs
Terrible app, notifies consistently about vouchers but then are never within the app. Frequently struggles to log on also, stating my account doesn't exist...
Current version of the app, has json verification errors when trying to signup. Also there is no way to report errors Also client side password validation is shocking

Can't edit my details. Not only can't I change my last name, I can't even change my mobile number or postcode. Why??? This app is so poorly built, to the point that even though I've got the Prince set as my preference - as soon as I exit it shows my preference as Highfield. It's not like that effects my experience but it causes the question of how poorly can you make an app that even the simple functions fail

Pretty poor user experience since you have to wait one week after creating a membership to use it at venues.
I cannot reset my password. Email never gets sent No vouchers on my account. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but unsuccessful. not sure how to resolve it. It's frustrating.
Terrible. Worst app I've ever experienced. Won't allow login even after numerous attempts at changing password. A sham.
Nothing works. Offers never load and it's very unreliable on site. Should/ could be so much better.
This app is terrible. Constantly crashing, tells me there's specials on when there are not, and changes vouchers on me whist I'm ordering!
Doesn't work
Last 2 weeks no vouchers showing. I get notifications of new vouchers, but when I get to the app nothing is showing. Same for my husband and 2 of our friends on their phones.
Cannot sign up. Awful app.
just cant log in at all. contacted Feros and even after they reset my account and new password it still didn't work. I have asked for help and got nothing back. Can't use on my phone.

Does not work but did eventually when I made my surname all lower case.
Been trying for months to get this app to work on Android. So has my wife. Can't login, can't reregister, can't change password. My same account works on my daughter's iphone. Arghhhh.

Got an email that I had a voucher, went to check in app and it had logged me out! Couldn't login, reset password, or even create a new account (said my email- that I had created 30 seconds prior! Was already in use!). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and app would no longer open. You'd think they'd do it better, especially considering there's no online option - only the app!
Tried to sign up after filling up my info's coudnt continue had to scroll the birth thing and took me a while after the hard work could not even continue 😅
this app does not log me in to my account at all what a buggy piece of junk and please just let me type my birthday in I was born in 1956 its impossible to scroll there without wearing you finger off
3 years after my previous rating and it's much worse! Despite selecting login, it takes you to create a new account anyway. Then after entering you details, where you still set your birthdate by tapping 12 times for every year of your age, it tells you your Bepoz ID is already being used. Time to wipe it and start again.

Awful app the update is horrendous. Cant even log in with a registered email address because it says the email address doesnt exist even though i had just been emailed a reset password link. Way to go on ensuring repeat customers don't get their member prices.

Awful experience. Tried to create an account but after include my details 3 times and select that I accept the T&C, the "continue" button is not released...
1 Tried to create an account but it says my email already exists, do you want to connect them. But then takes me to a page where it asks for account name and account id!!!!!!!!!!!. No idea what they are. 2 tried to login but says email not used 3 tried to reset password but says email doesn't exist. Even though when tried to create new user it says I cannot because my email already exists !!!!! Make up your mind!!!! So so bad
Terrible update . This app is now so so slow. Clicking drop down menus for setting preffered location does not work. Have to go into profile to change. Worst of all, the member barcode is now too small. It takes the poor staff so long too scan it now. Not great when there are already long queues at the bar. Not only is it frustrating for me, It is difficult for then. I feel sorry for Feros staff.
Carnt sign in so no discounts or anything keeps telling me to update app.is this for facial recognition or privacy scrutiny I don't know?
Updated app, lost points and vouchers don't display properly. Usually use the mon-wed voucher. Went to use it and it's blanked out with no description other than 2 for 1 but no details showing what days. Has to pay full price!
