Atrocious app. Infested with 60 second unskippabble ads that open random websites if you misclick. More ads if you want to check messages. No active user base except for rude old men. No good matching system except for a 10 question kink test. All matches are 1000+ miles away. If you don't want to spend the comically high subscription, you'd have better luck on Craigslist. I'd give zero stars if I could.
too expensive, and even to send simple messages costs. mostly fake profiles and bots. DO NOT download or waste your time

Scam that makes you cancel your payment through the app store, instead of on the actual app, like a true con-man would do.

absolute horrible app they blocked my account because I wanted to cancel my subscription and it simply wasn't possible and support only responds to you one time per issue and you gotta start over so I called the bank and blocked the payments because there was no other way so the new month started I was blocked they are horrible people to run an app for our community
Wanted to share feedback hope this is the right place. Even after upgrading I found I was still unable to message users. Many profiles are clearly inactive or have suggestive text to redirect contact to other sites. Suggestions: remove/label inactive profiles (30+ days), show why messaging is blocked, and add location-based chat rooms. These issues hurt usability, but I’d love to see the app improve. Deleted after 4 months of disappointment
this app is just garbage, that is all.
about to delete this app. it was bad enough from the start, only being able to send a few likes and maybe one or two messages every few days. but now it tries to make u upgrade to do absolutely anything. waste of time and space, im about done with it
This app has a lot of either paid employees to keep you thirsty or some kid in his basement is having a good time. Met 1 person out of hundreds I talked to. These apps prey on men. If after getting you all hyped they dont just block you before you meet they disappear. A lot of accounts must either been stolen by the company or phished. They also won't do anything about it. There is a lady in my area I reported who has stolen a tik tokers identity who lives in Columbia. Disingenuous!

thought it was a decent app until you get the run around trying to login. logged out once and been trying for days to get back into account. gonna try uninstall and reinstall one more time.

Boring, overly moderated, and just plain dumb. Save your money and just watch BDSM scenes.

worst investment I ever made was to subscribe to this App... I got 0 matches, and nobody would even talk to me. It's extremely difficult to navigate the app, and every time you turn around, they want you to spend more money in order to not get matched or ghosted. I want a refund.

support never provides assistance through help tickets or contact emails for the app. so you are SOL if something happens because you will not get a response, not get assistance, and will not get help if anything results in login issues really disappointed, heads up if you are paying for a subscription and get blocked (even if someone steals an email address) , they will continue to charge you support will straight up not respond to emails note, response asks to email in lol. try responding
literally could not use this app for a total of 5 days since download because of their EXTREMELY dumb ways to block you for no reason. their app is glitchy enough that they require that you verify who you are 3 times before banning your account. then when in email with their "contact support" they don't fix a thing. gotta wait another x many days before you may or may not be unbanned. if you're lucky enough to get unbanned YOU DONT GET YOUR PROFILE BACK FOR 24 Hrs BEFORE BANNED AGAIN 4 NO REASON
I am waiting to be Verified. I have taken 6 photos matching their requests. Submitted the first time 4/20, if they dont unlock my account by 5/1 I will remove the app and never return. please fix this.
yeah this app is nothing but a cash grab not meant to actually do what it advertises. every like you receive as a free member is a bot because just like tinder if you pay for a subscription; all of the people that were "liking" your page suddenly just stop. your page gets almost 0 hits until the subscription expires. this app exhibits all the signs of a money laundering front as well. I'm currently looking into attorneys and current laws to see if it means the level of false advertising.
you have to pay premium just to see your matches. not who checked me out, but someone who actually matched. I also have to pay premium to like specific people, as well as to message someone who has matched. its literally pay to do anything. im going back to bumble.
This is basically a pay to use app. Almost no free features.
They have no number to call, only email. they give you the same response obviously not understanding the issues you have and they will give you the same copy and paste response. If you get stuck in verifying your photo that is all it will allow you to do. wait a day go back in to the app and it is telling you to take another photo or use another photo to verify. That is all you will be able to do.. I want a refund but will never see one as I was only able to use it for 2 days.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They randomly request a verification photo or two, each time freezing your account so you are locked out for days until they verify it. You're better off creating a new account if they don't like your photo. I tried for hours emailing their support team. I was told they couldn't do anything and couldn't provide the correct link to the website they said I had to visit in order to have the verification photo looked at by a real person.
Gotta pay to do anything.

The coding on this website is juvenile and clumsy. The app is not available on my LENOVO Chromebook or my GOOGLE Chromebook. It is on my phone. I don't use my phone for web browsing. Why when I have laptops? I am not using my phone to access this site. I paid for a subscription, it sent me a number to put in, it wouldn't accept it, got another one and it went through. I haven't closed the window and it doesn't recognize me as a paid subscriber. This is bad coding and irresponsible management.

I've tried for days to unblock my account as far as I know I didn't break any rules so it wasn't necessary. I've tried getting help from customer support but they just give the run around. plus all the bugs. the only redeeming qualities are the people and the chat rooms. if you need help tho just delete the app it's not worth it.
you have to pay 18$ a month to even be able to message someone. no matter how many times I got to the settings and set my location to home, it will only show me people that live in Seattle. just trying to delete my account at this point

I would give this a zero or half a star rating if I could. The UI isn't too bad, but why does one need to pay money to use the spanks which is just a like system?! Especially when a system like that is free on every other dating app?! Make it make sense!! Charge for seeing who likes you, totally fine. Charge for having a special parameter, also fine. But not a simple feature that is free everywhere else.
hardly anyone on here, and I've tried for 2 whole months to cancel and it just freezes at the delete profile screen, so I had $14 stolen from me because there isn't a way to stop the subscription, this should be against Google Play policy
