Receipts are usually only 25 points.
No longer shows "in progress" rewards so I can see I need to spend more on a product to reach the amount needed, but I don't know how much more. This App also still ignores certain companies in my emails, like when I order something from Mercari.
You do not want this app. I purchased something and it was supposed to get a 1000 points and It gave me 400 points. I bought the exact description that was posted and when I complained about it they changed the points on the description. I also downloaded a game they suggested and went back and the points are no longer there. I also downloaded an app for Dunkin and you couldn't register it in E recipes. It's a scam.

I have 400 hundred dollars in points and they froze my account and I went by all the rules do not download the app they will take your points and gift cards away

This app was good untill now I been earning alot of points had gift cards on there and they froze my account for no reason I been following all rules and terms and they just sent me an email saying sorry but your account is permanently deleted but won't give me further details as to why thats because theres no reason i did nothing wrong they just dont want to give me my gift cards I earned there not following there own rules and terms. BAD APP !!
I'm trying to earn enough to get a $10 gift card so I can delete the app every single receipt I scan is 25 points unless you buy a special item on their list or play games all the time, its not worth the time, in my opinion.
After using and faithfully scanning receipts over 7 years. I have over 85,000. points . However, when I went to redeem my 50.00 Amazon gift card. Fetch says available but Amazon says it's not redeemable, so called issued to another account. So Fetch left out information card. 50.00! You can have it I'm deleting my account and everyone I come across I will let them know how you all scammed me out of my time -rewards. I did email Fetch before review and no response !
i cant log back in to fetch i tried searching up everything it just shows that when i use my account it just says something that there is already an account for it
was suppose to get 3000 points for pedigree dog food. only got 25 points

Waste of time. You spend a year searching for deals, changing shopping plans. Submitting, scrolling. you see the rewards are terrible but there's a tshirt with the company branding that looks cute so you save and save and one day they decide your points are too old. you didn't work hard enough, fast enough to earn your tshirt, so they wipe you clean. you contact customer service and they tell you you're a failure and you deserve to have your points erased. I just wanted the stupid tshirt
Update - I reached out to customer support and they did NOTHING to help. Don't waste your time and money. The app was working fine for about a month and now it isn't giving me my points I have earned. Reached out to support and they were no help. Just got there isn't we could do blah blah blah. Waste of time and money on my part.
Everything was fine in the beginning. They don't even follow their own rules. When I finally saved up enough points to get my Amazon gift card, points started to get deducted from my total. I shop to get the most points and they tell me "I don't think these points are yours? We will deduct them." How do they know what I buy and when? What a joke. After conversing, with bots I imagine, I will be deleting my account
Takes entirely too long (3 day's) to receive a gift card! Also needs paypal! I am uninstalling this app soon. Beginning to be useless for me.
I got logged out of my account and have difficulty logging back in. it shows an error that my phone number is invalid. pls get back to me ASAP on how to resolve this. thank you.
Too many updates! Once again too many updates , I just updated this app on 04/21/2026 and now it May 8, 2926 having to update again.
I am not receiving any offers. I tried everything all the suggestions from the Ai and nothing. it just keeps saying oops something went wrong. I do all my shopping on foot I had to waste an hour and a half returning the items. then I will have to waste my time again and repurchase the same items wasting my precious time and money. Update i checked my brother's account and his was working just fine bruh.
I can't get the receipts to load. I take the pic and slide up. and it isn't working. how you supposed to get points with an app that isn't working. ridiculous

I downloaded 3 yesterday and started playing all 3. 1 game gave me rewards, but the other 2 say they won't because of 1) prior download of the games (never did, one is brand new), 2) app wasn't opened (yes they were and played), or 3) offer is not eligible for my account (how when downloaded yesterday)
It is too difficult to get help! And I have to check over every receipt to make sure I get all the points that I deserve. I've got twenty seven thousand points that I earned and didn't get, and I don't know how to fix that! Right now, i'm trying to fix three thousand point point mistake and there's no email to send to no button to push or phone number. Getting help is extremely difficult.And it's getting ridiculous, how I have to monitor each and every receipt to make sure I get my points!
cancelled my cash card although i had points
App issues. Constantly getting the error "something went wrong please try again". I get it 50% of the time when just opening the app. And every time I try to click on an offer to read requirements the page won't load and I get the same error code. PLEASE fix this immediately. Its hard to use Fetch when you cannot see details of offers.
