im making a new review as you never responded to my old one, my files is messed up and when I press clean button for the junk it doesn't work and I'm losing space because of that and I need you to fix it, I've tried restarting my phone and that doesn't help, I'm very frustrated and you aren't helping, very displeased.

The "clean" button is not working. I have cleaned cache for the app and tried shutting off my tablet and turning it back on but the button still isn't working. This app is useless if you can't use the clean function.
Clean Junk Files option not working
The CLEAR button of JUNK FILES is not working. It's no longer a hyperlink button. Nothing happens when you click on it. It is non responsive. I have tried to clear the app cache, uinstalled the updates, reinstalled it, didphone restart multiple times... NOTHING WORKS. THE BUTTON REMAINS DEAD! Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
It's really frustrating to see how a file manager won't be able to do its job, which is opening files. I have encountered a few major problems, 1st is that the extractor wouldn't work, I do not know what format they allow but I cannot extract my files and I have to use my PC for it, And 2nd one is I have moved some duplicate files to trash and it won't load in bin and now I cannot see other my files and folders it's keep loading spinner, and happens everytime I do some moderate changes. Fix that

A useful app that would get a higher rating if only the clean junk files option hadn't frozen. No amount of resetting or whatever will bring it back to life. Please Google, can you provide a remedy for this unfortunate glitch.
