This app crashes constantly. I really liked it when it worked. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled, and reinstalled, and my phone has plenty of memory. I am very disappointed.

it's a scam it does not enhance any of your looks if anything it makes it worse do you have to sign up hold its hand to be able to get anything done. it's not automatic like the ad says!
Predatory subscription, impossible to cancel
if you're giving one week of free use, why are you asking for a credit card?
Plenty irellevant questions after start, which can not be skipped. Then you are forced to subscribe for payment, so you don't have any way to test IT.
hidden fees ... hard to cancel..part of the subscription has to be canceled elsewhere I e. Google platstore... this info is nor readily available or easy to recognize.
I am certainly not impressed with this app I don't even have the app so I don't think it was successful in downloading I was charged $60 March 13th then another charge of $30 on March 19th finally another charge on March the 16th in my banking I have a $30 who can I talk to about this I do not want to be charged for something I'm not even using it is absolutely ridiculous could somebody send me in the right direction to talk to support or whatever these charges are crazy it's hard enough
SCAM!!! OVERBILLING OF 2-3 PAYMENTS OF $19.99 MONTHLY! I was billed $179.91 for January to March 2026! Canceling subscription did not stop billing. I had to place block on any payments to Asana Rebel (AKA Filterly). BEWARE! FUMAGATE!

Doesn’t do what the Instagram ad said. Wastes time filling out questionaire, installing, paying, cancelling, uninstalling. They are obviously roping you in with the advert and hoping you can't be bothered to cancel.

they're totally scammers, don't ever pay them. they've charged me 3 times the weekly rate in 2 days and refusing to refund fully. their policy can only refund one charge per account. absolutely useless.
they will keep trying to charge your card no matter how many times you cancel and even after you uninstall the app too

I've been trying to cancel this apps since it was still a free trial it was downloaded by mistake I have sent several emails multiple emails ask for it to be canceled it was not canceled in fact it charged me over $120 so far it said for to cancel the app send us an email I have done that and nothing has happened I still keep getting charged I feel this app is a scam I have asked multiple times for a refund no one has contacted me or give me a refund

Update: I see devs responded, & I want to clarify: Yes, I bought the app looking for a new hairdo or 2. No, the app would not give me a new hairdo. So yes, unfortunately the app fell short. --- Wow, downloaded this for some ideas for a new, refreshing/confident hairstyle, as the app had advertised for right directly to me. Well it does not work. It won't give me a different hairstyle no matter what I do. That's a pretty simple thing. So ya, good app. Real good--NOT. Will be requesting a refund.
This app is a Joke! First you pay the subscription fee to get started, then you answer all the questions. They get you're look ready, But before they show you anything, they want to charge another $12.00 Be prepared to pay More! Not worth It!

I uninsured the app and canceled the subscription and still being charged for an app I no longer have.please don't install it.
The advertising is misleading- you only get 20 photos per day for your paid subscription trial period. Unsure if it's the same for the full price monthly cost but I won't be subscribing because that wasn't mentioned upfront. Some pictures came out incorrectly and I redid them and I would not have wasted the pictures had I known I was paying for 20 pictures per day.
utter joke. trying to unsubscribe but unable to log in. if trying to reset password email never gets delivered and it's about to take another £20 from my account. please stay away from this app. I wonder how I stop paying money to them and can subscribe.... bloody thieves
