Plusieurs semaines qu'aucune synchronisation ne fonctionne, pourtant sur des banques très classiques, CIC, Crédit Agricole etc... Sans les synchronisation, un agrégateur perd une grande partie de son intérêt !
Impossible de se connecter, il y a tout le temps une erreur...
Je ne peux plus me connecter à mon compte depuis 1 mois étant donné que je ne reçois pas l'email de confirmation. Rien dans mes spams. Dommage étant donné que c'est une application que j'utilise beaucoup en temps normal...
trop cher. Des alternatives bien moins cher et bien meilleurs existent (Bankin par exemple)
0 support. les synchros sont pétées pendant des mois avec des bugs côté appli finary, ils dodgent en disant que c'est la faute du tiers. infoutu d'importer ou d'exporter des transactions. bref, super idée, mais ils ont préféré se mettre à faire de la finance (ratée : assurance vie pas top et crypto) plutôt une de finaliser leur mission première. c'est un gâchis désespérant.
j'ai essayé d'ajouter un compte en banque ,il donne un code qu on est sensé mettre dans un "crypto generator" et copier le résultat pour valider l'association. mais aucune guidance ou redirection sur ce crypto generator. application inutilisable du coup je vais même pas tenter le free trial
their youtube channel is very useful, but the app is full of bugs, nearly unusable. I can't count how many times it got stuck, wrong reports, wrong numbers, biometrics not working, etc. Paying for such a buggy app is prohibitive, and investing any money into it is a hell no.
after 6 hours my bank account was still syncing. Useless unless you pay. just another subscription 🙃

would love to use but I can't get passed the "✅️ Account created" then it loads forever. if I load the app again I have to start the process again. From sign in or sign up same issue.
Impossible de connecter ma banque, un bug survient systématiquement. Quand j'envoie un mail au support, la réponse automatique m'informe qu'à moins d'être un membre payant je risque de ne jamais avoir de réponse. C'est à présent certain que je ne m'abonnerai jamais, félicitations. EDIT : bientôt une semaine que j'ai envoyé le mail comme demandé et toujours aucun retour.
Very disappointed, for the price I'm expecting better. The app is so buggy, especially on the computer. The app says it synchronized 6hours ago, but the big transactions I did 3 days ago don't even show, even though they've appeared on my bank account for days. The support is absent, 2 days after sending a message still no answer. I loved the idea and wanted to use it, a lot, but for 150€ i'm expecting at least a functional app.
Marketing sur l'absence de frais cachés pour se retrouver au final avec des frais cachés que je ne devraks pas avoir... impossible de les contacter via l'aide sur l'app ou sur les autres réseaux
My portfolio is duplicated every time I logged in. I delete the redundant one and it comes back at the next session... Boring bugs. Inaccurate.

They are asking for absurdly high amount of money for their subscriptions, and at the same time they do not have any option to contact support inside the app. The app itself is very French oriented and sadly, French level trash. It doesn't understand that different currencies that EUR exist. It cannot parse dividend payments correctly, after 3 years of struggling. It cannot even calculate performance of your investment account correctly.
After looking around for an money tracking app that links with my different bank accounts to get everything in one place, this app looked and sounded promising. Much dissappointed was I to find out that after creating an account and even finding the first bank I wanted to link(the one where my salary is deposited too) everything goes blank. The app goes completely black and becomes irresponsive and trying on desktop resulted in a black screen with error messages. A useless app to me.

Basique, équivalent Bankin à 150e l'année. Un marketing bien rodé sur YouTube, mélange business et éducation financière ça fait pas super bon ménage, bref l'appli est basique, leurs algorithmes surpuissants de calculs de budget et d'intérêts composés, ou dexposition géographique, régionale ou sectorielle ne valent pas plus qu'un tableau Excel niveau première année d'investissement. Beau design de l'appli etc très moderne mais au final peu de valeur ajoutée. + merci de prévenir fin période essai

Une chaîne youtube fantastique, vraiment merci pour le travail accompli. L'app est à éviter pour le moment. Je vais arrêter l'abonnement car j'ai la sensation que ça ne s'arrange pas et même que ça s'empire...
Très déçu. Utilisateur en 2022, j'avais déja abandonné l'application car les fonctionnalités étaient limitées MAIS on pouvait synchroniser ses banques en illimité. En 2025, on est limité à 2 comptes gratuit. Ça peut paraitre anodin de s'abonner pour pas cher afin d'accéder aux synchronisations. Le problème, c'est que finary va TRÈS PROBABLEMENT augmenter le prix de ses abonnements + tard. Tant pis pour les gens qui ne voudront pas aller voir ailleurs. Ceci dit belle évolution de fonctionnalités.

Je suis resté Finary+ pendant un an, l'application dans la version du début d'année remplit à 100% mon besoin (vue agrégée de mes investissements avec un calcul de la plus value correcte) même si je ne pouvais pas connecter tous mes comptes mais l'accumulation de bug, notamment la perte du tracking de certains comptes, qui faussent totalement le calcul rend le tout inutile, je suis desabonné.

My main account are not synchronisable (etoro, scalable) and too many micro-managements to take into consideration for N26 premium. But the app looks great in theory... Simply useless for me.
App looks slick and there is potential but sync no longer works with my main bank, BoursoBank. They also don't seem to have any real customer support, you are simply directed to read articles. I paid for the Finary plus membership and it doesn't seem worth it (yet)
The app looks great but unfortunately it is impossible to manually sync your different holdings, some positions are outdated of 3 days. For the price of the plus membership it's not normal.
How can I update my loan interest rate which is updated every 12 months??? The app calculates my load amounts wrong which makes it unusable. Also, cannot connect to any Finnish bank accounts.
Doesn't support asx etfs. Can't find asx versions of MOAT, QUAL, IVV, IJR, ACDC, HACK, SEMI.
L'idée est bonne, le design se veut "premium" et joli. Malheureusement certaines plate-formes majeures ne sont pas intégrées et certaines données incorrectes (en particulier sur la crypto). Pas de réponse du support sur leur forum. Et un changelog pour les mises à jour serait bien aussi 😉 En bref, bonne idée, mais souci de priorités et de stratégie, un peu comme la levée de fond a été organisée en fait.
