When I found this app and the potential to be able to track my kid apple watch from my Android phone I got super excited. I didn't think twice and purchased the lifetime subscription. Unfortunately, I couldn't add the watch and contacted customer support. I was informed that apple watch will no longer be supported. This was the only reason for getting this app. I requested a reimbursement, but they said it is not possible. I am so disappointed

Charged after canceled subscription. Canceled subscription and still charged then denied a refund. company is out of Cypress. Chat agent keeps changing from English to Russian. very sketchy. do not recommend
wrong locations and the voice messages aren't hearing bad app

great app and peace of mind that you know where your children are, listen to sound around is a great feature too. EDIT gone to a 1* due to false adverts. my daughter's phone is switched off at night and with me but says she was in it so they can sell me their subscriptions. also says she uses an app she doesn't have!!

location not working correctly, we have been gone from our house for 30 minutes. And it's still showing him at home. His location is turned on and I checked all the settings to make sure everything was set right. It's not updating correctly. he went to camp yesterday and I tried to get on to make sure that they got there safely.It showed him in the middle of nowhere for 6 hours, then, towards the end of camp, it finally updated to show them where they were supposed to be. im not satisfied

Super signal not working very well. It's very annoying that the loud sound only comes after 30 minutes to 1 hr of sending. It's supposed to come right after I send it. I'm using this app for years now and if it's not fix i think i have to cancel my subscription.
App got better for a while, but now keeps dropping location. It's frozen in place a few km away from my house when no settings have been changed on either phone. It goes without saying that accurate tracking is fundamental to the usefulness of this app Having paid for a lifetime license this is somewhat frustrating. Oh, that and a lifetime licence only includes some of the features.
