could not get the correct location
always having problems with app on my kids phone and mine. Works less than a quarter of the time. Not very reliable. Would like to have an app that I can trust that will work if a bad situation was to ever happen. Will not be renewing. Will be looking for a much better app.

I want my mom to stop monitoring but she'll just yell at me anyway so it's pointless ..

This app charged me $119 without consent and refuses to give me a refund. Im disputing charges on google play. My wife had the app and my 14yo kid was able to disable it . This app is a rip off !

never works
Not working even poorly after the update
Absolutely rubbish. Charged me with no warnings and customer service is non existent. No replies to emails. The app does no longer track my kids in real time there's a 20 odd minute delay on updating the locations. Waste of money.

I wish to give a zero.... avoid at any cost, nothing like in advert, if u must- stick with the free version, otherwise the offer u a lifetime "deal"... for ... 12 months, not to mention u pay extra for every single bits, e.g. other parent. the location is terrible, it says 50m but it's at least 100...the customer support doesn't exist, there is NO refund. they promise in an advert a lot but then ...nothing more what u already have for free. find a better one, AVOID this one.
I use it this application for test by free subscription firstly, after that I think that is not good for me and I deleted the app before cancelling subscription, my money is gone automatically, so I told Guys of this application to money is back, they told me it can't be, so I think that is a thief. Because I just mistake for the cancelling subscription and they need to tell me before take a money . so I still wanna my money's back .

terrible app, I paid $55 for it 24hrs ago and I've already removed it from my phone and my child's phone after it drained both batteries in under 8hrs... do not install this app everyone!
App isn't useful when the phone your looking for is stolen before you try to use the app... Zero stars but have to put one just to post this review.
it wont work
It randomly tells me my kid is going places they have never been, and it has the nerve to keep asking me to resubscribe. The GPS just occasionally goes insane showing movement in a straight line where there aren't even roads. I also have to run updates manually, auto update never works. I don't wanna hear a single word trying to defend the incorrect data the GPS is giving me, it told me they were at school at 4 AM on a Saturday. No child is sneaking *into* school on weekends.

I have reduced my review to 1 star because i cannot give it less. I have been trying for days to contact support. all you get is a bot. My app stopped working after a couple of years using it. The service is getting worse and worse. People rely on this app for obvious reasons. Emails are never returned, agents seem to be nonexistent. Unless they reach out to me and fix my issue, I will keep this rating.
Stop telling me I need to share my location. It's not my location which is important! and the amount of rubbish thrown in your face is ridiculous. Half the settings you say are needed on your phone are not. What's the point in offering a free version which is almost unusable.
With every passing day it keeps on degrading. While other apps keep on upgrading, they have downgraded a lot, be it interface, or the simple map showing location. Do they really compare their app what it was a few years back and what it is now?
talking to a representative is beyond ridiculous. you have to jump through all these hoops just to be able to send a message when you need help. why not offer the ability to just send a message from the beginning. NO ONE wants to talk to bot that offers no assistance.
did not work even with subscription. figuring out how to cancel it. cluncky app also slows down the dehuce and drains battery. disappointed 😞 want to cancel subscription and request full refund!!!
used the free app for a few weeks though the location tracker was mostly showing location from the past (ie 55 minutes ago) then thinking if I got the subscription I could get a more up-to-date location tracker.. nope. just the same. I've looked at the tracker 7 times over the past 10 days and only once was the location tracker within that minute. waste of money imo and oh. the company don't offer a refund under any circumstances, blaming your WiFi or child's phone 😞
worked great for a while. I tried to install on my daughter's new phone and it changed. wouldn't work etc and someone's location I didn't know was on our account. sus activity seems like a scam
Terrible customer service. Chat function is never operational. They have 2 different emails but one actually says they never reply to emails and the other one bounced back. The app is not working properly, so I wanted a refund but there is no way to contact them. Seems like a scam.
When my kid is at home, the app says he's across the street. It doesn't track in real time. Just today, I tried to see where my kid was, it said he left his school 53 minutes ago, and wouldn't show me where he was. The app has all these other great features, but only if you're willing to pay for each one. I'm currently investigating other apps.

I usually quite enjoy the simplicity of this app, but this new update is awful. It takes ages to notify me of anything now, my daughter was on her way home from school before it notified me that she'd left home (which I usually receive just after she leaves for school in the morning). She has now gone to have a sleepover at my mum's and it says she's still at home. Sort this out please, or I'll go with another app.

Supposed to be a 7 day free trial, but they took the money instantly and won't refund! Will be reporting to my bank.
App is super buggy, can't find locations on a map even when typing in the address. App constantly closes whenever I try adding a location. Bugs like this are unacceptable, especially when paying for a monthly subscription. Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold
