Dass ein Pixel 7 Pro "nicht unterstützt" wird fällt erst nachdem man sich erfolgreich registriert hat auf. Andere Bankingapps laufen ohne Probleme. Zudem gibt es nach erfolgter Registrierung arbiträre Limits für deren Aufhebung weitere Dokumente neben den im Registrierungsprozess erfordert werden. Hätte ich das vorab gewusst, ich hätte mir den Quatsch mit dem KYC Videocall gespart.

horrible! they used to be good, but then migrated to a different bank...that made all my payments which already had a sepa permission to be non valid and cost me lots of money on rejected payments. now they decided to upgrade me to a different plan without my consent...100 euros for a service I don't want or need...what a scam
Hidden fees! A lot of made up rules, like 3% of what you spend with the debit card on a secret list of merchants (from the same country). No pre warning and non reversible. Zero accountability for the lack of transparency.
Finom ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Kontoauszüge werden fehlerhaft berechnet und ändern sich zufällig je nachdem wann man sie herunterlädt. Das CSV mit allen Transaktionen zeigt einen komplett anderen Schlusssaldo (mit einer Differenz von 80 Tausend Euro) an. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Der Mehraufwand in der Kommunikation mit dem Steuerberater ist es nicht wert. Dazu kommt: wenn man Mal ein Problem hat erreicht man keinen Menschen sondern spricht nur per Chat mit Robotern.

The worst service online banking - the free version costs more, than the first paid plan, the number of services in the paid plan is almost nonexistent compared to other online banks. They cannot work with taxes numbers from Germany that are opened for freelancers and Gewerbe. After a year of using it, I can confidently say: avoid this service. They are not linked to payment or authorization through payment systems; you only need to enter card details if you need to pay for something online.

Eine der intransparangesten Preisstrukturen auf dem Markt für Firmenkunden. Ständig wird man von neuen Gebühren überrascht. Zudem zahlreiche Migrationen/Umstellungen in der Vergangenheit mit lauter Nachteilen für den Kunden. Nicht vertrauenswürdig.
Yet another bug to add to the infinite list of existing ones. The share invoice button no longer does anything, so to simply send an invoice by WhatsApp I have to email it to myself, download it then send it. Bravo. For the record, if I view it and share from there it creates a .bin file. How is it possible for an app to be so terrible after so many years.
Buggy, poor AI driven customer service, bad UX and just generally not a good banking app! Edit in Dev's comments: to illustrate how bad the customer service is, they still have not resolved the issue, and still rely on AI asking the same info of me time and again.
New design - the app is not loading. Wonderful. Simply amazing.

blocking the payment and not approving the transaction asking tons of questions about transaction even while uploaded the invoice everything was in the invoice.. but still not aproving and rejecting the transaction.. very disappointed with the service
OTP send Service Failed. I'm not receiving OTP on my Number while account creation & in future Payments may disturbed.
The Finom app won’t let me log in-keeps saying "something went wrong" even with the latest version. Tried all fixes (reinstall, clear cache, etc.), nothing works. Worst part? Customer support stopped replying mid-conversation. Terrible experience for a banking app.
The bank terminated my account without giving any cause.

Very bad experience, first they give free plan, and then they add all kinds of new fees. Then they give free access to the paid plan for one month, but if you accept then there is no way to go back to the free plan (with even more additional fees), and they say this 'detail' in a very subtle way. I dont recommend, better use another bank that is transparent
Sleazy business tactics: Retrospectively introducing absurd fees (2,38€ per transaction) which means you cannot close your "free" account without paying for it. Absolutely not cool. UPDATE: Now delaying the closure of my account with questions via email, while threatening to charge fees, because of "account inactivity". This might well be a scam. Never had anything like that when dealing with a "bank".
I can't order my card what's the reason ? Because i can only see my virtual card but my physical card i can't see the option to order my physical card
Regalo di Natale 2024: hanno disattivato il l'IBAN della mia società! Mi hanno comunicato che l'IBAN vecchio sarebbe comunque rimasto attivo per un periodo di transizione (ho ancora le mail), ma era falso! Invece di aiutarmi, hanno cercato di vendermi un servizio da più di 1000 euro all'anno. I pagamenti dei clienti sono bloccati! Comportamento inaccettabile.
I learned that behind that is a Dutch company that is known for scatchy business tricks. Avoid having an account there by all means.
I have been using Finom (Solo) for over a year now. Until today, I was very happy. Everything worked well, the interface is great, and the costs were low. Today, I have noticed that Finom now charges 2.5 € per outgoing transaction. This fee is absolutely ridiculous. If they do not revert this change, I will have to change to a different bank.
The bank is very unprofessional, for 5 days, they refused to honor a legitimate request to process a transaction, they refused to communicate with me and they do not have a phone number that I can use to contact them. Emails are rarely responded to timely. It appears the APP is fraudulent
A lot of limits on the free plan and then asking for a lot of money for basic features on paid plans. Don't fall in this fly trap. Everything in the app has a scammish feel.
Secret charges, not free at all. Be prepared for lies and excuses of all sorts when you want to close your account

Attenti clienti italiani, conto chiuso con fondi all'interno, mai ricevuta risposta. Azienda purtroppo é fallita non avendo la possibilità di prendere i fondi.
Product and app not ready for market, will easily allow you to register and deposit money but good luck transacting or trying a simple withdraw.
The app won't let you use it if your phone doesn't pass Google's "Play Integrity" checks. So if you have a custom ROM on your device (LineageOS, GrapheneOS, etc), you simply won't be able to use the app at all ("This device runs unsigned or rooted software version and isn't supported by Finom"). Other than that, the app was decent before they implemented this check.
Unfortunately, there is no option to open a personal account.

Great app but I have a big issue , when I want to make transactions or confirm transaction error is poping up and it say that my phone is rooted. I have a brand new device Fold 6 and it is not rooted !
