Die Werbung in der App ist noch nerviger als auf der Webseite.
Diese App ist ein kompletter Fehlschlag und hat einen rückständigen arabisch-kurdischen Charakter. Seit vielen Jahren lade ich Tausende von Fotos hoch und warte immer noch darauf, dass sie angezeigt werden. Ganz zu schweigen von der Dummheit und den technischen Fehlern. Ich rate absolut niemandem, diese Müll-App herunterzuladen

Finger weg von der App! Seit dem neusten overhaul der UI gibt es ständig Fehler in der App. Fullscreen Werbeanzeigen lassen sich nicht überspringen und öffnen selbst beim tap auf X den play store.

I logged in with my phone number got a code wrote it , got logged out now a window is appearing that I need to use my number to verify my account and then it says I can't use this number , so ridiculous
With my age of 28 I am the youngest in a circle of 50 km. There was a single woman of my age (I live in a 100k citizen city). Directly after registering I was shown an unskippable ad. Registering with my email address was not good enough, no I had to verify it with my phone number. The opt-in/out screen had >300 companies with "legitimate interest". As if. And there is no reject all button, just an accept all button. Plus they sold my mail to advertisers without my consent!!!
Die App ist unnutzbar geworden. Mein Account wurde nicht so wie bei vielen gesperrt, aber sobald ich mich einlogge, kommt ein Werbebanner, den ich nicht weg klicken kann. NIE. Es scheint deshalb ein neues Update der App zu geben, welches ich im AppStore aber nicht herunterladen kann. Da kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Technisch ist die App derzeit unbrauchbar. Schade.
Die Bildupload-Filter ist übersensibel und unter 30 gibt's fast gar kein Angebot :/ leider nix für mich nach Jahren wiedermal besucht. mittlerweile ist es eine werbungshölle.

Ein Quadrat ist zwar ein Rechteck, aber in die andere Richtung gilt dies nicht zwingend. Beim auswählen des Fotos soll man es dem nicht quadratischen Rechteck anpassen und dann beschwert das System, dass kein Gesicht im Bild ist.
it is too much awful I spend my time in this application about 1 week and every day asked me to register again, 😭 also when I insert my username and password doesn't work when I see the I forget my password they didn't send me anything and I forced register with another email, this problem happens every day, so that people you are talking in the application in one day you will lost the connection this is so frustrating and a waste the time

Angemeldet um einer Freundin auszuhelfen, Profil erstellt, über die app ging es gar nicht. Dann über den Browser. Zwei Stunden später wurde mein Profil gesperrt. Ich habe sonst nichts gemacht.
Mein Profil wurde bereits nach einem Tag gesperrt, obwohl ich noch mit niemandem Kontakt hatte.

Solltet ihr mal einen VPN nutzen, wird man dauerhaft von Finya ausgesperrt. E-Mails an den Support werden ignoriert. Mein Account ist verifiziert, dennoch erfolgt keinerlei Hilfestellung.
I got blocked automatically after making an acoount while using one of the most known fictional Jewish literature character's name from one of my favorite books (They explicitly say to use usernames). There is no support either. I am trying very hard to not jump into conclusions, I hope they just discontinued the app.

Newest update only works when I disable AdAway. AdAway blocks malware distribution via ad networks. Disabling security measures for a dating app is not something I will be happy with. Correct this or lose me.
Not good. After doing the registration, filling out everything properly, my account got blocked 'for safety reasons'. What does that even mean? Contacting support is no use. The website hid it really well. Found it after scrolling through the whole thing. No one will answer. So don't even bother asking for assistance.

Cannot login after creating account
🚨🚨🚨 On the day I created my account I was blocked without reason or notification. I tried to contact the support but no one answers. I cannot delete my account now and the app now has some pictures and data about me and I cannot do anything about it. I can still create a new profile with the same email that I already created my profile. 6 written reviews and 4 are one star review

Hallo, ich habe mich heute angemeldet. Habe so gut es geht Bilder etc hochgeladen. Nun kurz nach der ersten Nachricht würde ich gesperrt? Wieso. Ich könnt nicht mal antworten auf die Nachricht von dem Kontakt. Bitte um Rückmeldung, da man keine Infos erhält wieso. Vielen Dank.
Bin hier schon lange am Suchen aber nichts gutes kommt raus. Und ich bin nicht gerade schlecht aussehend.
Die App an sich ist prima! Und Finya kostet ja auch nichts. Völlig klar, dass das mit Werbung finanziert werden muss. Aber das geht ein bisschen zu weit mit den teilweise laut abspielenden Video-Werbeclips, besonders wenn man in der Bahn sitzt oder sich in einem Meeting befindet. Dazu die Häufigkeit der Werbung. Dadurch wird die App quasi unbrauchbar, daher werde ich sie jetzt deinstallieren und dann halt eben nur am PC gucken.
