Waste of my time. a garbage app that NEVER works. I tried paying with 3 different cards and not one worked. Of course I don't have the option to pay in the store since I'm trying to use a deal available through the app only. Probably done on purpose so they don't have to honour the deal. Beyond frustrating and un proffesional. I have begun to just hate this company.
Sandwiches are awesome but there's a pricing bug in the app. The captains club (in app) is 12.79 before tax, in the checkout it jumps to 15.69. In store that same sandwich is 13.43 plus tax. There's no explanation for it on the receipt either. Lowkey feel like I'm getting scammed, please fix this issue soon. Once it's fixed I'll give 5 stars because y'all would deserve it if not for the pricing issue.

This app sits and spins the endless "Continue" wheel more times than not. it's a terrible app. I love the food, but end up ordering something else more times than not. Do better Firehouse...
The app won't let me order. It keeps spinning. I forced stopped the app, cleared my cache, and restarted my phone. It didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't work either. My husband is having the exact same problems with his phone too.
wouldn't accept any payments on the app, and my cards worked just fine in the store

broken in canada.claims all methods of pay are apple pay. I dont even have an apple product.

Useless if the local franchise doesn't allow the use of the app!! I get great deals in email. Go to use it and the local franchise doesn't allow for use of the APP.
Should hire a dev team, to fix this garbage. Apparently salt and pepper will make your sandwich too soggy if you also want mustard and hot sauce. They broke it, then fixed it and then broke it again. Oh I want to change the type of cheese ... not allowed. Complain? get an AI email blow off. Hot garbage. Guess what? Subway's app works just fine.

App defaults to Combo deals
I absolutely love the firehouse at stockyards. Any other establishment I have been to the subs is always sloppy and half cold. The promo GoLeafs don't work. The partnership with the Leafs about the Hat Trick should have added the promo into our accounts on Jan 2nd. matthews got a hat trick vs. Wsh. They are too busy expanding and not focus on the magic of subs anymore. Come on now, you can't even get cherry limeade at any Scarborough location.
this app has proven to be useless. great deals however no QR code shows up. phone number never work. so no great deals here and no rewards .
It is the 2nd time that I am trying to order online and my payment method is declined. I have zero issues ordering everywhere else, but this app refuse my payments. Very frustrating. I have the most updated version. Is like they don't want me to use any coupons!!!!
I used the app to order pickup. I was sitting in the parking lot of a location in Edmonton. it asked for access to my location and did not ask me which location I wanted to order from. The order went to a location in another city. The app gave me no way to cancel. the staff in the location I was at could do nothing. I called the location the order went to. They could do nothing. All I could do was tell them to throw my food in the garbage.
No option on the app or the website to order your sub cold. I'll give it 5 stars once I can order the sub how I want it! Contacted support weeks and weeks ago and it still hasn't been fixed.
app does not have full menu, limited variety of subs are available at specific locations on the app, which I didn't know until I went to pick up the subs & saw the full menu. I would have ordered a different one instead of being disappointed with what I got. Also when customizing, you can't even read the list of what comes on it... just guess & hope for the best. Other toppings are not available. the "help " I received was an email saying this isn't common & to update the app, which is updated
Cannot sign in. Says it sent an email but I never received one (checked Junk email) so effectively it doesn't work.

garbage app. rewards points expire. can onlty redeem 1 reward per order. app is missing items and customize options. no option to build your own sub. several locations have the wrong address listed.

When trying to use offers in the app, half the time they don't work or they're missing information that would EXCLUDE certain subs. This app needs a lot of work as these issues have been ongoing for over 6 months now.
Broken app. Never applies offers even if all criteria for it are met. Says that open stores are closed and this doesn't allow ordering from them. Doesn't accept payment cards to be entered. Gives "Apple pay not accepted at this time" error when paying via credit card... In the end I wasted 30 minutes trying to get any of 3 different offers that couldn't apply then gave up and paid full price. At least I got reward points? Basically if it can go wrong, Firehouse Subs app WILL go wrong.
No delivery offers.
Does not work in Canada. Menu in the App is not the same as in the restaurant. Does not process Canadian credit cards because of the Postal Code. Pretty dumb to offer an app that you can't make work in Canada.
Errors Keeps telling me my card details are wrong when theyre not.
Frustrating waste of time. Took me close to an hour and a bit to order in two orders because it would keep not having a pickup or delivery option or not taking my payment or just not giving the continue button. Having some deals locked in the app that is totally garbage is a pretty poor business practice. In the end I was able to make it work but that's not an experience I wish to repeat.

This app ONLY allows you to earn points if you order from it! The store itself does NOT have a loyalty program, cuz it's on the stupid app!

good food quality is good, which matches the higher price. but when clicking on a coupon for a sandwich at a sandwich store, you'd literally expect to still be able to put toppings on it like lettuce and tomatoes, so it's not just meat cheese and sauce. it's just dystopianly weird to say the least.
App works fine, limited options to customize your order. But why does the price increase once you go to the final checkout page? My subtotal will be $22.69 then when I go to checkout it's suddenly $26.62 before taxes!?
