These quizzes suck
If someone is having a emergency I dont want lessons and quizzes. I want basic and clear information about how to address the emergency. That is what the previous version of this app provided. This new version is a disappointment.
It used to be a great quick reference, now you have to wade through the interface and lessons to get to information, so frustrating.
Unable to select language in app. Disappointed to be honest, I was reading about the app on there website as it mentioned that they covers mental health first aid training which I was interested learning about.

This used to have much more information and the ability to quickly look up different topics.
I used to love the app because of the quick access to information. Now, we have to do lessons before we can find out what's going on with the person in front of us. Really dislike it. Words like "jaw hurts" isn't even available as a symptom.
can never find what I want, usually go in circles, won't let me take the h2s course, big waste of time so far.

This app USED to be good. Now it's completely different. Don't bother with it. Red Cross ruined it
Настав час доволі термінової медичної допомоги. Відкрив додаток, своїми питаннями і завантаженням зайняло у мене 5 хвилин до першого входа в меню. Простіше загуглити. Раніше був чудовий додаток
This app is not helpful in the middle of an incident to treat an injury. It's a learning app with no quick informative areas. The previous app had how to treat an incident, this app wants you to pass the lessons before being able to see how to treat an injury. Not great in an emergency
The only situations it provides advice for now is choking, unresponsiveness, and severe bleeding. The old app had many more situations.

Terrible app! Please give users option to install previous version which was very helpful in critical situations.
Very few step-by-step situations. I tried to look what to do for a burn. Nothing. I went to the app as a reflex for accurate information, ended up losing time and going to Google instead.

This is much more useless than the old app, in the old app you could search what was the issue, and give you some quick instructions. This is much convoluted, difficult to navigate, and works more like a course than a guide for when there is an emergency, which was the original point of this app.

Incompleta, con caracteres cirílicos y errores de traducción para el idioma español. No da respuesta el desarrollador cuando se le preguntó al respecto. Temas mal desarrollados y favorecen errores en vez de ayudar.
complete garbage...to be expected from red cross I guess
🤦🏽♂️Australian Red Cross dropped their quick and easy to use reference and forced us to this convoluted mess. Excessive personal info before offering mostly irrelevant courses. For example epidemic malnutrition for metro Melbourne. It's now so hard to find out how to help. For example, people will die of snakebite before you can find the first aid help.

Can we have the old app back? the Canadian previously was remarkably wonderful for concise and clear instruction in the event of needing to give first aid. The instructions were up front, not hidden in lessons plans. by embedding this information, the application is no longer of use to me.
I took a whole bunch of the lessons and then the app just started not letting me and just started crashing every single time I open the app now I have this app on my phone that does completely nothing 😞😭
Don't really like the UI and how things are categorised. Also, not a single mention of respirators as preventive measure in the learning section for airborne diseases. Why? We are currently experiencing a tuberculosis, measels, and influenza outbreak alongside Covid and bird flu, but sure, let's not recommend the easiest preventive measure. 🤦🏻♀️
knew this through a training at work, tried to learn more about it but it discouraged me by forcing to use the language of the current country so ok, not helpful, deleted
Not all First Aid are on it as Full List of Learning First Aid in More Issues in Health of People and Animals and Pets First Aid is Need in App and Guide Books for the Help in all Area needed First Aid.
Missing some critical info that was in old version like heat stroke, heat exhaustion, hypothermia for example.
why can't I use the app in English just because I'm in the Czech Republic? it makes no sense
Used to be so much better I have the older version on an old phone. That was an app I kept for an emergency situation. This new one is just a teaching up. I can't be in a situation to search for "stroke" and then I am being offered to follow 8-9 lessons with a quiz at the end.
Too much reading for an emergency situation. Bring back the use of symbols and step by step instructions to make the app user friendly.
liked the original with the videos, animations etc. much easier and informative especially if dealing with an emergency, was more user friendly for all types of learners.
