I don't need to pay $7-8/ month just for videos we have enough of these video subscriptions in our lives.
IT'S NOT FREE!!! It said it was free on my tv but once I downloaded (took 15mins btw) it and scrolled through EVERYTHING was locked. Most apps like this have atleast a few free learning things but not this app. Im not paying for a sub either, $7 a month isn't bad but $89 for a full year is crazy even with 1 week free. I do not recommend but if you pay maybe it's worth it.
the latest ui change makes the app basically unusable
This app is horrible! The live stream doesnt work now. This is the second time within a year that the live stream doesn't work. The first time it was down for a week and now its been down for me for the last 4 days. Their customer service is a joke as nobody gets back to you about the issue. And they need to update their web page because on it has a customer service number that is NOT a number that belongs to them. Please fix your problems babyfirst!
I dont like that there are different versions of this app. The app on roku TV is completely different from the app on android, apple and fire TV. I actually prefer the roku TV app. It seems to have way more content and is much easier to navigate than the other 3. I see no point in paying for it if I have to deal with the android version. Also regardless of the reasoning for the app differences there's literally problems with all 3 platforms. Every few weeks the live TV stops working. Its crazy
what happened to this app it just stopped working
update messed up the app. ever since this recent update I haven't been able to sign into the app. the app freezes after I tap sign in and only shows what looks to be a dad and child with the ABC board in the background but doesn't move from that picture. I've already uninstalled the app 3 times with no change. What is recommended at this point?
This app used to be very good. It was a little rough around the edges at times, but still usable. With this new update, I can barely do anything. I can't sign in to my account, I can't watch live TV, I can only play a handful of videos, and I can only play a handful of games. I messaged weeks ago about the issues I've been having and haven't received a response since. I really enjoyed this app and channel. it's a shame I'll have to cancel my subscription.

App is freezing when trying to sign in.
Before the recent update the app worked fine, now it won't even let me sign in. It freezes and gets stuck on blank pages and nothing ever loads. I might as well cancel my subscription because my child can't even use the app.
I am mad because I have to pay 1 million billion dollars to get everything, at least make it free.
No response from support in 1+ month. The song live stream has been down for 2 months now...TWO MONTHS. I emailed support via the app in June and never received a response. I sent them an email about 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I pay for this app and yet I'm not getting the features I paid for. Will someone from support please respond? Better yet, just please fix the issue: live stream songs is not working and hasn't for months. That's unacceptable!!!!!

I decided to download this because we watch baby first all the time on TV wanted to give it a try see if he liked it before we paid for subscription come to find out I can't do anything on the app to give it a try besides watch a few 4 minute videos.

Fix casting. A year ago you replied to my previous one star review saying you fixed it. It did work sporadically through the last year, but has once again entirely ceased to function on any device in my home. As it sits, membership is a huge waste of money.
This is great for kids, but I was trying to pay for 1 month, and I got changed for an entire YEAR!!! this is ridiculous.
.::DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP! THEY HAVE A $7 CANCELLATION FEE WHEN YOU INEVITABLY WANT TO CANCEL AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE ITS NOT GOOD QUALITY!!!::. I put this app on my babies tablets and none of the games are even playable at all. They are brand new tablets. The videos are repetitive and you have to watch ads for a service you're already paying for. It's not worth paying so much money just for videos you can watch for free on TV and games that don't work at all.
Rather education be free and not have to pay because alot of us can only afford so much. Health care should also be affordable or free like other countries

This is not for me. Before to sign in or to pay some services I need to see if is what I am looking for. Nice advertising on the TV. I installed the app and is start the configuration. I pressed 2 times next and is coming an error. Everything what I choice for free (to see if is good for my daughters) I need to sign in. Is for free or what? If I received an error from the start how can I sign in on something what I don't know what it is. I don't have option for 0 stars and I press 1 star. Sorry.
I'm getting so irritated right now because I had so many videos of different variety of shows saved onto my favorites folder on this stupid app for my baby and it's not working now. My baby doesn't understand why it's not working, all she wants to do is watch it. Every time I add something and go back to the favorites, everything on there is completely erased! I am so livid! The time that it took for me to search everything and add it... I pay my hard-earned money to have all the features!
If it's free, why is everything blocked by a paywall or signin feature?? Wildly confusing and given the comments, i wouldn't dare connect this to a bank account. It doesn't even say how much it will be if you subscribe. What are you even subcribing to? The network is cable based, so if you want members only, make it available through a TV provider.
I am absolutely so annoyed with this app. The first week 3 weeks I had it, it didn't work. I've tried cancelling my subscription by emailing the company (as it says to do) and I've gotten no response. for a WEEK straight I've been getting emails of declined payment EVERY SINGLE HOUR on the hour. 11:15, 12:15, 1:15 and so on. I've recieved 8+ emails stating it was "our last and final attempt to charge your card" and then they proceed to charge it every single hour. I get 24 emails a day.
We love the YouTube channel so wanted to try this but you had to subscribe (which i couldn't do) as everything was locked 😐
How am I supposed to know if I like the app, if every single feature is pay walled. I understand you have to make money, but I can't even determine if the app is even worth paying for at all.

App is unusable unless you subscribe. doesn't even have a couple of games to see if it is cheaply made. Or how my kid can navigate it. So paid now everytime it opens attempts to make me pay again then gets a critical error and force closes and my phone recommends me to debug the app and contact support. lol have yet to get anything to open
You can't watch the shows unless you pay for the subscription, but the app was not registering that I had paid for the subscription and would just crash and close out on me. Very disappointed.

I love babyfirst, but almost nothing is free. Is there a reason why almost nothing is free, first media?
"Free" content is just links to YouTube. No samples, no examples, won't be paying for content for my kids that I have no information about.

There is no point to download this app unless you pay for the subscription. The free version is a joke. There is only about 3 short videos they can watch and they are not grouped together or easy to find. So my son just wants to click on and watch everything else that he cannot, it just frustrates him. But I am sure the subscription is nice, they can watch live babyfirst tv and pick specific shows and episodes and they can also play games.
Love the live stream, but casting to a device doesn't work, which is disappointing.
Downloaded the app so I could distract my son while waiting in line for some documents. I had no signal inside that building and the app was completely unusable while offline. Every option (e.g. Games) had some "premium" functionality that you probably have to pay for to enable, which obviously I couldn't do as I had no signal.
