the fact there isn't a dark mode for eye strain in this application is ridiculous. New owners of 1st bank, please do the 4 hours of coding to implement the option, like every other competitor applications has already done

Not enough notification options for basic account management and security with this banking app or online banking system. Very shady and incompetent goings on with this bank in general. Very outdated banking philosophy and questionable values. Not a safe place to store money if you are a small business owner or lower income individual. There are far better options for free. Stay safe.

Not a pleasant banking experience it has been very costly and the staff members have not been very detailed on most protocols of account fee's , charges and other greed procedures! Highly unsatisfied especially when other competitors are paying you to come join them like Chase , Chime are a couple of those with customers come first not banking policies.

unreasonable charges for savings account. had a min $100 account, had 100 in there, got charged $7 for the min fee last quarter, replaced it to have 100 and they charged me again this quarter because the last fee dropped me below the 100 min. con artists

I cannot understand how this bank receives high ratings. They have no clue how to handle or process crypto transactions. Too often, they reject debit card transactions for no reason. They arbitrarily closed my account without notice because they were afraid of crypto, and I had to argue with a manager to reopen the account. They hold deposits for days and their technical support is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these jokers.

after about 30 years I'm parting ways. they have no consumer loyalty and whenever things get difficult for me they are front of the line to pile on. they recently closed my main business account with zero explanation, I spoke with two different people today neither of whom could tell me why. Seems arbitrary at best malicious at worst. There are Banks on every corner in this country and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
