मैने इतने प्रोडेक्ट कैश ऑन डिलीवरी मंगवा लिए इस एड्रेस पर अब आपने बंद कर दिए मेरे द्वारा कुछ प्रोडेक्ट रिटर्न करने पर न ही आपका कोई रिस्पांस मिल रहा है कि आपने क्यों बंद कर दिए और मेरे द्वारा आपकी मेंबर शिप भी ली हुई है कम से कम मेरे द्वारा 100 से ऊपर प्रोडेक्ट मंगवा लिए मैने कुछ ही प्रोजेक्ट्स रिटर्न किए है और मेरे द्वारा दुबारा मेंबरशिप लेने के बाद ही आपने केस ऑन डिलीवरी बंद कर दी

please note this is really a fraud company and never opt for their club membership.. they have weird terms and conditions which are benefits only to their company..I'm filling legal complaint on them as they do send used products
I have ordered an item which is already paid but delayed a number of times.now I have ordered an item for 1090 but the payment is gone showing the order pending.custer service very bad just ask to press 1 or 2.very very very bad .don't buy or waste time

worst ever app.First they delayed my prepaid order for at least a month then they denied doorstep delivery then they showed on app that I dont have any active order.They took my money .Bloody frauds.
Poor customer support. their refund offer appears to be hoax. A product purchased online was defective. To a complaint they claim to have assigned a delivery partner who never turned up. It's more than 2 weeks they will not give refund till product is collected Mail sent to them also has not helped. Extremely poor customer service. order no 41498936SPJEBCD309 Material. Foldable play mat Return approved on 15/6/26. no delivery taken

Very disappointed with the service. This is the second time my order has not been delivered. There is no proper customer support, and it's impossible to reach a live agent to resolve the issue. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating. I expected much better service from FirstCry, but this has been a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their delivery process and customer support.
online payment facility is not available
Worst experience with FirstCry. There has been no proper response regarding my order. Even after contacting customer care multiple times and sending emails, the team has been unable to provide the exact shipment status or the delivery partner's contact details. They simply keep saying the issue has been marked as "top priority" and will be resolved within the next 72 hours. Apart from that, they are unable to provide any useful information or explain the reason for the delay.

I placed an order and paid upfront, but the delivery has been rescheduled three times and still hasn’t arrived. now the 8th time Delivery date changed. shows complete disregard for customers’ time and commitment. stop misleading customers.looks like it's first cry doing big scam with Customer money without delivering products. My suggestion to everyone on my personal experience don't buy anything With prepaid in this platform because you don't know when you will receive product.
