Very bad delivery service. I ordered a product from this site and it's been more than 35 days. Still no delivery. Even though I received messages stating that the product will get delivered soon, no attempts have been made.
very disappoint.I ordered baby hug product. then I created return request.but no one picked up nd directly request was cancelled by first cry. Nd customer care service FC chat is very poor. can't understand problem.
next day delivery hota hai lekin delivery date p shipment delayed dikha deta hai. usme bhi 2-3 days ho jate hai . kbhi kbhi ho jata hai chalta hai lekin last 5-6 times se har order k sath ese hi ho rha hai. to kya fayda hai yha se shopping krne ka
Worst experience. I had a size issue with the product, so I raised a return request. The person did not come for pickup and marked a quality issue, rejecting the return. Another update- after many emails and talks to customer care, the product was pickedup, now refund is rejected by saying the product returned is incorrect. than why is was pickedup. fraud firstcry. i asked to return the product but they refused to return.

Good product quality, but the courier service used is very poor. Do not fully rely on the delivery date shown on FirstCry online orders. The product may get delivered 5-7 days later than the promised date, or in some cases, delivery attempts may be marked falsely without actual delivery. You may use the platform for shopping, but avoid depending on it for urgent orders. Offline purchase options may be more reliable.

अगर आपके प्रोडक्ट का साइज़ मैच नहीं करता है, तो वे रिफ़ंड, रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज करने के लिए तैयार नहीं होंगे, ऐसे में आपके पास कोई दूसरा विकल्प नहीं बचेगा। उसे प्रोडक्ट को तकिए में डाल दे और उसे तकिए की तरह ही इस्तेमाल करें और कोई दूसरा विकल्प नहीं होगा। या फिर रख लें या किसी को गिफ़्ट दे दें। 1 स्टार दिया है, क्योंकि -स्टार देने का कोई ऑप्शन नहीं है।
its really really really pathetic, ridiculous ans worst service app i have seen. i hd received order on 18/4/26 and it's damage i raised the issue as per customer support executive they told we replace the part but part not available & its canceled from backend, now I hd once again replacement ordered placed but till the date no one courier person yet to come for return pickup.15to20 times I called the customer support team but they are also helpless bcoz all support team is handicap helpless
8th May, 2026: Never buying again from firstcry. I purchased a scooter for my child. Very bad quality and manufacturing defect still furstcry is not replacing it since last 3 weeks. Very bad app. The products are good but app is too buggy. There is a continous irritating notification to enable Notifications. App behaves weirdly. Se tions are too confusing and navigation is not easy. Interface is too cluttery. You should learn from Meesho or Myntra about how to make good shopping app bugfree.

Thi is the topmost ueless aap ,never buy anything from his aap ..i ordered stroller and I received with missing parts ...purchase k time clearly mention tha ki 7 days return opolicy h leykin baad me only replacement plicy show ho rki thi ...and customer support bilkul zero ..I have not recieved replaclent request approvel ...ths aap is topmost horible never buy from tis aap

Now I m forced to keep the product.They just appolozize publicly to get new costumers.No resolution till now.Is this the service towards the old regular costumers or the failure of firstcry as a retailer??

bahut high price hai
We usually order a lot of stuff for our kids and other kids as per need and usually we like the products that firstcry is providing. But I think this app has failed in query resolution because the customer care executive will not directly talk to you, you have to communicate with the bot which is already providing pre decided options which doesn't resolve the issue we are facing right now. I am a club member and I am very disappointed.
