Login issue, I can't log in to the app on my new phone with Facebook! And I've been paying it. I can use it on other devices but need it on my phone. please fix

Fit radio starts out great then within 30 seconds it continually crashes. Not good.

I'm so tired of deceitful programmers. in-app purchases means you have to buy anything. otherwise it will play a song for about 10 seconds and then cut off and tell you to purchase. look I can just play a Spotify playlist if that's the way you want to play. And of course the entire app is just to get your email address. so if you decide to try it make sure you're using one of the email services. because I gave them my actual email address and they spammed a ton of stuff in minutes. total scam.

the app isn't working I use this for the fitness center unfortunately it's not working
free version was great until the ads started popping up to purchase the premium version
The Music Selection Sucks
Can't even play the music this app claims they have a free version but the only thing that plays is the add for premium subscription absolutely garbage
Even with the new update.. Would be nice to be able to skip warmups or repeat intervals on the coaching sessions. If you accidently close app, you must wait for warm ups. Also I may want some extra intervals. no way to go backwards or forwards in the coaching sessions. 5 to 2 stars. this is so annoying.... i can't be the only one fitradio ..... please!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on. Such a simple request!!! Obviously you guys could care less.. I've given this feedback for 6 years now.

it rarely works
I downloaded this to try it out and see if I like it. I was unable to even listen to one whole song, no matter which one I chose. It kept putting an ad after about 20 seconds into the song, and when you would click to close the ad, the song just disappeared completely... 😒 Very frustrating experience and honestly if you want people to pay to upgrade to use it, maybe you should at least let us use it for free for a certain time of trial. I definitely do not recommend this app.
$10 bucks a month for only 35 hours of music. Ha ha good luck and thank God for the trial
Subscription payment taken on credit card but app does not switch to paid mode. Beware.
This is the worst music app I have ever used. 90% of the time I cant view the playlist thats currently playing. I can't control from notification panel. When searching, the dropdown box doesn't go away. And good luck keeping any favorites, they never save. I give this app 1 star. The music on here is great and that's the only reason. The app is basically unusable, which is sad because my students love the playlists. Not worth $20 a month. A middle schooler with chat gpt could build a better app

In the past year the app keeps malfunctioning with ethier log in errors or just simply won't load anything and when I do finally get to load something it cuts off or glitches and doesn't play properly. I conclude the app development has many bugs now.
The new update has caused my app to not work period now. I can't even log in.
The app stops in the middle of my classes. It's super frustrating. I'm canceling my subscription.
Won't work or load any music
For years, this was my favorite app and the only app I ever spent $$ on. But recently, it plays a few songs and then stops. Or continues to play, then app stops being responsive. I can not view the playlist, move forward, or even stop the song ( I must force stop). Yes, I cleaned cache and confirmed wifi, including uninstalled / reinstalled multiple times and same problem for almost 2 years! Any suggestions on fix?
As others have mentioned recently, songs will stop playing after a few seconds or a minute. I fixed it by reinstalling the app. But it's still unacceptable that for others, the core functionality of this app is broken. Otherwise, before this bug the app was great.
loved this app until recently it started glitching and randomly pausing only like 20 sec into listening... I'm nowhere near the listening time limit...
Give option to enter search criteria certain artists etc. organize better

This app was amazing, until it wasn't. I couldn't get a playlist to play all the way through, it would stop, lock and not allow me to use the app at all. I sent multiple emails to resolve the issues, none of the recommendations worked. I was so disappointed because the music is amazing. I have ended my subscription:(
Does not reconnect to other save devices automatically. got to exit and reconnect.
I love the music and selection but I hate that sometimes the app works and sometimes it doesn't.

Annnnd here we go. less then a week back with this app, that I pay for, and it won't load open. no it's not my wifi because my whole house works. and I shut wifi off on the phone. I started back up to use at work with my classes at the gym. it this is gonna happen right before I have class then it's unreliable and not worth paying for.
app doesn't work...why now? I've had this app for over 7 years and all of a sudden there are a ton of glitches. I pay monthly...so does that mean refund for the amount of times It doesn't work? it's constantly trying to save the new playlist I saved, but in the process...the music stops completely. i can't conduct my training with that going on. cmon now. love the app....but you take my money 🤷🏽♀️

I love this app.When it works, at least once a week I need to uninstall it and reinstall it.

Great app but keeps crashing
Really like the app but they make it next to impossible to figure out how to cancel it. Doesn't show up on my play store account even though I've had it for probably 8 years. Also in recent years it does just quite playing quite often which is not okay.
Glitchy glitchy glitchy. Cuts out on me within minutes of starting a playlist, logs me out almost every time I use it. The mixes are great, but that's useless if the app can't finish a single playlist. Going to cancel if this goes on much longer.
