Buying shields for streaks like in duolingo is useless. If it goes that direction, I will ditch the app the same way I stopped duolingo subscription and uninstall

why does everything need to be ai, awful functions
The app won’t let me add new products-only select from a list, the + icon should be there but is missing. I tried the website I couldn’t log in. Try reset my password don't work. Deleted account and made new via website. Most pages show 404 errors. Even deleting my account only worked through the phone. Overall, the app feels broken and unreliable, possibly data stealing scam unsafe to use.

bezużyteczna. Nie zapisuje wprowadzonych danych, nawet po kliknięciu "zapisz". po odświeżeniu wyrzuca wszelkie dane i wprowadza swoje (nawet datę urodzenia).
very bad app never use it
żałosne, dzbany usunęły możliwość dodawania i edytowania danych ubiegłego dnia. poza tym reklamy, i przymus placenia za premium zeby automatycznie pobieralo aktywnosc fizyczna z innych aplikacji.

I just saw that have been charging me automatically 17 euros every month since I downloaded the app!!! they don't ask you, they just charge you. unacceptable! I haven't used the app after the first two week I paid for trial.
search is basically paywalled now so it only works for barcode products. i know the products i want are in the damn app bc the app entry shows up in google when you search for it
Katastrofa. Nie da sie wykupic uslugi w promocji, pewnie licza, ze klient w koncu kupi bez promocji. Do tego bok twierdzi, ze to wina klienta i najlepiej, zeby sobie odinstalowal i zainstalowal aplikacje ponownie.
Fix lagging. And stop randomly constantly asking for feedback. And fix search. How come that every time, even if I put exactly the word which is in the recipe's title that one recipe is below others not related recipes?
the ai is dumb after putting for example "potato" into kcal estimate it gives a list of 20 ingredients

looking for an app that would let me know how many calories there are in the ingredients I'm using that also doesn't REQUIRE an account or a ton of personal info should not be an impossible feat like come on. every single app? Nie ma możliwości dodać możliwości utraty wody w posiłku podczas obróbki termicznej. To dość podstawowa opcja do dodania. Jeśli smażę kurczaka, tracę wodę. Wystarczyłoby dodać w przepisie pole pt 'masa całości po obróbce termicznej' i już mógłbym sos gotowany na kilka dni rozdzielać jakoś z głową na porcje. Bez tego apka dalej ma sens, ale premium już ani trochę Edit: Fitatu odpowiedziało we wrześniu '24, że wprowadzą tę funkcję. Funkcji nie ma do dziś. Niestety przegapiłem anulowanie premium.
XD filtrowanie w wyszukiwarce jest zablokowane za wersją premium Edit: W odpowiedzi na moją recenzję zostałem zachęcony to kupienia wersji premium. Komiczne

update 2025: without buying premium the app has completely lost all functions besides being a basic tracker. I've used this app for 5 years. you can't even see the calories you have left or the total macros of your day anymore without buying premium. they even lock deleting all meals for a day behind it. this app has become a total joke and greedy. time to switch to something else.
Would be 5, but: -1 for searching that could be much better -1 for ads with annoying fake exit buttons. EDIT: also recently app is much slower than it used to be. Are there any performance tests implemented? I doubt it. EDIT: they started to show annoying add asking if I want to get rid of annoying adds xD Changing rating to 1/5. 🥂 EDIT: servers blew up and now searching doesn't work, even with premium account xDDDDD
Tldr - Zmuszanie do aktualizacji do nowszej wersji. Nie za bardzo mnie interesują "nowe funkcjonalności" i inne generic PR określenia. Ja jako użytkownik decyduje czy potrzebuje nowszej. - Nagging o premium oraz założenie konta - Absurdalna cena premium - Brak możliwości lokalnego dodawania produktów - Aplikacja nie działa bez połączenia z internetem. - Wydajność to jakiś nie śmieszny żart. Gry robią o rząd wielkości więcej pracy w 16ms. A oni mają problem z aplikacja wyświetlającą tekst
I’ve used this app for years and appreciated how users helped build the food database by scanning and adding products. Now many basic features, like creating a shopping list or copying a full day, are locked behind Premium. Even with a subscription, some actions are limited. I understand monetization, but paywalling core functions makes the app far less practical.

fitatu premium is not worth it. i.e. AI has a picture of ham 137 kcal and still uses its own data 102 kcal for some reason. :(

Elo. Używałem aplikacji kiedyś i była super to pomyślałem, że sobie wrócę. Toż to nieużywalne, weź znajdź kromkę chleba, pasztet albo jajko. Tysiące wpisów bez sensu np "pasztetttttt". Jak nie będzie masowej opcji usuwania produktów aplikacja nieużywalna.

Aplikacja wywala errory, do tej pory było dobrze.
Sama aplikacja jest ładnie zrobione i przyjemnie się z niej korzysta, ale uruchamia się przez 10-15 sekund za każdym razem, dlatego 2 gwiazdki. Prawdopodobnie usilnie próbuje łączyc się za każdym razem z usługami google w dziwny sposób, właśnie dlatego odejmuję 3 gwiazdki. edit: dopóki tego nie rozwiążcie to nie uwierzę że cokolwiek się zmieni. Fitatu ma 14 różnych trackerów powiązanych z google, Facebook, amazon, Unity... e-mail wysłany, czekam na rozwiązanie
Doesn't recognise most UK barcodes
Can't open the app after the update. It was always slow to open and bulky, but after the recent update it first stopped searching for the food I wanted to add, and then stopped opening at all. It was a good app, why did you need to shittify it so much?
EDIT : if you're getting feedback here, like regarding weak performance of the app (on Snapdragon 8 gen 3), you should do something and pass this "news" to your Dev team instead of suggesting me writing emails to your helpdesk. Here's the hint : app is very slow to open because instead of being just opened it's trying first to connect to some addresses (probably some ads servers) and waits for timeout, there's no async. Bad coding.
