Garbage app. Has you put in all your information, customize your experience, then generates a custom workout only to paywall you. You can't even test the app out or look at the workout without putting in your payment info. Why in the world would I ever pay for an app that I can't even test first??
used to be great, now just a buggy mess full of vibe code. App will recommend 40 reps before it will ever raise the weight 5lbs
All I wanted to do was create a workout plan, and then I get to the very end and I hit the paywall. Thanks a lot. Here's your one star.
Impossible to cancel
can't even get started. user either has to input every piece of equipment available to them or skip that process and be forced to utilize the stringent, pre-made routines that do not benefit custom utilization. worthless app.

really love the phone app on my Galaxy s26+ but the watch app on the wear OS system is terrible... on the Apple watch system you can adjust reps and weight and the rest timer is built in but that is not available on wear OS...?!
please specify you have to pay before I have to do a 10 minute startup, scummy.

Do not like these apps where I cannot try without a subscription or without putting my card details straight away. I do not know your product yet and you did not win my trust yet. I will uninstall.
I thought this would be a actually "free" app where everything is free, but instead you have to pay monthly or yearly just to use this app, don't get.
Forces you to try paid. If you get past that and get back to the free version, then accidentally click upgrade, your account is then permanently locked out unless you upgrade.
Saw the subscription price and uninstalled 😂. Devs are greedy.
Does that scam thing where it asks for all your information and gets you hyped up only to slap you in the face with a pay wall at the very end. A free trial doesn't make that better, it's just trying to get you to forget about it and accidentally give them money. Any health app trying to trick you into paying can't be trusted with your body. Even if this got an ad free version I'd not return, they've already lost all my trust.
I didn't even get to try the app so 1 ⭐. I'm not signing up for a free trial. and I'm sure as ell not paying $96 a year for this or any similar app, because I'm starting to see a trend. They all have the same UI. just like every other AI site has the same exact layout. AI slop.

Be aware-after the trial ends, it automatically charges for a full annual subscription, not monthly, and there’s no clear warning. That’s a pretty shady way to handle billing.
looks like a good app but doesn't tell you the price until you've installed and signed up. For those who see this review before installing (as of April 2026) 7 day free trial then £92.99 a year or £15.49 a month

Doesn't communicate that you need to sign up for a free trial or subscription before you can use anything in the app at all. Tricked into signing up and wasting time for no reason.
they are absolutely liars! they tried to charge me $170. you can't even unsubscribe from the app through the app because it loads as a virus

Horrible spam filled ads, horrible AI coded app, abandonware at its finest. forcing me to install to rate it a 1/10 edit, bot. this app is unusable edit, if they respond to a edit, the rating is removed. do not use.
Unfortunately, the workouts I perform do not sync with Samsung Health - they do not show up as completed or logged workouts unless I manually add it OR if I just start a circuit workout on the Galaxy Ultra Watch itself. I've tried EVERY troubleshooting suggestion the staff has offered and nothing is working. never had these issues using an iPhone and apple watch but ever since switching to Samsung on 3/24/26, it does not work...

I've been using this app for over 2 yrs and could not understand why I wasn't lifting heavier weights. Turns out it's because of you don't enter a specific number of RiR the app stagnates you at the weight previously lifted. It doesn't indicate AT ALL what number of RiR you need to enter when your ready to lift heavier. All I have done is lose strength and definition since using this app. I will not be renewing.

I was tricked into signing up and giving credit card info. To address your response; a free trial doesn't negate the fact that you were dishonest in how you tricked me into signing up. I was glad that once I realized I had been tricked into installing your app instead of the one I wanted, I was able to cancel the subscription. I first just uninstalled your app, the later realized I had to go into my account and remove the subscription also

It tanks performance and doesn’t really line up with how strength training should be structured. you're supposed to not think while using this app but you have to think.
not even able to experience the app due to me not being able to close the free 7 day plan, i literally can not get into the app bc of thst, please fix
phone app is great but the watch app... not so much. I'd love to be able to change reps and weights on the watch, and also see the rest timer. defeats the purpose of a watch app if you have to have your phone with you.
seems to be a good app but the pay wall block is a huge issue. £15 a month just to get started after inputting all your details is just wrong. ok you get a 7 day free trial but it's rather expensive after that for an app you can get free elsewhere
I don't like how it only give me one work out A DAY and it was only 15 push ups and I then switched the difficulty to advance and not its only 21 push ups
