The only accurate data provided is weight and pulse. While the app works fine itself the information is garbage. Weight and body are based on antiquated information. Ideal body weight is different for everyone. And the fact that I cannot change my weight plan and body size to meet my goals is bad design. I had my fat distribution and percentages done professionally and found out this app/scale are reading it more than 8% higher than my actual. The whole design is garbage.
Basically useless. I own several devices so I want to share my health data on them. but I can't because the app doesn't accept to log into an existing account from the other device.
Worked great for a while then just started getteing " Measurement Error " error message on Note 10+ and Z Fold5 , both up to date and all permissions granted , no matter what I do I can't get it to stop , so infuriating when it worked the morning before . Before this problem I would have given 5* .
How do I change my starting weight? Why is no one replying within the Apps Help section? Why have a help chat at all? Body Fat %, Subcutaneous Fat %, Body Age and possibly Bone Mass don't ever change. I have been tracking for 3+ years and they remain exactly the same. I understand Bone Mass, but the fat % fluctuates. why doesn't the scale reflect it? How do I get customer service?
Bluetooth not working, no support from the team
Pairing scale to app doesn't work. I've done factory resets and phone restarts. Everything. I give up.
samsung health connect not working...
this app is unable to sync with the rest of my health tracker ecosystem in Google Fit. When trying to log in, I get "this app is blocked by Google". according to research this is done in two scenarios. 1) The app was blocked by Google over privacy concerns - 2) the app has not been integrated with Google Fit. Since the option exists to sync Google Fit, it seems like the dev has done integration, but I assume Google has blocked them. this makes me incredibly concerned about continuing use
It just doesn't start anymore. Logged me out and doesn't even show any error. Several years of history lost and I have no idea how to check it. So currently it's just a very expensive scale with weight only. UPD: Cleared cache, reinstalled, used login code, tried several ISPs - still hangs with spinner.
Doesn't hook to Blue tooth this scale sucks. Don't waste you money on this POS
It use to work, and was pretty good. Now though, I can no longer get the app to connect to my scale after it logged me out. It keeps saying turn on blu tooth, which is already on. I followed the prompts to connect, and nothing happens. I tried uninstalling the app, but now can't get back in because I forgot my password, and the 'forgot password' link didn't work. So frustrating!!!!!!
the scale says 225.4 lbs the app says I weigh 2254.0lbs and I cant find a way to change the decimal point.

It was working fine, then it seems stuck. app says Bluetooth is disconnected, but it's on. I've tried everything, still nothing.
App used to work fine before, but I've not been able to login for a long time now, and emailing support doesn't help as well.
I've installed it on my phone and try to login: enter E-mail and password, push login button and it just hangs. What's going on? How can I resolve the problem? I've also tried to register with new e-mail, and faced the same situation.
awful buggy mess
keeps not reading body fat. worked once and never again.
for me it does not work. I have a Google computer and Google pixel phone and I loaded up the app but it won't connect. the app says my Bluetooth is "disconnected" but my Bluetooth is not disconnected. my Bluetooth is always on. also, I lost all my data that rates you on many diameters and it just won't reappear. when I hit details it won't open as of the last week or two. so Ali it's a nice scale. all it tells me is my BMI which anyone can figure out just by using your height and weight.
I can't seem to Bluetooth the device to my phone. I'm really getting frustrated.
impossible to use with 2 phones, one has to log out continuously
Started using it about 2 weeks ago, in februari. I really liked it. But today all measurements of februari have disappeared. Which makes all the charts to view my progress useless.
My password was put in wrong because you didn't let me view it. I'm never going to remember the password that's associated with that email. I will never remember that 😭 if I can't change the password to what I want it to be then it would be just the same as having a regular old scale. not happy at all

NOT INTUITIVELY DESIGNED, NOT USER FRIENDLY!! Even when using the directions that came with the scale (which uses Fitdays to connect to my phone and share data from and with the scale), it was extremely confusing as to what the APP wanted you to do to access certain types of data, and then, understand if you had indeed completed the "set up" sufficiently. So far, NOT IMPRESSED with the scale or the Fitdays app! But..that might change once I can FINALLY get that thing connected to my phone!
This app does not let you export your data. I have requested help in doing this so I can maintain my own data in a spreadsheet, but they have not responded.
The app is poor. It wants access to storage so the scales cannot display anything other than weight and BMI and nothing else. Even with all permissions alowed the app and scale will not display anything else. Tried support but they have been worse than useless.
App is not syncing to Health Connect. All permissions needed have been granted. this is useless for me if it doesn't sync to my other apps.
There is a lack of synchronization of some data with Health Connect, such as Fat Mass and Lean Mass, among other data that are not exported to Health Connect.
no backup. over years woth of data gone.created new account. the body age wasnt even close. started over again and new account won't accept password. wish never would have wasted the money this scale.
Can't use 2 accounts on 2 different devices??? Why on earth can I only register 1 device on the scale? My wife and I should be able to both use the same scale.

Better than the Oxiline Health app that came with my scale, but only allows for 6-8 users. Not practical for a medical office.
1. Keeps moving the user interface around without providing instructions or a guide when it does updates. 2. changing your weight goal resets your starting point. There's no reason for the app to wipe out historical data and reset whenever you change a goal. Changing a goal should only affect goal weight. 3. Manual entry of historical data has been disabled or removed or moved and does not appear to correlate to any instructions I have found on the internet for how to reenter the data.

Horrible app. Doesn't remember my measurements
Was decent. Has some interface troubles, but I can live with that. Problem for me is it stopped consistently syncing with Fitbit. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reconnected, and the connection is totally intermittent. Need to fix this !!!
Recently stopped syncing with Samsung Health
app looks good. cant connect Google fit because the app is blocked by Google, because it tried to get sensitive data.
Can't connect to fitbit. Seems to be a issue with all the users, yet the manufacturer doesn't seem to care enough.
