for me it does not work. I have a Google computer and Google pixel phone and I loaded up the app but it won't connect. the app says my Bluetooth is "disconnected" but my Bluetooth is not disconnected. my Bluetooth is always on. also, I lost all my data that rates you on many diameters and it just won't reappear. when I hit details it won't open as of the last week or two. so Ali it's a nice scale. all it tells me is my BMI which anyone can figure out just by using your height and weight.
I can't seem to Bluetooth the device to my phone. I'm really getting frustrated.
impossible to use with 2 phones, one has to log out continuously
Started using it about 2 weeks ago, in februari. I really liked it. But today all measurements of februari have disappeared. Which makes all the charts to view my progress useless.
My password was put in wrong because you didn't let me view it. I'm never going to remember the password that's associated with that email. I will never remember that 😭 if I can't change the password to what I want it to be then it would be just the same as having a regular old scale. not happy at all

NOT INTUITIVELY DESIGNED, NOT USER FRIENDLY!! Even when using the directions that came with the scale (which uses Fitdays to connect to my phone and share data from and with the scale), it was extremely confusing as to what the APP wanted you to do to access certain types of data, and then, understand if you had indeed completed the "set up" sufficiently. So far, NOT IMPRESSED with the scale or the Fitdays app! But..that might change once I can FINALLY get that thing connected to my phone!
This app does not let you export your data. I have requested help in doing this so I can maintain my own data in a spreadsheet, but they have not responded.
The app is poor. It wants access to storage so the scales cannot display anything other than weight and BMI and nothing else. Even with all permissions alowed the app and scale will not display anything else. Tried support but they have been worse than useless.
App is not syncing to Health Connect. All permissions needed have been granted. this is useless for me if it doesn't sync to my other apps.
There is a lack of synchronization of some data with Health Connect, such as Fat Mass and Lean Mass, among other data that are not exported to Health Connect.
no backup. over years woth of data gone.created new account. the body age wasnt even close. started over again and new account won't accept password. wish never would have wasted the money this scale.
Can't use 2 accounts on 2 different devices??? Why on earth can I only register 1 device on the scale? My wife and I should be able to both use the same scale.

Limited functionality without registration.
Sober interface that drains your battery because they block the screensaver. I don't recommand this app. Sometimes have to weight 3 times before the app shows the correct value from the balance.
I don't see why i should have to create an account when i have already bought the scales but hey, thats the future right? anyway now because this is connected to a login server. i now can't log into and use the app. even though i have just reset the password. if you have just bought some scales and its taken you to this app to download. just send the scales back.

not syncing with Google Health connect
refuses to sync with my fitbit, the app stops working as well.

The Fitbit connection in the Fitdays app is completely broken. I reported this issue on September 28, 2025. Two weeks later, the problem is worse. The app now crashes when I try to link my device. A basic function is unavailable. Support's first response was quick. However, follow-up communication has been slow and needed constant prompting from me. I sent three reminder emails. Their only reply was that they were "working with Google." Fitdays has offered no solution for this critical feature.

Manual entry of historical data has been disabled or removed or moved and does not appear to correlate to any instructions I have found on the internet for how to reenter the data.

Recently stopped syncing with Samsung Health
app looks good. cant connect Google fit because the app is blocked by Google, because it tried to get sensitive data.
Can't connect to fitbit. Seems to be a issue with all the users, yet the manufacturer doesn't seem to care enough.
Sync issues are there. Not able to sync data with Healthconnect or fitbit
All of a sudden, it stopped syncing data to the Fitbit app. When I try to toggle the switch to start syncing again, it asks me to log in with a Google account, but I was refused by Google, stating that the browser or app is insecure. You guys should try to use Google's authentication window, instead of trying to log in users in the embedded in-app browser
I've used this for 5 years without problem. Recently there are 2 serious issues 1) Reading doesn't sync to Samsung Health 100% of the time. About half the time you need to measure twice 2) Even worse, scale and Fitdays app show a different measurement. Sometimes a few hundred grammes, sometimes a kg. You can see this live as you stand on the scale. Samsung Galaxy S10 Android.

Update: can not get the app to sync with Health Connect at all. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and given Full Permissions and Limited Permissions. it does nothing. I can see plainly in the Health Connect dashboard that Fitdays has permission but has never actually connected. Unacceptable, I can't recommend this at all.
While I like the scale and the data it offers, what I can't stand I can't stand is having to add the device back to the app everytime I use it. Have sent a message, but still waiting to hear back
can't connect to Fitbit app for a month, please fix it.
Been on a weight loss journey this year and it was tracking fine. Today I log my weight and it deleted my initial weight and reprogrammed it to a new one (plus 5 lbs). All the data is gone. Customer service says it can't be fixed. what? I can't go in and manually change it back either. That's disappointing. Ill be looking for a better smart scale.
No way to connect to Bluetooth. It was connected but now it says it's not and there is no option to reconnect it in the app's software. And when I scan using my phone Bluetooth, the scale doesn't appear. It used to be work, but not anymore.
