Dishonest practices. Very misleading subscription plan that tricks you into trying their app for 7 days and than they charge you one month. Very unsatisfied with their claim that i should know that if i pay for one week trial and i dont cancel my trial for which i paid i get charged a montly fee without me asking for a renewal. Very misleading. Repeat avoid at any cost! Alex Del Monte
The shittiest app ever. You subscribe for 7 days free, but wait it is not free, they take your money from day one. and what do they offer? Basic alarm and reminders. Thanks a lot! It's not worth it, such a primitve app in the era of AI. Stay away from this app. There are free ones way better.
5 days now and I'm not overly pleased with this app. I can honestly do the fasting myself but was hopeful the food logging was going to be good, but almost everything I've tried to enter cannot be found and I'm a whole food eater. Horrible customer service overall! I wish I could give it 5 negative stars! I tried to get a refund for May because I'm not happy and they keep saying they stayed transparent with the subscription policy but it says 30 day money back guarantee. sucks!!!
No support. No results after 1 week
Very bad afterservice. I've tried this for a month with a paid subscription and without informing me have charged a huge amount for another month subscription without any notification. their team is really unprofessional. don't recommend this app
keep your money for something better first month is reasonable then 35 quid per month after it does say money back guarantee but that's just bs !

I like the tracking aspect of the app but the nutrition information for the listed items is wrong. Most list way more calories than the items actually have and the macros are listed in ounces but recorded in grams. I had to manually enter every item. The lists were useless due to gross inaccuracy.
Unfortunately far too expensive for the services it provides, or lack thereof.
I joined and within a 1/2 the app wasn't working! PATHETIC!
