What a waste of time! Instead of saying "in-app" purchases just make it clear absolutely everything of this app is locked behind a pay wall. There is nothing useful in this app if you are not willing to fork out atleast R300 a month! That's what I paid for my gym membership.
AI slop, the AI body tracker doesn't work properly, 15 minutes can't find my knees, very poor.
Absolutely deceptive refund policy. I tried this app because it says very clearly on the app description that they have a '30 day money back guarantee.' After only 9 days I canceled, only to be told refunds were unavailable for purchases made through the app. How else would people make an app purchase FOR AN APP? After multiple inquiries to both Fitify and Google Play, I got the runaround and refund denial from both. I would advise anyone to not even try this disingenuous company.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP. I tried to ask for a refund after seeing the app says "30-days refund guarantee if I am not satisfied". I got pushed around between Play Store and Fitify support. WHAT A JOKE.
NOT A FREE APP. After plugging in all of the useless data for it's ai slop, you are blocked from using the app through a pay wall. $3.50/week for what? I can create and utilize my own workout routine for free. Useless app, greedy developers, don't waste your time.

TBH everything is paid that also from beginning. How could a person know from the beginning that is the thing made for them/not and pay huge amount initially on the very first day to just start off after a 20 min long session of each and every detail about you
is not free they are post free and asking too much money and your reply is not true you Forse me to add my card even before I can see something... so this is feel like scam ... if you can expose the app before money

Takes forever just to star using the app... and its paid and not cheap 🫠
Regrettably the app now uses slimy tactics to get you to sign up. It's not made clear up front that the body scan requires one to pay before accessing the report. Sad
