They make it hard to find where to go to cancel the subscription. Then they have no number posted to call and talk to customer service. It is all done through email and they will not refund money even if you reach out they day it was charged. So be aware also the workout are not great. I signed up for a beginners course and they had me on advance 2 days later. I was charged for something I did not care to keep using. I would not recommend this app you can find better workouts on YouTube.

They pulled money from my account, and I did not want a subscription. I paid $19 just to try it, and now I received a fraud alert from my bank, otherwise I would have never known they were taking money

There is no way to cancel this subscription. The app directs to go to Google play and there is nothing in my subscriptions. Lesson learned, read reviews first.
Very difficult to cancel. Very deceptive!
It's not gonna work like they show it. They feature this muscular guy. You can never achieve that by just sitting without heavy weights. May be good for stretching but they show in their ad a fat person and the transformation into a muscular nicely sculpt body. FRAUD. They will not give you refund if you cancel even if your subscription is only a day old. They say 30 day money back guarantee. That's a lie . Muscle booster also hype their program just like this one but you get your money back.

I had stopped using the app after about a month. let the buyer beware you are signing up for a subscription that will cost you $69 every 3 months until you cancel. if you decide you don't like the product, make sure you cancel before you are automatically resubscribed at full price.

I liked the app but stopped using and canceled but they keep billing me. I was charged for a semi annual subscription one month and then charged again the next month. The process to get a refund is a major problem. And I am still working to resolve.

The workouts are fine. However, I purchased a gym membership cheaper then the price for the app. Tried canceling my subscription and removed the payments from my account. I still got charged and had to email the company to tell them to cancel and refund. They canceled future payments but refused to refund. Very unprofessional considering they can see on the app that there was no activity since the day after it was downloaded.

these people are thives! I canceled this subscription twice and as of today they changed my account again. they have super predatory practices! Don't start this app at all. trust me. there are better work outs for free on YouTube. if you got scammed via their infomercial garbage ads start the cancelation process now.
This app is either a scam or overwhelmingly spoofed by scammers. I've been seeing many of their ads, and they include obvious AI "after" bodies and blatant disinformation ("gym workouts do more harm than good for older men.") Finally one of these ads revealed their brand name without a click, so I looked it up to confirm it's a scam and I'm posting this to warn other users and hopefully get them banned.

I want to cancel Fit Me App but they won't let me and they're stealing my money. I'm a Senior Citizen and I need my money.
I used it for 7 days 8th day they wanted more money I paid 39.99 for 3 months. I messaged you, no response. Until 4/12 I get a charge of 69.99$ I ask for it to be canceled and a refund. I was told no refund but the next 90 days is paid.. Dishonest practice! I was told I signed agreement. I will post this every month. You tubers workouts are FREE!

Please cancel and refund my April 11 payment. I did not know you automatically keep charging l believed it was a one time printout. If I don't hear from you in 2 days I will contact the credit card company and have them do it as a fraud as I did not order Cancel my subscription, l have not even used it once due to injuries. i though l bought a one time work out. Now l still you charged me again on April 12.
beware this is a scam, they will double charge you then offer 6 months free if you catch them. if you push it they offer 30% refund. Do Not download. You will be charged the 9.99 weekly and they will try and sneak in 49.99 a month. Beware.
payment is hidden inside the app. you can easily forget about this fact and then you'll find out that money was taken from your card. without any reminding from the app. i didn't even use this app 🤷

Rip off! I like the chair yoga but paying so much monthly for something that costs you very little is a rip off. If I pay $40 for an app , it should be for life! Uninstalling.
