I only paid to get the print out then they start a subscription that you can't cancel or get a refund. do not get the app or the printable sheets.

I canceled my membership two months ago. I found they where still taking money from account. I asked for a refund for the month I was just charged for and I was told I would have access to the app until the end of the month. I would not recommend this app. They are shaddy when it comes to cancelations.

Sent cancelation request to support email and was messaged back and Informed account has been paused. Now I'm going back and forth with Dmytro in customer service telling me to login and cancel. Account is not allowing me access to cancel. Seems like a ripoff.
Originally it's fine but they don't give you anyway to cancel. Says go to playstore subscriptions but they conveniently are not listed. However they still try and get the more payments.
I want to cancel this app
Never used this app. They keep charging my account anyway. Now I'm trying to cancel this subs; In order to get a full refund of my money. Does anyone out there know how to cancel the fitme subs? I've already read many reviews that gave them just one star, as I did, and they all have the same problem as I. My opinion is this: Some geeks managed to put this extensive program together specifically with no way too cancel the so called subscription. They are two bit scammers get away with fraud.
Beware recurring, "non-refundable" charges. Got hit with a $95 charge which, after realizing they'd charged it, they refused a refund per "terms of service." Besides that the app exercises were sort, limited and restricted to one program. PASS on this one.
cancel ! Impossible to cancel ! Still getting charged $86.64 monthly when I want to cancel ! Thought it was canceled, but still getting charged ! I did a trial and thought I had it canceled ! This is a nightmare getting charged for something I do not use ! I am retired and cannont afford throwing $86.64 to the wind ! Help me ! I could use this money to eat on ! The phone numbers listed do not work ! Tried both numbers one rang no answer other number did not work at all !
I tried cancelling 2 days before I was charged $61. And cannot find out how to do it unless I pay someone else $60 to cancel it I'm very frustrated. I cannot afford this!!!
