Spent a long time trying to coordinate between staff and my workplace that uses the app to comp gym memberships. Could never get it to work even after it confirmed my membership, and nobody knew how to get it to work. It was lots of wasted time and confusion sadly. just paid for the membership and ditched the app.
I paid for pro thinking it would open up items that I required it did not. Essentially I paid for a UI that I didnt enjoy nor did it give me what I want. I requested a refund and it was denied despite me not using the app. edit: contacted the company as requested and refund processed.
They recently locked the ability to stream to Chromecast behind a paywall.
Used to be good but now it's just a money trap. Much better apps out there and some are even free to use.
Subscription was supposed to be charged on the 20th why was I charged on the 19th when I have cancelled my subscription. Please I want my money back

What a ripoff. This whole app is an advertisement to pay for Pro to use the functionalities the app shuts off while in use. - I can play Spotify and other audio at the same time - but Fiton will ONLY allow it if you pay for pro (since users like me prefer music during workouts). - I would like to screen cast from my phone to my tv. This is done outside of the app. Fiton disengages it unless you pay for pro. Additionally, the navigation/layout is not intuitive (likely geared for sales).

Don’t waste your time with this. The UI is confusing with zero sense of direction, important features are locked behind convoluted pathways, and there’s no real assistance. You can’t even delete your account unless you use a computer - despite installing it on a phone. It genuinely feels like a ploy to collect data. Absolute garbage.
I used the app for about a month with mixed results. The variety of exercises is very good, but they cannot be customized --something that is very important to me. The main issue I encountered was poor interaction between the other fitness apps I use and this one. Some information about workouts and number of steps never showed up.
This App does not Sync with Samsung Health on Galaxy 25. I wouldn't have purchased had it known it only works on outdated versions

*update 1 star* 2 emails in 1 day. this company talks about health but has no respect for mental health, as they are sending dozens of unwelcomed and illegal notifications. Shame on FitOn! *update* still spamming me. losing a star for every marketing email they send ** They won't stop spamming my email after repeatedly unsubscribing. Oppressive notifications.
Asked for pilates to be omitted, first exercise was obviously pilates! Rubbish app. The enshittification goes on.

I can stream Netflix for an entire day without any issue, but I can't get through even 5 minutes of one of these videos without it buffering for minutes at a time? Very frustrating trying to complete a workout. Might as well use YouTube.
I paid for the PRO version and you still have to pay more to join the courses that they offer. Rip off. PRO is not worth the extra money.
Was never able to access the program through the app.
I hate this app, they make you email for cancellation request after cancelling through the app and they never respond. I emailed them on December 9 2024 for the cancellation request and they still just charged me. Never get their subscription!!

This app was a lifesaver during the pandemic for living room workouts. Opened it to use between gym memberships after a few years to discover they locked the ability to cast to your TV behind a paywall. Moving commonly supported features to a paid tier subscription will never be OK.
Used to be good, but now it's hard to navigate to my favourite workouts. Casting to my TV is just as likely to work as not work. And when I finally get the cast to work, it doesn't actually record my workout and it shows like I did nothing. Very frustrating experience to use lately!
It used to be great workout app, now if you pause the video skips and you can't move it back. I don't think i'll continue using the app.

I have a subscription, and have been using the app for sometime. I've been having issues lately with casting on my TV for other applications like Masterclass because FitOn somehow enforces control over mobiles for casting on TV -even though I have a subscription. I found out that FitOn app was interrupting because after I uninstalled it, I was able to cast, and watch on my TV. Please fix this issue. I don't wanna have to uninstall/reinstall it every time I wanna use other apps, and cast on TV.
meh. i would probably enjoy it more if there were more trainers on there that were more like me. its a bunch of fitness guru wine moms and some metro sexual men to keep it from being all women. just didnt catch a vibe and connecting my galaxy watch was a nightmare. it never really did work for the leaderboards.
Workout are repetitive and doesn't match the description.For example if you wanting to train arms and click a workout that says it targets arms only ,but then 5mins in the instructor is telling you to do a chest press ,which doesn't help if u train consistently and have a recovering chest
