I use fitpass pro but I dont like fitpass at all, now i am regretting because of the below reasons 1. No clear T&C or easy to find what is included in my plan or what is not 2. Customer service is poor. There is no easy option to connect with customer support. I see chat option only on which its been 2 days and despite multiple msgs, I didnt get any responses 3. There is an option chat with Nutrionist, it keep leading for indefinite time but never loaded. I really regret to take subscription.
Pathetic helpdesk. Non responsive or irrelevant responses. NOT RECOMMENDED!
I've been using FITPASS PRO for a year. Earlier, I could book consecutive future workouts at the same gym. Now the app says, "Booking restricted. You already have a booking on previous day." This happens for every gym despite an active membership and the latest app version. If this is a new policy, please communicate it clearly. It's not practical to switch gyms every day just to book consecutive workouts. Please confirm if this is a policy change or a bug.
I have never seen a worse scam. Forced me to take the lite plan where there is no option to go to an actual fitness centre. They give 1000 fitpass cash from which they only allow you to redeem the smallest amount through each transaction forcing you to buy multiple products to just use the points they have given. The customer Support literally shows that they will take a few HOURS TO RESPOND. HOURS JUST TO KNOW IF I JUST LOST MY 5000 RUPEES OR NOT. NO WAY TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING. SCAMMERS!!!

most of the gym options timings are so inaccurate on the app despite the gym timings being 4 pm they open at 5 pm
