It was a very bad experience, had neither track the correct activity nor provided resolution for my query from the last 5-6 days
I’m consistently unable to use the QR scanner at my fitness center. Every time I try to check in, the app displays a generic 'something went wrong' message. It’s making it very difficult to actually use my membership.
Not able to sign up tried multiple times even with multiple numbers still it shows something went wrong

This is a very bad app, customer support is also very bad
Worst App. I had planned a call with the Nutritionist. But didn't receive any vall from them as per my time slot. After 30 mins from my time slot, I received a call and when I picked it up, it was immediately disconnected and the status on the app said the user didn't receive the call. I tried to call back on the same number immediately multiple times but I got a message that no agent is available to take calls. When I tried to chat with Customer support, there was no response.
personally in my area, the gym registered with this app are not worth it.

App stops suddenly. it will not restart.. so disappointed
I got Fitpass membership voucher from BOB eterna card but the voucher is giving an error saying the "maximum attempt for my registered mobile number has been reached" therefore , not able to use the membership.
