Masz w aplikacji sekcję rabatomat, która każe ci włączyć zgody marketingowe, po czym jak to zrobisz, to ci wyświetlają że już akcja zakończona. To po co tą sekcje mi wyświetlacie? A no żeby zgody marketingowe farmic, bo po co innego :)

Daher ist ein Stern für das Service angemessen.
I used to buy quite consistently here but support when I needed has been chaotic, I ordered on 28.11 to find me hat this is 20.12 and I still haven't received it after multiple problems, it's 27.12 as this review was edited and no sight of such package. support was very unhelpful, if you order here, be ready to some random day in the future have a terrible service.

- bad to communicate - after purchasing, they start shopping 2/3 days later - after contacting them , they offer you only either to accept the new estimated delivery time or to cancel the order !! my experience was as following : I order something at 08.12.2025 at 10.12.2015 I tried to track it they didn't even start shipping after a call and email they send me a feedback estimated deliver time will be 15.12.2025 ! ( it was 12.12.2025 )
so somehow if you get a good deal and order good perfumes. they cancel your order after 3 days. if you cant keep your discounted promise, dont promise.
I should not be asked to turn on notifications every next second. Makes the app unusable. And you should not be forcing me to do anything, I'm not your paw. I'm uninstaling the app because I don't need distractions and because you're making it impossible for me to live without distractions.
Hab ein Düfte für ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft. Falsche Produkt kam und Reklamation dauert 24 Stunden einen Antwort zu bekommen. "Julia" von Reklamation bietet nun eine Entschuldigung und ich muss erneut die Bestellung wiederholen und selber die Falsche Produkt zurücksenden. Zahlung muss ich auch selber stornieren. Keine Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Nie wieder
2 Parfüms wurden nicht zusammen mit den anderen Produkten geliefert. Flaconi behauptet, dass die Parfüms verschickt wurden und weigert sich zu kooperieren, und gibt an, wie schwer das Paket war, das verschickt wurde. Der Wert der fehlenden Parfüms beträgt 340€. Unter keinen Umständen empfehle ich Flaconi, es sei denn, Sie möchten genau dasselbe Problem erleben.
Sehr enttäuscht. Ich kaufe meine Lieblingsmarke lippenstift immer bei Douglas oder Amazon. Diesmal dachte ich, versuche mal Flaconi. Mache ich nicht nochmal. Ich weiss nicht was der Grund kst, vielleicht alt? Keine Ahnung, auf jeden fall ist es nicht die Qualität woran ich gewöhnt bin. Es hält nicht lange und fühlt sich aich irgendwie komplett trocken an. SCHADE. never again. Habe ich schon gemacht. Leider nichts passiert
Keine ernsthafte Webseite! Meine ganze Bestellung wurde storniert vermutlich weil nur ein Produkt nicht vorrätig war!! Scheint die wollten den unechte Rabatt von Frauentag nicht zugeben!!!!
I ordered 2 parfums and told them to leave the package at the basement like i always do with all my packages.Saturday i received an email that the packet was delivered, since i was at home i go immediately out and as funny as it is no packet to be found anywhere around the house.Spoke to them and they don't take any responsibility said its my fault bcs i choose a delivery spot.Worst experience ever paid 121€ for nothing didn't get any parfums and my money is gone, that's not how you do business.
I have placed two orders. While the prices are indeed quite favorable, and sales of up to 10% are often available, I have found the delivery time, which exceeds a week, to be rather slow.
