MONEY SUCKERS! You don't get to play for very long unless you spend a lot of money on it and then you don't get a lot of play for the money spent.
I purchased 2 items same amount different time? but I didnt receive my last purchase! scam purchase

it's a good game. graphics, flows, events all good. but there is no other choice to refill your energy but to spend your own money. do something that we do to have energy than spending money to your game. create some ads or anything.
I got so many charges on this account no formal receipt notice till my bank flagged it and I realised now I can't get a refund. I need my money back

Lovely game but it's a game meant to scam money out of users and benefit the developers. You can't enjoy participating in events as it takes 3 days to complete some orders because item generators are forever on long hours breaks and even when they are back to generating they generate 5 items and go back on a break. Games are meant to be fun, not frustrating and bleed money out of people. Let people spend by choice not because they are forced to.
level after day 21 is hard, as player they forced us to buy their live product to keep playing but the puzzle source is too random and end up with lack of live and energy
Do you just get to play at some point or is the whole game the stupid interface bullying you into clicking the exact thing in the exact order it wants you to. Level 8, still over guiding you. Pass, if I wanted to read a book I'd read a book.

Ok. Enough is enough.. I'm tired of losing competitions because 100 energy isn't enough energy to merge and win when all you get are the lowest level items. The lowest level items take more energy because it takes TWICE AS MUCH to get what you need. The game was fun until they changed things so that even purchases are too expensive. I played till my 100 energy was gone. Wasn't even able to complete ONE order. Seriously on the lookout for a better game now.
I'm really upset because at first everything was running at a normal speed and I didn't have to wait this long. Usually we play these games to relieve the stress of the day, not to increase it. You have truly disappointed me.
I thought this was a decent merge game to begin with but after level 80 progression became extremely slow or very very expensive, there is absolutely no chance of completing timed challenges without making payment and the rewards for timed challenges are rubbish for the amount you have to spend to get them.
It's always lack of energy to finish the tasks OMG my diamonds is all gone 😢
Every now and then you'll get ingredients in a bubble in this game. The worst thing about it is if you want to burst it it'll ask you for a confirmation but if you accidentally click on the option that will cost you gems that give bought with your real money it just busy it without any confirmation...... the amount of money I've wasted because of this is absurd

As others have said, it's pay to play. I was flooded with ads for this game so I decided to give it a chance - I was pleasantly surprised that there really are no ads but I very quickly found out you won't progress unless you pay. Generators only give you 10 items before they need to recharge for 2 hours, and I'm still on the low levels. Just don't bother, unless you want to spend your hard earned cash.
Lame - no storyline at all (I'm a week and an entire chapter in game and the only thing any character has said is some variation of 'hi I'm Lauren let's get to work' when you first open the game. The mechanics are kinda neat, but not enough to carry an entire game on their own Game isn't even as fun as the ads. In short: don't bother.

if you want people to play this game you will have to remove the energy recharge on it...too much time waiting plus can't perform task before time ends..i'll prefer ads than to in-app pay..now the generators are problem..you generate 4 to 5 times it need recharge..what is going on there are you encouraging people to play or to uninstall it??
Every update makes it harder and harder to complete quests. Now, even if i save up energy (I had 700 saved up a few days ago), it's impossible to complete them. It went from 7 orders in a day to 9 or 10. To complete cards, you get the ones you need a lot less frequently. I thought it might just be because I was progressing in the game, but my phone broke and I had to get a new one. Had to start the game over and its like that from the beginning now. It's just not fun anymore.
This game punishes you for playing it. If you play longer than 15 minutes, all the resource items need to "recharge" most of which last 2+ hours. Not only that, there's a pointer finger that directs you for THE WHOLE GAME. Not the tutorial or your first time playing, the entire thing.

I shouldn't have to screen record when developers know.
This game doesn't give the gems it shows !! It claims you won, but you have to pay .99 for each claim !! It runs out of lightening bolts before you can finish serving all customers. Very unfair game. If I ask Questions, there are NO answers. Even with photos. I know there are other similar games. I'll go there. I've sent pictures and didn't get any answers. WHY ? I sent them in the game. It will be deleted. I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten things they should have.
nice game,very fun to continue, love the graphics but the price of gems ???? boy that's way too much you tell me I pay 8000 naira for just 80 gems ?? that money is enough to get me half carton of instant noodles pls this game is for fun and to relax it shouldn't be this expensive please.....say I buy twice that's about 12$ on just a game......it's not even a one time payment it's whenever you need it pls look into this the price is much
it's fun, it doesnt really stand out that much from other merging games but that's ok. a few downsides compared to other merging games: - the generators go on cooldown way too quick for way too long. sometimes you need 1 more item and even if you have full energy, the cooldown on the generators are 1+ hour after like 20 uses - barely any ways to get gems besides spending money - barely any way to get energy besides spending money
