i have spent $100 on this website and had a room posted in perth for $300 including rent which is well below market price. I didn't even get a proper enquiry. All I got from this app is an overheating phone.

The app would be ideal otherwise, but this makes it so difficult. Finding a place is so time sensitive, two weeks of waiting for your message to send can be the difference between finding somewhere to live or not. It's a shame that app developers can be so greedy and take advantage of desperate people.
Really bad. Expensive subscriptions required to stand a chance. Greedy app that shames people who can't afford the full version by accusing them of wanting a free lunch if you don't pay their overpriced subscriptions. Mate, I just want to look at the housing listings, I'm not asking for caviar. You're a flatmate listing service, not a mansion listing service. Know your demographic.

app is so bad. messages don't load, and you have to fully close the app, filters don't apply properly. overall it's a pretty abismal experience
I keep getting logged out for no reason and now when I try to log in , the app doesn't load and it just shows me a blank screen. The latest update makes it very hard to even get into the app
Hobart is 2 hours drive from Launceston - but when I search for tenants in Launceston, it gives me those in Hobart as "nearby". This means I have to check every listing to see if they are actually nearby. Such a waste of time...
even paying the full plan, doesn't allow you to use the app fully and verify the account by international ID document. Plus, the support team is useless and reports about scammers or fake rooms for rent go to the bin.
Can't search location. No dark mode. The price for subscription is absolutely ridiculous.
I've paid, but the app won't even let me open messages
Still terrible after a year, cant authenticate mobile sms doesnt work. People allowed to put ads in wrong categories with wrong descritons, wasting paying customers time. Responses from people are sketchy at best
Save your money and go elsewhere.
Searching multiple towns is a hot mess, and the fact that they will delay your message to people "up to 14 days" unless you pay for membership is genuinely extortion considering the current housing crisis.
To send messages, you have to upgrade your plan, but after that, there's no clarity on whether the messages were read or not, no one respond. I didn't get any benefits at all during the 10 days I used the base plan.
It's good at first, but then it's like, you gotta pay for everything to use. You can't even message anyone without paying👎. I messaged someone, and the app notified me that the message is blocked from sending for two weeks unless I pay for it🤷🏼♂️😡.

Can't send all messages instantly, without paying, which is hard when homeless. It caused missed opportunities.
My listing was hidden for weeks
It should be free to find housing. Delayed messages on free option is misleading. Either make it a subscription or not. A radius on search would work better than suburb as people want to either work where they live or live where they work.
Be a good app if it was cheaper to use the paid version
save your money. paid for the 10 day subscription. not worth it. Don't get me wrong, the platform has great listings, it's just that no one replies. I browsed my local face book property rental groups and found better listings and had a place within 2 days.
