app is so bad. messages don't load, and you have to fully close the app, filters don't apply properly. overall it's a pretty abismal experience
I keep getting logged out for no reason and now when I try to log in , the app doesn't load and it just shows me a blank screen. The latest update makes it very hard to even get into the app
Hobart is 2 hours drive from Launceston - but when I search for tenants in Launceston, it gives me those in Hobart as "nearby". This means I have to check every listing to see if they are actually nearby. Such a waste of time...
even paying the full plan, doesn't allow you to use the app fully and verify the account by international ID document. Plus, the support team is useless and reports about scammers or fake rooms for rent go to the bin.
Can't search location. No dark mode. The price for subscription is absolutely ridiculous.

Still terrible after a year, cant authenticate mobile sms doesnt work. People allowed to put ads in wrong categories with wrong descritons, wasting paying customers time. Responses from people are sketchy at best
Save your money and go elsewhere.
Searching multiple towns is a hot mess, and the fact that they will delay your message to people "up to 14 days" unless you pay for membership is genuinely extortion considering the current housing crisis.
To send messages, you have to upgrade your plan, but after that, there's no clarity on whether the messages were read or not, no one respond. I didn't get any benefits at all during the 10 days I used the base plan.
It's good at first, but then it's like, you gotta pay for everything to use. You can't even message anyone without paying👎. I messaged someone, and the app notified me that the message is blocked from sending for two weeks unless I pay for it🤷🏼♂️😡.
shouldn't need an account to use the app when first downloading it
if you are desperate do not use this site. definitely not for those on a budget. r come dations come in like a flood but none seem to be relevant! bombarded with emails from the app advertising upgrades or else your ad won't do well! so basically you either pay or they make damn sure you don't get a place. check the local classifieds in your area because it took just one day and I have a place but not one answer to my flatmates ad except for advertising from the app. USELESS. be warned.
this used to be a decent app until the "businesses" invaded it. They have fake pictures up everywhere and take no responsibility for if the room doesn't look like the pictures. Supposr I liked how a room looked, then I go to read the details and it says the pictures are fake and not of the real room. The developers are doing nothing about such obvious scams. Very disappointing.
It was a useful app, now it goes white after a couple of seconds of opening any listing. Totally unusable.
