I'm telling you do not trust them

there system messed up the frist time I tried them and never paid my rent so I canceled it. then I get email from them saying there system messed up. but it was to late I have 150 late fee and 60 dollar return fee.

Customer service is awful. And they advertise that you can change your payment dates, which isn't completely true. You can change your second payment date but you can't change your first. I am moving out in the middle of this month so I need my 1st payment moved up from the 1st of next month to my move out date. Apparently this is impossible even though I have prior correspondence from them that states otherwise. And they'll respond here before actually responding to the customer's concern.

I too am having issues making split payment with this app. they continue to try and say it may be my card, even though ive switched payment methods that come from different financial institutions. Then trying to contact support is bogus. they are only robots on email and chat. theres no live agent to speak to, and they will stop replying without even saying they will stop.

This app is wasting my time.. it's my first time trying to use this app and it wants me to update my address. I get to the part where it asks how much rent is and once I click submit it does nothing.. just sits there acting like it wants to load but nothing happens. I tried six times to get it to load. I backed out and refreshed the app. I tried it with and without wifi. I only have 4 hours to figure it out otherwise I can't pay rent.

constantly have issues just simply adding funds. Waiting minutes between attempts and still getting the wait 10 seconds error message. Not to mention how hard it is to make a payment if you have spot me or overdraft protection. Flex just continues to not take your payment.

app worked just fine until recently. an update happened that made the app a bit more jank than useful. Logging in was no problem however it won't let me pay rent. every time I try to make a payment with a debit card, it tells me the card is either not active, Not valid, or there was an error and to use a different card. here's the kicker. The app was still able to take 700$+ off the 'invalid card' and load the money into the flex funds yet still tells me I can't use the funds without a card..

I thought using this service would be beneficial. I used this service only one time. When they took my 1st payment, there was no issues. The 2nd payment no issues. The next couple of months after that, I did not need to use the app. I needed to use the service today and my account was not reactivated and I was told due to too many repayment issues. So, because I didn't need to use it I'm being punished. I rate this app one star. Also, there's no live person you can talk to.

When the app works it's great, but this month it has refused to take all 6 of my CC. I don't like texting AI and half the time you won't get the answer you need. there's no phone # to talk to anyone or to pay your bill. The only way to pay is by CC or debit. It doesn't take Capital One anymore(I had that), it also doesn't take checks, auto withdrawal from bank, Cash app, prepaid cards. It's a good app and has been working for me over the last year. There's nothing wrong with my banks.

Customer support was able to process it on their end, but it still wouldn’t work in the app. Now in May, auto-pay isn’t triggering and the manual payment option has disappeared-even though today (May 5) is the deadline. Support says my rent is “processing,” but my apartment is warning of late fees. This app has been great in the past, but these recent issues are concerning.

Flex app was a very good tool for me until they changed how they pay your rent, now they offer you a ACH account for rent payment,or a so call debit card, well it didn't used to be like that they used to debit right from your account and send the apartment complex your whole amount of rent, the format has really changed I don't know why but all I know is it has to do with money and I had to end up deleting the app because it no longer works for me that's very unfortunate, corporate greed!!!!!
