It's not right that you want more than half the rent on the first. Nor is it right that you claim to be helpful, but don't be helping in the needs of the tenant.
I've been trying to cancel it was wrong app
Very helpful. except issues. worked with them for over a year then I was dropped suspended. now I can't get it back automatically.

cost too much, dont download and subscribe!!!!cost too much to pay rent this wat $15 every month is outrageous!
irritating but useful. the app messages me every month about not paying their fee despite having a card on file.
