i can't even open the app. it keeps saying update the app when i press update it takea me to the play store page where the only option i have is to uninstall or open. i tried both. fix your app.

horrible app. ask me to update but there's no update on the app store. now I cannot access the app as the update window keep popping up. It doesn't auto top up my kid's acc. have to manually transfer. double handling. very annoying.
24/4/26 5pm - we are unable to update from 4.1.75 to the latest version on an android device. Please fix it asap. The app was working in the morning but not now. Uninstalling the app does not help.

I hate this platform. Fees to put money in your account, fees to place an order, extra fees if you just order without having funds in an account, fees if your order is more than your account balance, and no way to withdraw unspent monies at the end of school year. Dont get me started on the over-priced menu either. It is a rip off too. Better to teach your kid to make a sandwich or make a stack to keep in the freezer.

sold my data to advertisers, don't like that I'm forced to use this app full of fees for tuckshop but thankfully I know how to make my kids lunches myself

Has not worked on my phone for about 1 year, and when told by support that I should uninstall and re-install, I find that the app is "nolonger compatable with my device"...
This app does not run properly. Does not load when you first start. Also this app forces you to keep money stored in its wallet by processing extremely slowly during checkout if you have low balance in the wallet. This is pure violation of consumer rights from the part of Flexischool. They need to be sued!
only 1 parent can have access per student ID. for separated parents like me, I cannot use it as my ex has it which causes conflict and I cannot do lunch orders on my weeks.
Alot of fees! Becareful because they'll miss some items for your kids lunch & they don't reimburse you & they won't bother picking up the phone when you call in.

Where is the next or pay button after entering in your CC? There is no way to pay for something, my kid goes hungry today!!! Edit for reply: I have already contacted support and they have stopped responding. I offered to send a video of the next button missing. it's clearly not rendered on android but is in on the website - I sent screenshots to prove it.
What a garbage app. We're forced into using this at our school, thankfully the browser experience is passable as I refuse to use this unreliable, waste of time.
Agent was not helpful and did not even investigate properly. I have had similar issues with money taken out more than once. I will be cancelling flexischools card...not happy
Too many fees,a fee to top up your account,another fee when you order food. The new ordering system is so confusing, not user-friendly.
Awful, awful access. Getting a 403 message constantly....why can't they just purchase more server space and access....past 7.45 it's just impossible to order. When you get on it's fine, in fact a great app...but lack of IT investment gives me cause for concern about giving them my bank details...I can only hope they're spending the money on IT firewalls.

Everything i try to log into the app, I get an error code stating I've entered my user name and password incorrectly. This is extremely annoying. I then have to use my laptop Web browser to log in and order. Unfortunately, I don't always have a computer handy to log in.
Why doesn't the system allow multiple accounts per student card? My wife created an account using our child's student number, and now it's locked to that account, preventing me from creating one. This is a basic feature-students typically have two parents, so the system should support linking two accounts.
Just updated the app, and getting "something went wrong" with everything I try and order. Works fine on the browser, so definitely an app issue.

Glitches during payment resulting in payment taken but no order showing. No way to fix issue through the app. No customer service only AI which tells you nothing

The food ordering component is just awful, an utterly painful user experience that needs a complete overhaul. Update - just got billed by these thieves for an inactive account!! 🤬
As was the case this morning it's sometimes painfully slow to order. Several times I've ordered lunch and my child has received nothing and gone hungry. The response from Flexischools, "oh you need to take that up with the school". No refund. All care no responsibility while they profit. Edit: 2024 and still a terrible app. $1.50 inactive account fees with no clear option to refund your balance.
