Fails to open my itinerary every time I try, making the app useless for me. Tried several times, reinstalled the app and it fails every time with error message "Failed to load itinerary. Please try again later.". I can open itinerary over the browser, so definitely an app related issue. Samsung Galaxy S26 ultra.
App keeps crashing once you go to entering details page. 🙄 so annoying 😑

A message every 21 seconds referring us to the online help line is extremely FRUSTRATING (especially when I've been there) then after quite some time with a message that staff are busy and if I was to leave my name and number they would return my call. The mail box was full🤨
absolute scam of a company, just try to take as much money from you as possible, useless customer support.

selected premium economy flights and it brings up flights with economy sections. the app should say not available as I have selected premium economy, not partial premium economy. gives a false impression that premium economy flights are available. need to fix the app to say not available if all actions are at the seat level selected.
it used to load my trip itinerary which is what I'm mostly using it for but now it doesn't so I'm better off logging into the website.
Horrible experience when talking to them on the phone. To change a single flight, it took 1hour and 10 minutes. I was put on hold 17 times. One time, she took me off hold to tell me she was putting me on hold. Both people I spoke to struggled a lot with speaking English and was very difficult to understand. Because of the difficulty in communication they booked the wrong flight and charged me for it. Then when I called 5 minutes later, they charged me another $140 to change it again. Don't use!

I've emailed as per your response to others experiencing the same issue yet received zero response. I cannot access my booked trip. Very poor.
The app keeps asking me to sign in and update. Even after signing in it just goes back to the sign in page after verification.

very bad app. there's no message to enter a booking number to retrieve flight details making this app completely useless. Zero stars.

Book with the airline !!! they changed my flights, with a : Do you accept the new changes? with only one option available (yes) but I DO NOT, but you have no option other than yes. now you refused my refund after your ruined my trip. so they stole all my international flight fees. thousands of dollars. this middle man company is so bad, they take your money, change your flights and then say wet can't help you. you need to contact the airline.. book with the airline to avoid being robbed
flight was changed and received no options to change airline or flights. staff were not helpful
holiday/trip not on here. called call center told me holiday booked but wasn't sure about app. was told to visit where I booked it. sent them an email. awaiting reply.
Please do yourself a favor and do not buy any tickets from flight Centre. They will rob you if you have make any changes to your flight. they will charge your $2000 for a $1250 flight change to later date. it is just insane. It was one of my biggest mistake buying booking with them. It will be my last flight and never again. and we can't call from overseas. There is no way to connect with them because they will not recognize your overseas called ID. they should be ashamed of themselves.
Hope your booking/ package loads otherwise customer service will just advise you to download airline app instead. Fingers crossed hotel is ok, as last year paid for seat selection through Flight Centre Morley(Sujit Nair) but was never available to me. $800 gone, lucky for Allianz travel insurance. Never again!!!

Useless. Even after creating an account I could not find any information on flights. So I tried to book a car and did manage to find what I wanted but there was no way of making a booking. The only other thing I had access to was complete holidays in which I have no interest at all.
this app is rubbish as our trip itinerary will not update - I would not use it and definitely not recommend it- and assistance from Flight Centre re this app was zero
Nothing worth viewing. Not user friendly
login code doesn't get sent especially within the 45 second count down. and my trip doesn't load!! very buggy

This new version is not easy to be updated
user beware. If you have any issues and have to call them, you get some call centre in india. Everytime I call, it goes as follows. what is your name? ok, just hold the line... 15 minutes later. ok, are you still there? just give me 5 minutes. another 10-15 minute later. last time I spent more than 2 hours on the phone, 1 hour and 50 minutes of talking... The staff are extremely inexperienced and have to consult someone else for every step of the way for anything. I do not reccomend.
booked a hotel and paid online. instantly started getting calls from a mobile claiming to be the hotel asking for photos of credit card for check in. Couldn't get resolution from phone, no email response. Total SCAM!
I hope they fix this. Pop up ads inside their app for their own services. Really? The pop ups are difficult to close, someone who decided to have this feature, clearly loved pop ups from windows 98 period. Just a very poor app experience. We are already using the app which has all your services, why annoy us further with pop ups?
If you have low vision and you are using TalkBack this app is not totally accessible it freezes up and will not read you any of the vacations that are in the deals section of the app, which makes this app totally unacceptable, so please fix this and make this accessible for everyone
Never really worked then stopped altogether
To only allow 45 seconds for the confirmation code email to arrive is ridiculous. Two minutes needed at least.
Won't allow me to login my self when my partner booked on her email.

Downloaded the app to search vacation choices. App redirects back to the website. LOL. Total garbage
Lagging and changing destination options
The flight has been cancelled by tge Airlines. Flight centre gave me back only part of my payments. It's not my fault, they cancelled the flight not me!
This app constantly leaks data to Salesforce, even when you're not using it. That's not good enough.
It won't show the recent trip I purchased to the trips section
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Flight Centre. I booked a Singapore Airlines flight from Sydney to London through them, with an emergency requiring my husband to depart earlier. Despite calling five times, I was continuously passed between Flight Centre and Singapore Airlines, with neither taking responsibility for helping us retain his seat and luggage allowance.
Cruises link is broken. It has been this way since upgrade. Samsung s23ultra
Horrible company. My partner and I booked a flights and hotel package through flight centre 1 month before air Vanuatu liquidated. Our flight was 6 weeks after the airline liquidated and flight centre never let us know of the liquidation but still had my flights in the app as confirmed and were even urging me to check into my flights early. The customer service was horrible and no refund was offered and they tried making it seem as if I was at fault. The bank sided in my favour stleast.
this app is incredibly slow in loading for that reason alone I have rated it 2 stars, it's very frustrating to have an app that does only half the job. I have since utilised another app with much more efficiency.

This morning I tried to book and pay for some travel through the flight center travel app, using my flight center MasterCard. Despite having most of my credit available to me the payment wouldn't go through, so I was forced to book at a flight center shop, which cost me more! Grrrrr!
