bad update, they introduced annoying popup video ads that are unskippable. it used to be fine with small adds, this is unacceptable regression for me

UPDATED 05/07/26: NEW ISSUE! Now there's phantom "twins" of aircraft shadowing the real ones. This makes tracking uncomfortable to view, like seeing double! Previous post: After having this app and being a "Gold" member for yrs I've had it with the so called updates. Now it's overly complicated, overflowing with information, particularly about the airports. How about the basics, like time of day for example? Some of us need clear information without the confusing clutter.

since the new update and new look this app is absolutely dog. Theres NO WAY of refreshing flights (used to have airport loaded then just swipe down) like before. you have to clear the specific airport then go back into it by selecting it. the "view on map" button is way too far down the drop down menu. used to be able to select airport look at flights refresh them select flight and follow with 2 to 3 clicks. now its just a pain. canceled subscription.

Ads that you can't click to make them go away you have to clear the cache to get them the hell off the screen. no I am not registering it even though it's so called free. every freaking app even the paid ones have ads damn sob's

New update is horrible and doesn't open the app. It stays on loading screen.
map sometimes doesn't load at all
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
Completely stopped working on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Tried multiple times reinstalling. never get past the black first screen. Useless.
Searching for a particular flight is blocked by ads - ads cover up the list of search results. This app is fine if you're just curious about the flight above your head, but if you're trying to find the flight a friend or family member is on (so you can see if the plane is on-time for you to pick them up, etc), this is useless.
Impossible to use now. Ads firing and redirecting every 5 seconds. Used to be good. Not anymore. I understand ads keep the free app live but with the recent update, the app is just ads and sometimes flight radar.
new format has ruined app IMO, just cancelled my subscription. Why couldn't you just leave it as it was??

Unfortunately this app is another prime example for enshittification. Before the last update I was very happy with using the app and didn't mind the unskippable ads at some occasions. However some changes made the free version and the use of the app basically super disappointing: - ads pop up, there's no way to close - airport details got removed, you need to pay for it now - departure/ arrival lists were 48h in the past and future; free version now is only 12h
The increase in ads has made the platform close to unusable on older devices, on newer devices they happen so frequently that the experience is ruined
