I have many time drops mails and complaints but no resolution give any customer support. I have advised please don't start newseller and small business for flipkart seller.

After the latest update. I am getting and error while uploading spf images. Error message is "file is too large. try uploading image under 5mb." but all images are maximum 3MB that I am trying to upload. fix this Error ASAP, as I am unable to raise spf claim.

Useless Platform for seller, Specially if you are a Small scale seller, No Pickup done for your order, They show fake pickup and manage the courier return on the apps, No Phone number or email id for complaint, If you are a small scale seller you received order and you packed the order & wait for pickup But no pickup done for your order, it's better to stop working on Flipkart

Hey the new seller don't come with new seller account there is no responsibility no accountability for your business because no support for beginners or existing I have many pending orders that wasn't pick up on time and that effect on your business as they delay to pick up and reach to customer it may be come return/cancel so you get lose in such way also there is no any responsibility for return cancelled orders are come to you right time so don't west you money 💰
The app is good for managing and handling seller accounts on mobile. However, the advertisement support team needs improvement. I received a call to start advertising using the free credit provided by Flipkart, but I was not guided properly. Due to the lack of clear guidance, my ad spend increased significantly and I ended up facing losses.Please ensure that sellers are given proper training and transparent advice before starting ad campaigns. Sellers should not have to bear losses because of it
Flipkart in not worth for business now days. There is no option to connect with flipkart team for any help. I am not able to change product details and pricing , very rubbish thing. its better to sell offline in the market without any extra stress. No hurdles and no wait for any third person. Also the profit is very less.
It was a very bad experience as a first time seller, products are not getting picked up every day they are coming up with new excuses, I got 8-12 orders and packed it then marked it as RTD but it's been 10 day no flipkart delivery boy came to pickup the products and my order got cancelled and I made losses.

Worst customer service, Flipkart does nothing to stop fake orders, also they don't even care about the returns yet to be received by the sellers. if you stop selling at one point then you will not get your pending returns also.
flipkart saler app is worst we can't upload different colours and variastion easy there in no option we can upload 1 size at one time it means if we have 6 variation we have to upload 6 listing so irritating
One of the worst customer services ever. Almost all the details about my product was changed during listing. Half of the details were missing. Raised a ticket and only got reply after two days sorry sir we are unable to change in your catalogue you are doing your self when I am trying to enter correct information it doesn't work
