Very bad service. I booked airport trips several times and had serious problems. One bus was very late and another was cancelled, so I missed reaching the airport. Not reliable at all. Would not recommend.
The FlixBus app is confusing and poorly designed. Rescheduling trips in the app leads to contradictory charges and unclear explanations. Bookings made on the website do not reliably synchronize with the app, and actions in the app are not consistently reflected on the website. The ticket list shows only the departure city, so multiple tickets from the same city are indistinguishable without opening each one. Overall, the app creates confusion instead of simplifying travel management.

For your own sake, don't use FlixBus. You can only refund after 2h delays, because that seems a decent amount of time to be late when you have a flight. No way of contact, but lying about prices is fine. I know that here is just about the app(which is basic),but o can not reach them otherwise. Good ridance.

I bought a ticket using this app. the bus live tracker did not work, then the chat came up with a timeout screen. I've called them 3 different times I got hung up on . since I missed my bus , they will not refund me or put me on the next bus . app then when I went back in app will not show me my information. so this app is junk and just stealing my time and money.

Bought a ticket to Bristol, they put Swansea on the bus The ligne was UK046, they put 040 on the bus, until the last minute I lost my ticket, my journey, my plans and all Not to mention how MANY times the toilet is NOT working Flixbus NEVER MORE, never EVER

Worst travel experience with FlixBus booked via RedBus. Booked 2 tickets (₹1500) from Bangalore (HSR Layout) to Kolhapur on 28th. Pickup location was changed 3-4 times at the last moment, causing confusion and extra expenses on cabs/metro. There was no proper communication from the driver or company....even the bus left me behind...and the driver said that your money will be refunded...but no body is picking up or lifting the call..and they are not ready to give my refund...please. don't book !!
Buses are constantly late by more than 20 minutes. Can't even reach my back up connections to the ones I'd actually want to make with 20-30 minutes transfer window.

first time i booked this bus the bus was delayed for 3 hours then they cancelled the ticket and also refund was not given. i contacted them multiple times and devasted my mental peace then they gave my refund after 3 weeks. this time the bus is delayed ny 45 minutes. all other bus service make u reach in time or even before it. But flix bus will flip ur mental.peace by not making u reach on time. total pathetic experience two times on delhi dehradun route. will never book this one go for nuego
