changing to 1 star I have used this app for a long time but recently had an issue getting my float then had an issue logging into the app so I used the support ticket submission and yet no one has even reached out to try to help my issue and instead are marking each ticket as solved when they never even reached out to solve issue. very disappointed ☹️

Just updated the app bc I had no choice except to. Now it has a constant error and will not open at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same message.
The app doesn't work anymore. keeps giving all types of errors. won't let me verify my phone or email or anything. lame.
App keeps saying my account is blocked I have no idea why they blocked my account I haven't even used the account yet.

I had to change this to a 1 star cause the app dont tell you that it will auto rescheduled your payment wither you wanted it or not so for the past few months its been taking 5 something from my account without my knowledge.

I downloaded this app and went to create an account. keep in mind this is my FIRST time using this app. I ran into error after error when trying to verify email and phone number. I emailed support and they responded back with " due to suspicious activity your account was permanently closed and no other accounts are permitted." I emailed them back asking how can their be suspicious activity and my account be closed if I wasn't even able to get pass sign up? They stop responding after that.
Terrible. The app crashes all the time. You cant even use it. as soon as you open the app it just closes.

unable to log into my account, even after verification with code. Also, no options to chat with customer service to help handle issues
they start you off with a decent amount and then give you the minimum in advances. I'll probably unsubscribe here pretty quick

it wants you to sign up and pay but then tells you it cant find your account or to update your zip code then says its not a real zip code so you cant use the services that you paid for
wouldn't let me even get in the app. logged in them just back to the login back. ridiculous
