I cant get into the app

Was promised a 50 dollar instant cash advance if I purchased a membership. purchased the 5 dollar membership with the last 11 dollars in my account and was denied an advance because a possible overdraft might occur the next day. Make it make sense. How does the poss overdraft correlate with not giving me my advance that could prevent the overdraft? Use Cleo, which puts your membership payment on hold. This is a bait & switch app meant to trick you out of money.

I added my account using plaid but it keeps kicking me out once verified and asks me to connect account using plaid again. been through this process 5 times before giving up
I didn't even get a cash advance and they charged me 5$. I'm trying to get back into my account to cancel whatever subscription they're charging me for (which I didn't sign up for one) and I can't get into it.
i couldn't get into account to change password nor close account . even through email no help smh
Never received anything from this app so I cancelled and uninstalled. 3 months later they remove their subscription off my bank account even tho I can't even access the app because my account is cancelled & inactive. it's been 3 months and here we are again. They are attempting to withdrawal money for a subscription I don't have. I reinstalled app, & yep my account still says inactive so wth?!! contacted my bank to have them blocked! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!! FRAUD!!!
I applied and they denied and still they say they're gonna take the monthly charge from my account!Im not gonna let that happen!😡I had to rate it cuz it wouldn't let me post my review without doing so....so I put 1 star,otherwise I would have not given them any stars!
very poor response to bank verification . the process takes to long will not keep membership.
won't let me create an account. tried for multiple days now and all it does is load. edit: got an account but even after I got paid over 600$, still dont qualify. low on funds? still dont qualify smh.
This app is a bad setup. They always advertise (through your texts) that you can borrow "up to" amounts, to get you on their app. Then when you open it up, they consistently deny you anything. At this point, its a scam. They make you this promise of a small loan, so that they can get access to your bank acct and charge you a monthly subscription fee. And in return, you get a big fat consistent DENIAL. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

Yet another scam app that demands your information then LIES to you about not being able to float you a lousy $10, but wants to advertise predatory loan companies that only want to sell your data to identity thieves. Uninstalled and reported for fraud.
I noticed they removed my bad review of them. I tried to give them another chance. NOPE! They were quick to take my $4.99 subscription fee but "Sorry,we're unable to float you right now." I have regular income from my job. Total SCAM. Subscription canceled. I'll eat the 5 bucks just to prove what a predatory business they are.
I would give zero stars. I get though the whole sign up sign in my banking info get approved then the screen goes black then back to the sign in page. Ben this way after uninstall and installing several times.

STOP! Try; Earnin, Credit Geni, Brigt, MoneyLion, Cleo, and/or Grant before wasting your time and money with Float. Unless of course you want to pay $4.99 a month to borrow $20 to $40 when you could be getting hundreds of dollars for the same price or just a little higher. This app is junk compared to the rest. I hope this helps because so many of us need help right now ❤️
