Good airline, terrible app! This app consistently removes my boardings pass the day of my flight. It's there the day before my flight then always drops off right before going through security or at the gate. It can be added back but this is very frustrating and terribly inconvenient!

Does not directly tell you when boarding ends. This should be a default metric visible from the single pane of glass for airline tickets. Boarding gate and seat assignment numbers are also too similar
If you use duckduckgo or any anti-tracking/ad-blocking, this app will not let you log in. They are harvesting your data for profit.

This all is absolute trash. How are you going to be Delta Airlines and all the buttons on the bottom are covered by my phones buttons for back, home, and tabs? Absolute garbage. I can't even pay for my bags on it because of this. Hire someone, stop being cheap, and fix it.
I can't even get in the app. It sends me a 'Forgot Password' email, lets me reset my password, but won't accept the new password in the app. If you're going to charge insane prices for flights and cut back on flight amenities, the LEAST you could do is make a decent app!
completely useless app. when attempting to log in it just freezes with zero explanation. Then if you're able yo eventually get logged in, its not possible to book a flight because the app doesnt let you put in passenger information. Delta should be ashamed for their failure to deliver absolute basic functionality from their app.

Terrible app. Forces me to log in every other trip, and won't let me in using the credentials I just reset. This happens in the airport, even when boarding a connecting flight. Literally makes me never want to fly Delta again. Utter garbage.
I can't log in to the phone app. I can login on other devices. I spent over an hour on a help chat and I was supposed to get an email to fix it. That was over 2 days ago, so yeah. This app suuuccckkks.

app buttons are blocked by Android virtual navigation buttons making it impossible to use functions like change seat because the navigation covers the button. needs qa!
clunky and poorly designed
0/5 stars, I want a refund Hostile employees, dirty planes, disrespectful customer service, bait and switch tactics... They basically told me I had to accept their bad service if I wanted to get home, this will be the last time I trust them with my most important events. This App isn't even designed for Android UIs, so you'll need to reconfigure your phone to use the app! Delta was never great, but now they're outright terrible.
Fly Delta app doesn't use proper reactive mobile design. On a Samsung 24 the "Next Flight" button on the seat select screen is under the phones "back arrow" and doesn't allow you to navigate to your second flight and select seats. Its a fundamental principle of app design to ensure you use reactive UI components, how did you miss that? 🤦
can't finish check in because the next flight button is under neath the android is menu buttons and trying to press next seat results in going back.
freezes on login screen
all major airlines this has to be the worst airlines app. usability to endless bugs. Book a trip and you go to the trips tab and it does not show the trip. you have to go get your email and enter all the details and fetch the reservation. 2. you can try your damest to save other passenger details by selecting add to saved passengers,guess what,no details saved. horrible app.lesrn from united app delta what a good UX is or hire them.

Junk that regularly logs out, can't scan passport pages lit up like a Christmas tree, hangs when entering information. Claims I need a visa when I don't. Unreliable garbage.

Selecting seats for flight is bugged on Android. Both a Samsung and Pixel device I have tried are like this so it does not appear to be a specific manufacturer UI issue. The "Next Flight" button as well as the "acknowledge" button for checking in are under the navigation buttons and cannot be pressed. I could swap to "Gesture Navigation" but that is extremely annoying and was never a problems before.
The app was crashing frequently, when trying to book tickets. Not able to book flights in app. Reinstalled app 3 times. Delta need to check.
