I can't find what I'm looking for, bloody useless.
No stars, another useless app. All these virtual assistants are driving me, slowly insane and everyone else, it appears, by all the comments both in the app and on searching the world wide web agree with me.
I can't link my flybuys to the coles app. it wont let me do it. I keep getting told my organisation won't let me use the app. I cannot activate any offers. it tells me I'm not entitled to them. Every time I try to activate an offer, it wants me to create a new account with a temporary card and won't allow me to create an account using my current flybuys account number. I find it incredibly frustrating.
I absolutely loathe the new update. Please restore the old version. Way to many keystrokes to get anything done.
some of worst customers service ever and Coles 10 dollars of your shop is a scam an can't redeem it
your rewards point are dismal for the amount of money someone spend at a store when using your flybys regards i use woolworths most of the time because I receive more options to make more point and be able to redeem $10 atleast once a week
The app was fine until the last week or so when it suddenly stopped working. I'm in the middle of a five-week loyalty offer, and it's frustrating that the app isn't recording my purchases.
Scammers. They don't reward points for the promotion they advertise. When you call them they make excuses for not paying up
many issues with the deals. we have always to call to resolve. coles always have issues with orders. offers are not flexible
I don't get anything out of it
the app is rubbish. trying to convert points to dollars and I'm here half an hour later, still arguing with it and trying to get chat gpt to help me. absolutely useless
