please do something to fix this aggravation! lately it is not possible to open the app to see the weekly flyer but most importantly to see my shopping list! this is a new issue, in the last week or so, so what the hell happened!?! my device gets verified and then goes to the front page pic of tomatoes on a plate with the reload symbol that does nothing.

I'll go shop somewhere else from now on. This happens every single time I try to use this app. No update is needed. Checked already.

Ordered some food for my mom who is sick. I am staying with her to help her out. While using this app which is mine, my mom gave me her credit card to use. After trying to order again over a week later, I was told I wasn't allowed to shop because of possible fraud. They emailed me, and I gave them the info they asked for, AGAIN, and still got a bot response back saying they needed the same info I just gave them. We both have the same address and same last name. Ridiculous.
App was broken by latest update and will not open on a Samsung S24+ running the latest Android OS. Uninstall and reinstall do not help on my phone. This used to be a fine app. If fixed I'd rate it a solid 4.

I made an order for $169 it was all covered by ebt and y'all charged me $169 on my EBT and than $159 on my bank card
Does not load anymore just spins. Whatever someone did with the update, it messed it up on Android. It won't even open anymore, just spins with the Food Lion logo. When I delete my cache and app history, it asks me if I want to do fingerprint. I say yes. It logs me on, then the next day, same thing all over again. So in order to use the app every Day, I have to delete cache and app history every time. Ridiculous
I like Food lion but hate the app. Always sits in "loading" mode. I get text notifications of stuff out of stock during an order and cant even log into see what im missing or chat with my shopper. it just sits on the main page loading even after clearing everything.
This is the BUGGIEST app. It glitches about 50% of the time I try to use it. It will either never open and just spin indefinitely or it will glitch mid-order. It is so incredible frustrating.
The app doesn't work anymore. Every time I try to check out, it just makes me cycle between the cards I have on file without actually checking out. I can delete cards or add cards, but nothing will let me actually check out. Guess I'll shop somewhere else.

this app has been a disaster for more than a year. Since Food Lion switched away from instacart. It has the best the worst app I've ever had to use. I've made numerous complaints and there are so many bad reviews already but nothing is being done to fix it.

Latest update has effectively broken the app, have to constantly clear cache just to get the app to load 1 or 2 times before I have to do it again, also the rewards page won't load so I don't know where I'm at in earning the rewards. might as well go back to Walmart.

This app is extremely unstable. I can't see the circular because it constantly jumps around. I can't leave feedback because it gives an error message and won't open. I'd shop more often at Food Lion but I'm not going to drive there to see if they have what I want. I'll call tomorrow. I cleared cache and data this time but I knew it wouldn't solve the issues because I've cleared everything and un- and reinstalled many times to no avail.
it had me update the app, then a pop up came on and said suspicious activity, would not let me see the items on any page so I deleted the app and will not shop there now how's that for customer service back at you?

Very inconvenient when the app sometimes will sit on the loading screen for minutes and minutes at a time. This is the third time I'm having to Uninstall and reinstall. It seems like it's something wrong with this version of the app. It happens randomly so if I want to use the app for my MVP it's just constantly spinning and loading. I just end up typing in my number and hope my clipped coupons translate over.

Fix the app!! I can't use the shopping list without the app crashing. I can't even add things to my cart without the app constantly crashing. It's beyond frustrating.
So in order to have an effective IT department you need to have the food Lion app actually work at the registers I don't know if you have lousy Wi-Fi or a lousy app All I know is I am sick and tired of having to hit this app and wait 15 minutes for it to click in. otherwise the app is great but the application of it does not work well let's get this done let's get it fixed It's been like this for over a year Thank you for this forum to express my opinion
