keeps on telling the restaurant I have put a time in when I haven't could be some kind of hack and you need to check your app i think

over an hour and a half for delivery on a monday night not good enough
so busy trying to upsell me on every click makes the app annoying and difficult to use. I just wanted to check what's in the basket. Animations just get in the way and slow the process. no option ( I can see) to clear the basket in one go.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to order multiple times over the past 3 months and all my orders got cancelled. Stick with Just Eat.

Unfortunately, the app would not let me proceed with my complaint! It looks like (possibly) because it wanted photos of the 'cold' food! What a complete and utter waste of time and money. So. Thanks a lot ...Pisces Fish n Chips Boston and Foodhub!
Absolute scam. Orders are typically way more expensive than if you phone the order through directly. If you don't mind paying premium prices to use an app then go ahead but for a little extra effort, picking up the phone can save you substantially. This of course would be fine if they made this transparent bit the fact they charge you and hope you don't notice of why I am giving this one star! Waste of money
no tracking cook time to delivery nearly 2 hours no point ordering anymore tbh lost the will to live also when I have contacted the help desk they promise a voucher you never ever get I will stick to collect myself in future and it's cheaper

my delivery driver tonight, paid a child over the road to drop off my delivery.. Absolutely appalling behaviour.. your paid to do the job !! delivery is expected 👍
Terrible Terrible experience. When contacting customer service, the auto chat forwards the number of the Restaurant. Restaurant said they didn't receive ANY ORDER via this app. Themselves complaining "this app is terrible" (Chicago Pizza). Then Restaurant hangs up. THIS IS A SCAM - STAY AWAY

absolute shite. don't bother, wait around all night for an order that will never arrive.
I ordered food from Hong Kong Chinese bishop Auckland, waited well over the time, called them was placed on hold, then when she came back to the phone 📱 said on its way and hung up on me, she was so rude, won't be ordering from them again, not a good experience. disgusting the way they treat customers , don't order from here.
all my previous orders have disappeared as have all my locl restaurants I guess you no longer operate in Australia.

They don't allow you to sign up via email and don't allow payment via PayPal so needlessly need to risk entering card details and link with Google which I didn't want to do. Neither of these things are acceptable. Fix it or I won't order again with you
thay did resolve my problem. however it is a nightmare to get a hold of some to resolve any problem, and it has happened a good couple of times now .
