Foodhub allows restaurants to use multiple different profiles for the same restaurant. This is fraud and unfair on honest businesses who chose to do business with this untrustworthy company.

We ended up with food poisoning from just a bite of the food and we paid for the courtesy! Had previously left five star reviews as I've used them for years with no issues, but this is inexcusable, you've lost a very good customer.

Nothing works on the flash sale, and when reported customer service try and state its for individual items when it clearly isn't. Not sure I will ever use again

I would give it a minus the app takes my order but keeps reversing backwards to re order useless app
do not help when you've not received your food
keeps on telling the restaurant I have put a time in when I haven't could be some kind of hack and you need to check your app i think
My order was never picked up and never delivered even though my money has neen taken. My money has not yet been refunded also
over an hour and a half for delivery on a monday night not good enough
so busy trying to upsell me on every click makes the app annoying and difficult to use. I just wanted to check what's in the basket. Animations just get in the way and slow the process. no option ( I can see) to clear the basket in one go.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to order multiple times over the past 3 months and all my orders got cancelled. Stick with Just Eat.

I have just wasted the past half hour trying to make a complaint on the Foodhub app regarding a cold and obviously reheated meal that was over half an hour late AGAIN! Unfortunately, the app would not let me proceed with my complaint! It looks like (possibly) because it wanted photos of the 'cold' food! What a complete and utter waste of time and money. So. Thanks a lot ...Pisces Fish n Chips Boston and Foodhub!
Absolute scam. Orders are typically way more expensive than if you phone the order through directly. If you don't mind paying premium prices to use an app then go ahead but for a little extra effort, picking up the phone can save you substantially. This of course would be fine if they made this transparent bit the fact they charge you and hope you don't notice of why I am giving this one star! Waste of money
Etas are wrong for delivery. When you request update on wheres my order it gives another ETA that's already passed
my bank doesn't seem to trust this app and cant name a payment so gone elsewhere on justeat
