By far the absolute worst service ever in the entire Maldives. Even a minus rating doesn't justify the slow and no response service. And with this rating, u are uninstalled
We ordered from thoum around 21:45, we never got the food, it even says the driver picked it up an hour and half ago so im assuming he ate it otw to deliver
It took more than an hour for the food to be delivered AFTER it was made. Absolute garbage service. If your outlet is available on any other delivery service, better resort to that
extremely long delivery times. Doesn't have enough drivers to provide the service after being in operation for so long. had restaurants call me to pick up the food by myself on multiple occasions because foodies driver wasn't coming. not worth using at all.

worst app ever . it took them 2 hours deliver. have to keep calling them continuously. so fake . They promote like they are going to deliver in 30 minutes. and when I complained, they didn't accept their mistake and tried to show me I am wrong . don't use this app

App keeps crashing. When it doesn't crash, its constantly lagging.
Worst delivery service from this app, no customer care to reach. Order ready at the restaurant for almost an hour but not picked up from there. Shows agent assigned but his contact details not shared. Just can't reach anyone or anywhere.
Too much time and unrealistic time shown in app! I placed order in 13:00 pm and shows order will be delivered in 20mins which shows en route in app. At 14:08pm the delivery guy calls and asks where to go to deliver. Its already mentioned in app and its been a long time waiting empty stomach for the food. Very disappointing first experience 😕
This is bs. I just wanted to order and the whole registration got so f up like i couldn't even find my own country and without finding it i can't even continue. Made me lost my appetite fr.

Once the app is open, there is no way to escape from it, can't close or minimise it. It's been happening only recently.
Just use avas food instead of this hellscape.

The service is very slow. It has been ready for over an hour , but no one picked it up. I can't even cancel the order. They DO NOT give you a refund. The you get will is COLD . WORST FOOD ORDERING APP EVER USED!!!

Consistently horrible slow service. As others have said takes 2 hours for delivery. Imagine the state of the food... Edit: Gave this app a chance again. This app and whole thing is a joke. They won't even bother refunding customers
even after being asked to come to doorstep almost every delivery agent waits at the corner of the street without coming to doorstep even when it is to be collected at ground floor, and the customer has to walk the distance to pick up the order. never had the same problem with other delivery apps.
App is good, service is horrible. Tried 3 times and delivery usally takes between 2.5-4 hours.

App crash at startup
Worst food app here. I ordered twice from foodies. First time, it took forever to deliver and the aluminum container where the food was kept was bust open. Second time, they cancelled the order and increased the price of the item I ordered. They cancelled the order when I asked it to be cancelled but didn't return what I paid for the initial order. Did request couple of times for the refund, but no response. Never using the app again
I booked 3 times through this app...as the restaurant cooked food within 15 to 20 mins...the delivery will take about 1 to 2 hour...very bad service..if u try to cal them...they wont pick up...really bad service...

This app is trash. I ordered from kiwi bakers and they cancelled it. Yet did not refund the amount I paid online.
This is app is trash, if I could give it zero star, I would. I ordered food and no one even picked it up... pretty sure it's stale by now. I tried calling the contact number attached to the app but they kept cutting the call. This shows that they know the problems but they are negligent on purpose. I'd rather walk and order takeout instead of using this trash app ever again. Please do not download this app, get an alternative if you can.

Took over 2 hours and deliver the food, food wasn't even fresh when it was brought. It's a good app very user friendly with some good features but lacks good customer support and efficiently delivering the food. No reason or justification provided for such a late delivery either. Sad Not to mention, the app says 15 mins delivery which is super misleading
The app is fine when it works but lately the app seems to crash everytime I try to make a payment with BML payment gateway. Also the time closed for orders are too frequent and too long at times
The default navigation bar is overtaken by the apps' navigation bar at the bottom and hence cannot use the navigation functions properly, for example, to exit the app or go to home. Even though I like the app otherwise, very difficult to use due to this.
So much to improve. - Need to add special condiments option while order taking. - Need to give good training on communication skills to delivery agents. - need to start providing until door steps. - need to give an option for the users to select how much money exchange to be when order is on cash on delivery, most of the times delivery agents come without balance.
