I placed my order 2 hours ago, and they gave me an estimated delivery time of 50 minutes. I waited patiently, and later contacted customer support, but it was completely useless. After making me wait for 2 hours, they suddenly canceled my order. What kind of service is this? Making customers wait for hours and then canceling the order at the end is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a very bad experience.
Foodpanda has one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve faced. First of all, there are no riders available in the area, and my order has already been delayed for more than 2 hours. On top of that, when I try to cancel the order, there is no proper cancellation option available. Instead, the app only shows “No, I will wait for my order,” which feels like customers are being forced to keep waiting with no other choice. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.

I have worst experience today. I ordered kfc and I received my order after more than 1 hour. even the branch was just 2 km far. very disappointed

Food was not delivered, and didn't received the refund even the cs have told the order have been cancel. It's not the first time, worst apps ever

i've been scam here in food panda.. i ordered my food and the foodpanda team cancel with out my approval their customers service are sucks!!! i think there is scammer here in this apps.. the rider or the customer team or maybe both.. my ordered was cancel and cannot refund and my food has been pick and didn't deliver to me so all in all im the one loss here food panda took my money the rider took my food.. client has been scam!!! better use grab food rather than this app!!

what is the point of having a 'Help' button when all you put is where is my order how do I tip the rider ? seriously. what we need is to understand it take 3 to 4 hours for the rider to pick up the order and when I tried to cancel it, they do not allow to cancel. questionable
Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Yesterday, the restaurant gave all the wrong items which I don't have. I raised a ticket but received no response from foodpanda. The order I received was worth Tk 300 less than I paid. So, I have to accept the wrong order and financial loss. How cheap a business can be!
Bad apps, bad rider and bad customer service..really bad service...do not use foodpanda anymore.
orderwd chicken teriyaki from Subway Tampines Mart placed order at 8pm now it's 945pm still the order is not picked up. best part when I called subway Tampines Mart the order is ready before 845pm so you see food panda has issues with driver allocation second it shows food is still preparing when it already ready which is not fair, third the timeline keeps increasing as they are struggling and standard message order is delayed but good news it's being prepared but not a clear message.

such a dih app, accepted order cut my upay wallet and restaurant cancels, then I have to wait for the refund for such a long time.
tip is gratuity. it doesn't come before the service. it comes after. we tip if the service is good.
very bad response late orders
On 8 May 2026 at around 5:15 PM, I ordered two cups of yogurt from Foodpanda and already paid MMK 8,700 via Wave Pay. After waiting for a long time, I checked the app and saw that the rider was “arriving soon,” so I was happy and waiting for the order. Before that, my family called me and I was only away from my phone for a short moment. Later, when I checked again because it was taking too long, I found out that my order had been cancelled.
their service is getting worse by the day. their helpdesk is now fully "automated", there's no more real humans. they have also started jamming multiple pick ups to a single rider, even in the middle of the delivery. this meant that your food might get delayed multiple times. just happened to me right now.

Ordered 5pm, past 2 hours rider has not reached Teresa Rizal branch if mcdo. used customer help, reply is automated bot. the rider picked was in angono, very far to Teresa and my home. refund needs 30 day to be refunded. do not use this app worst experience ever.

I wanted to order pizza this Mother's day for my mom, and I happen to see a 500 PHP off voucher for Mother's day. But just as I was about to pay for the other I received an error that suddenly cancelled my order, claiming that the voucher is no longer valid even if it still has 6 hours before expiration. Food Panda scamming families on Mother's day. Truly ruined my experience with this app.
if you can't make an order in the time that is shown then please don't take the order or give a freaking warning
it has become absolute garbage, complete lack of customer care or service. restricted control over my own account and payment options . unable to delete my outdated information. repeated attempts to reach some assistance results in a bot interface with no resolution.

I am having so much trouble by using this app I can't top up easily and the rider's don't care about the customer they sound mean and unprofessional.
Foodpanda in Pakistan has become terrible due to monopoly. High fees, extremely slow deliveries, poor rider management, and almost useless customer support. On one order, 3 riders changed before delivery. Pakistan seriously needs multiple food delivery companies like India so services actually improve. Deleted the app and switching to restaurants’ own delivery systems until real competition enters the market.

Horrible experience. They added an option where you can add extra money for priority delivery but it's still delayed. It seems that it's just another scheme to get more money. What a scam.

never ever opt for online payment. deduct ho jati ha payment or stuck ho jata ha order phir ap zalil ho lakin apk paisay b nai atay or customer support b same pre text forward krta rha ha.
I have used this application frequently. They look good but there is no way to talk to them, no phone number is provided anywhere. If you have a problem with application, or payment, the application or the FAQs or Messages do not work or solve the problem.
I been using this app for some time and yea starting from the delivery to the food- everything is messed up. Delivery takes time, Tax fee & etc, Not so serious of a customer support, the riders DON'T carry change, they wait outside the apartment rather at the doorstep of the customer. Not worth it all.
after add to cart, the next page where you are confirming your order, the button for 'Review order and address' doesn't appear, causing me having to cancel and reselect my order. second time this happens. edit: i live on 4th floor, driver deliver to 7th floor. there is no proper system to report. only a help button. what if deliver to wrong block? am I supposed to walk to the wrong block to collect?
