My order already delayed and then you send the driver to deliver someone else's order first, what is wrong with you people??!?! This app just gets worse with every week

YOUR DELIVERY TIME IS VERY POOR. I HAVE MADE ORDER ABOUT 1:30 HOURS AGO STILL I HAVEN'T GET MY ORDER.SO, I HAVE TO CALL RESTAURANT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT ORDER IS PREPARED A HOUR AGO BUT NO RIDER HAVE CAME TO PICK YOUR ORDER. IS THIS YOUR SERVICE???? THE BADDEST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN.

experiencing some technical difficulties as of July 1,2026 - can't order
Half of the shops are either closed or they just don't have what I need most times, althought the item would be listed. So many times I've ordered something and they've cancelled my order because my ordered item is out of stock. I order with online payment so it's then refunded in my wallet. The amount takes ages to be sent back into my bank account which means I'm stuck having to get an alternative from the app if it's an emergency because I can't go out and get what I need from somewhere else.

Kawalang gana kimain! food panda is not good to work with as I had 36000 in sale and they paid me 13000 saying their a joker tax vat and plus ther 28% so im doing all the work they taking most of money its scarm don't work with them 100% robbery

lol it charge me on the food that didnt receive, gcash payment around 3pm i got order a meal it cost 230 when i was paying i got a notif that my voucher is fully redeem i thought it was cancelled but nah it still get charge on me lol
Extremely disappointing experience. I paid for my order through an e-wallet, and the payment was processed instantly. However, there came a problem which I put the wrong address, the rider said He returned the product back at the restaurant but I didn't get any proof. What made the situation even worse was the lack of proper customer support. It was difficult to get assistance, and I was unable to speak with a customer service representative who could provide a clear update, solution, or refund
Delivery paling lembap di dunia. Bayar priority delivery, tapi masih lambat. Scam duit lagi. Makanan dipesan tidak sampai, refund pun x menepati nilai yg telah dibayar. Ada lagi langsung tidak refund, close aduan, kita tak boleh buat aduan semula. Kalau tidak mau kena scam, jangan download apps ini. Guna grab lagi bagus.
This happened to me a few times already. I've ordered food, the merchant accepted it. It'd take too long until the store closes and I'm still unable to cancel my order. They'll have me wait for the order "patiently" even though the store is already CLOSED!

ang lala ang galing mag bulsa ng mga riders dito pera kahit pagkain sila pa mangsscam sayo, kung may chance sasamantalahin talaga nila ano na foodpanda ako pa blinock ng rider? pag bayad na itatakbo tlga nila pagkain or about any issue makakagawa sila ng paraan para maka scam dalawang beses na to nangyari jusko.. ayusin nyo.
They don't let you talk to an agent or complain about an order that is being unreasonably delayed. They won't even let you cancel the order. Atp this is more of an inconvenience than an convenience.

very very irresponsible food delivery rider. drinks came with 10% left. food was opened. i cant tell it dropped or being eaten before. i dont dare to consume it. complaints it but a food panda staff (david) did not want to acknowledge it despite sending him photos of the delivery. i wanted to send video of me opening their delivery as proof but he refused. and ended the chat.

Uninstalled due to consistently rude riders. Management clearly doesn't listen to feedback or sanction bad behavior. Without customers ordering food, this app is useless. Start holding your riders accountable.
WORST FOOD APP EVER IN THE PH not first time my order take 2 hours even its priority delivery. plust the rider goes around the city far away instead of heading to restaurant to pick up right away. no agent or customer service to contact for help! whats the point you have this app but no service provided to customer? no SOP to monitor your driver?! just a app for SCAM?
FoodPanda has started to become more expensive than Grab. Weird? But crazy. This "servjce charge" "VAT" and other charges hiding the real price prior to checkout is abnormally deceptive.
