Will most likely delete ... again. Rarely works. Upcoming and My Releases pages display errors. Basically worthless. And still nothing but error codes on nearly every page. I really don't understand the point of this app? Maybe it's designed to drive business elsewhere 🤷♂️

It can't stay logged in. Its always logging me out and then stalls when logging in. It worked for a day and it stopped. I think I have complained about this a few years ago and its still the same issue.

Sorting is not working at all. Tried various options and it does not sort at all (high to low, low to high, alphabetically, etc.).

Terrible application, i couldn't modify my password because it told me there was an upgrade to install, there is not. I can't change my password. I ordered a pair of shoes and after a year of wearing them the order still wasn't "finished" on the app, this caused me trouble to do another purchase.
very bad app, and even worse customer service. they require you to use the app to enter raffles for shoe drops, but won't let you add your address to enter the raffle. customer service says it takes 3-5 days to add an address, which will be after the raffle ends.

I entered in a raffle thing for a pair of Jordan's. never told me if I won or didn't. no notification. nothing. but when I click it now it just says buy now and all sizes are gone. real cool 😎

app is always buggy. not showing nearby stores, have to constantly change a password in order to log in. Each time there is an app update you have to uninstall them install.
I am consistently required to generate a new password for each login attempt, which presents a significant inconvenience, particularly during peak activity. Furthermore, I frequently encounter the error message "We don't recognize that email or password. Check and try again" when navigating between pages and returning to a previous one. I cleared cookies and cache to no avail.
Not only is this app horrible. Foot Locker you are the absolute worst. This is the 3rd time you have sold me used sneakers. On new release sneakers. How is this even possible. if you are going to sale used sneakers, then mark them down and sale them as used. NoT New Sneakers. Ridiculous!! Pure Trash!!
I can see exactly why they have 2 stars. employees backdoor the good releases. Just seen it with my own eyes. dropped 17000 points on the raffle to get my little girl the jordan 5s. of course I lost. went out to footlocker. they said they didnt even get them. so footlocker is just stealing points at this point. I will be reporting them to the BBB and the FTC. this has gotta stop. those shoes been on stockx for 2 months. thats why nobody won the raffle. we all got scammed. them shoes been sold !!
this we say I hit on a pair a shoes and never send me a confirmation email to pick them up. it's happened more then once it's super annoying.
This is one of the worst apps ever. You're told to "go to the app make a reservation." What a joke trying to open the app. I get a blank screen.
Since the last "bug zapping" yall didn't make a difference with the app. Can't search for anything because of an error. Yall missed the "bugs" completely. That update was a waste.
I HATE THIS APP. ITS ALWAYS GLITCHING, ITS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS APP. I HAVE MISSED OUT ON 3 PAIR OF RELEASES BECAUSE THE APP DIDN'T PROVIDE ALL THE INFORMATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE AIN'T NO HELP AT ALL. I USED MY BOOSTER POINT TO GET THIS SHOES.

One of the worst apps I've tried using. I actually won a raffle for a local store release but the app does not display pickup info until completely logging out and back in. Made me miss the pickup because the store ended it earlier than the default time presented in the app FAQ.
this is the worst app across all platforms in the history of touch screen cell phones. never ever ever ever never ever works properly. can never sign up for releases. forget them and to to Hibbit. my personal recommendation. bye foot locker

Bad App I Can't Log In
This app never works. Everytime I try to login it just spins.
No longer works. Can't sign in. Can't see release or search for product. WORTHLESS! But it keeps sending me notifications. 👎

why do i need to sign in everyday? Fix this garbage app, and whats up with the errors when I got to put any item into my cart? I missed out on the past 2 releases of the new js because of this problem. I wont be giving any more money to you people. after this release of the 4s cement couldn't add anything to my cart so im done with footlocker. I'm uninstalling this garbage app and company. ill bring my money to hibbett our jd for now on..

Live chat is a bunch of generic answers and no real solution to your problem. It takes forever to fix an issue that was created. Disappointing
DON'T ORDER FROM THEM ON THE APP HERE. GO IN PERSON SO ridiculous I lost 100$ on my son sneakers because I connected my paypal to checkout and they messed up and sent it to the billing address and not the shipping address. They won't give me my money or help with nothing. Literally robbing customer. My default address on the app clearly shows & billing address they are both different addresses but they don't even follow by it. I'm pissed and they are just coming up on customer's. DON'T DO IT

Foot locker sucks as a company. There are no benefits having an account, downloading the useless app they have. You reserve an item for nothing payment info vanished reserved item vanished and now item unavailable. what's even funnier is that all they have to say is sorry for the inconvenience contact us like thats going to help. pathetic
Terrible. doesnt load anything. got a notification that there was an "online only" restock of the jordan 4 black cat. showed my size available and all, but wouldn't add to my cart. website was worse. made me wait in an online waiting room, got to my turn, showed my size in stock and AGAIN AND ERROR WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ADD TO CART. Deleted app immediately im done with foot locker customer service rep I spoke to laughed when I expressed my frustration. DO BETTER
