To change my password it took SEVERAL ATTEMPTS!! THIS WAS REDICULOUS!!!!! THEN, IT LOCKED ME OUT FOR 1 HOUR!!! FIX THIS PLEASE!!!
everytime I use this app I have to reset my password. I cant use this app and the champs app together. For some strange reason I have to use 1 at a time and whenever I use the other I have to resent the passwords.

This app is trash. in any other ad, if you see an item and tap to get more info, the app will open to that item. with this one, it opens to the home screen and you have to search for the item you want to see. what a waste of time!

Iam a long time customer of foot locker. Everything was good untill it wasn't.. customer service and the manager of the Easton location. Had me running around in circles over a return. Customer service told me to go into store. And the manager lied to me said she wasn't allowed to make a decision... while customer service says she can... 8 hours on the phone back and forth. Ships To Billing Address. When I tried to report it, the app said that my order could not be cancelled or corrected. I waited for more than 30 minutes to speak to customer service. The person I spoke to was intentionally rude and faking like he couldn't hear me. Then he sarcastically made fun of me for the stupid app for sending my purchase to the billing address and not the shipping address. His goal was to not help because his company would be liable for paying to fix it. I let him know it!

it has been years and this app consistently has glitches, the most recent glitch is involving not being able to put in a raffle for the (pick up selection) although it's giving me the option to choose it, it's not showing any footlocker locations...
The app is terrible. I’ve been ordering from this app since last year, and not a single pair of shoes has arrived. Whenever I place an order, it shows that there are still a few items left in stock. However, once the order is completed, they send an email saying that the item is out of stock.

This app constantly states that my credentials are not recognized whenever I try to log in. but its not my credentials because if I try again some hours later, the very same credentials work. This app is horrible, especially for a billion dollar company. I thought the app was improving but its not. it selectively functions to its convenience but doesn't care about customers that want to use it.

the online inventory is not accurate. I tried buying some shoes today, picked the size I wanted and proceeded to check out only to be told my size isn't in stock.
non stop glitches between login or trying to sign up for releases. beyond frustrating always
scrolling lags/skips and you can't favorite things you like.
