JUNK. continually resets to my other vehicles. junk developers. junk management that approved it with NO accountability.

Nowadays horrible app with no ability to have any control off charging or visibility on when charging is ready. Not worth even one star. The car also only has a few charging locations available while I would need roughly 20-30 locations to be able to control the car not charging over 90%. I would also appreciate bringing back the ability to charge to 100% even in the limited charger when needed with one button. Probably the EV car app.

this WAS a great app, but now it is NOT working at all. What is going on???
App frozen for several weeks and no idea how to solve it - none of the fixes have helped - very inconvenient indeed.
Ford's privacy policy is terrible. Ford collects information on my vehicle from which I cannot opt out and from my phone. Location, speed, acceleration, breaking, even in cabin video and audio. The New York Times has reported that Ford shares this information with third parties including insurance companies. Terrible.

Android auto keeps breaking not connecting for navigation
Sometimes this app works and then Someones it doesn't. Lately it will not update the vehicles location.
If i want to schedule a service it tells me "Muy pronto" and stays like this , seems to be stuck on the web view it never loads.
its telling me my vehicle is running when its not and it won't refresh and I've done everything its told me to do for trouble shooting and nothing works
5/4/16- Well app was working, now we're back to the app showing that my car is running even when it obviously isn't. I force stopped the app and cleared the cache and it still showed it running. Logged out and back in to the app nothing changes. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still. shows car is on and my location from 3 days ago. C'mon Ford, do better.
What happened to Zone Lighting??? I liked being able to control the Zone Lighting from my phone. The new app has about as many options as a smart key fob.. Ford needs to add the old features or the option to access the previous version. Give me the option to control my Zone Lighting. I paid for it now let me access it on my phone. At least give me a response as to why you can't.
For some reason, app stopped working for my F150 4 days ago. Went to Ford website and followed what they recommended and one was to remove the vehicle and then readd it. Removed the vehicle now i can not readd my truck. Not sure why or how to get a hold of someone to assist with this on Fords end
purchased new 2024 escape. randomly worked from day one. coustmer service numerous times for hours on end. Ford dealership 3 separate times. (5 or 6 hours per visit) Each time the fixed only worked for a few days, then back to may or may not work. I gave up totally ! modem ? app? cell service ? No Ford technician could nail down the problem. Their solution, leave the car at dealership for an unspecified length of time and rent a car at my expense ! I have learned to live without it!
No dealerships can update anything on the app and they are not even equipped to do warranty inspections. Why pay extra for a warranty they don't even honor.
what a rubbish application. super slow and absolute bare bones limited features. do better ford!

Phone as a Key is highly unreliable. update: Phone as a Key is even less reliable than ever.
App has it's uses but recently, it goes into Battery Saving Mode after only 2 days and stops me accessing the remote commands. The battery on my car is new and keeps it's charge. Has the app changed it's settings to preserve the cars battery if car not used for only 2 days now ?

not sure what this is for other than a service planner. it also thinks my 2018 car is a 2017. useless app as far as i can see.

Never locks unlocks or remote starts location is way behind on updating. no real time. auto updates within the app always set to OFF no matter what I do. if I could rate a negative 10 I would. dealership had my car for 6 weeks to repair. worked great after that for 3 months and now back ro where we started
This app used to show a photo of my model of ute. Now it doesn't. It shows some other ute. A step backwards. Since the last update, the app no longer remembers the last vehicle that I accessed. Please fix.

Th app no longer has function to open the frunk or back hatch.
I drive a Mach E, so the app is necessary for scheduling when to charge, how much to charge to, etc. For the last ~ 6 months, the app has not updated the vehicle's status, thinking the car has been at 42% this entire time. I cannot adjust any settings such as departure times or charge level, as they time out before actually registering in the app. Quite annoying. The bright side is odometer readings, tire pressure, and phone-as-key still work.
my car is subject to an safety recall with no fix available yet, so why is it when I set the charge to 80% in this app, I look five minutes later and it's back to 100%? I have the location saved and also set to 80% but it's ignored every time, is it because there's more than one charger at the location?
