This has been my go to app since 2020. I don't need all the fancy stuff, I just edit my photos simply. I pay the annual fee and this doesn't expire until Nov of this year. Now it is pages of ads that somebody thinks is slick but it is just misleading. I'm moderately tech savvy and this is ridiculous. Forcing some to pay $20 more a year to use the same features (Structure, Clarify, HSL) they have used as a dedicated user of 6yrs shows how little you value loyal customers. So disappointed!
Please refund me!

had to commit 3 times o uninstall an app that I didn't consciously install. Keep on scaming, surely the world becomes a better place like this.

Be careful with subscription. they will screw you over. The app lies about how to cancel subscription. make sure they say its canceled in app and in Google. they will not offer any refund.
Too many advertisement and pop-ups (even on payed version), very annoying. Non professional.

conned into purchase. I took the free trial and was delighted with it so I subscribed. after the trial period I discovered that I have to pay an extortionate amount to be able to continue with such enhancements.
I have taken a subscription plan for Rs. 2399. But I have only received 100 credits. Either send me my plan money. Or give me a fixed amount of credit every day. cheating app. please refund my money
The subscription plan is ridiculous. It isn't easy to find how to cancel and honestly I wouldn't recommend for that fact alone. There are other better apps for the very high price. I'll use it because I am subscribed for who knows how long, but I wouldn't recommend.
I paid 5,000 PHP for this app, and what I got was only 200 credits, which is good for a few images. The images themselves are also not accurate and the quality is poor. For the price, this is extremely overpriced and not worth it at all. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
I did NOT sign up for this app and was charged $39.99 for a subscription without warning and can now not get a response from their "customer service".
You can tell this app is run by the same people who run our media and just about everything else. Majority of the things you type in to create, don't pass the "reviews". Trying to censor AI is crazy

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE my 10yr old used for a school project and didn't understand you need to cancel the trial, used my PayPal of my Google wallet. I saw email from them the day they charged me and automatically emailed them explaining what happened. He used a different email than mine. I have an account myself, the free one lol. I filed a dispute on PayPal and they continue to email me saying the can't refund me now it's up to PayPal!! They are lying and making it my fault.
Offered free trial but misled to subscribed for 1 year
why suddenly do I have to upgrade to PRO+ to use options I've been using for months/years????

It'll work
i downloaded this to clean up some video files, removing some unwanted background and such, but after 3 days, I've tried a good 10 times, and haven't gotten a single video done - every time i get one error message or another, but not a single video actually processed. For the price of this app that is ridiculous. UPDATE - they contacted me about fixing the issue, and I was prepared to change my review. But what they tried the first time didn't work, and they ghosted me after that.
am not sure 😕 just yet it seems like it is getting worse
