dont expect customer service to solve anything. even if you pay for the premium, they do not care.

This app steals money and will go in your account unauthorized with multiple charges.
Per their policy they state late fees can be waived if payment is made within 7 days but they will not honor their own policy. I made the payment two days after the due date and keep insisting it's not eligible for refund. the last customer service representative said they were escalating the Issue and never got back to me. terrible customer service with copy and paste answers.

Three accounts savings checking credit. there is 10 15 bucks in credit and savings but plaid or 4 decided to not pay attention to the 5k in my savings account. they issued a 200 dollar limit and woukdnt let me spend it unless I added another bank account to a Chinese cloud server...Sure lemme get right on that.
I am trying to cancel this and get my payments refunded because I can't use it. I can't get anyone though.
Not a bad app but late fees are high as hell. I lost my job. Off one transaction I owed $30 for missing 2 payments. Not worth it. If you need to use one of these apps, stick to Klarna, Afterpay, Zip, etc. bc Four is trash. Outside of that, just save for items instead of getting involved with companies like this one with scammer like qualities.

I have tried reaching out multiple times and Noone has emailed me back. I submitted a claim because part of my order was cancled and I have gotten rejected every time ive submitted a claim. its been 4 times. they have 0 customer service, but yet they respond to reviews.
Support is terrible. Can't get ahold of a real human. Their 'support' is just an ai bot that repeats questions. Annoying. And they respond just sending you to another bot.
no human customer service when you have an issue, no way to dispute an issue, and the AI chat bot is horrendous and just loops you through the same 3 prompts.
I added to banks and debit cards I paid for four+ and they took payment but could.not approve me for spending yet it was so easy for them to take my payment for the upgrade also it says that they can't change anything the system does all the approving so dumb !!

Do not use this app once you link bank account or even multiple ones. They stop you're shopping purchases. I've been approved for the maxed amount and they still deny every single purchase. I've always paid on time. Never missed a payment even paid early. Followed all guidelines and they still deny. I have great credit by way. do not purchase the monthly subscription to the four + once I did that, it started denying everything and charges, you a monthly fee 12.99 for account You cannot use!!!!!!
App keeps closing out of the browser before orders can be completed, which results in the card being rejected, yet will still charge your bank account or credit card.
they give you a spending limit (200) and getting a message saying --- with a red 0 --- low spending amount - unfortunately your account isnt approve to place any orders Please note that our support agents cant override the system decision ... I have all purchases off I don't owe anything so what's the purpose of giving a spending amount when it cant be used... however if I sign up for four + they will take the payment and still get the same saying above... Four doesn't deserve the 1 star
The first time I used it they were helpful with a purchase that was rejected. I was refunded immediately. I just used their service again and the number I had for them no longer works and I'm not able to cancel the payment and it has been processing for 4 days. Amazon canceled the order due to no funds on the card Four gave me to use with them.
Was given repeated confirmation that a debit card would not be charged and it is repeatedly charged. I have now had to reach out to support four times regarding this and have to continually add screenshots of past conversations because they insist they never happened.
This app is trash. Took money but didn't send order to the merchant. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau
Very deceiving. It was great when I started. Buy something, make 4 payments. it was great. used it for a long time faithfully. Came in handy when your struggling. Then out of nowhere they say you can't use it. The developer seems to think support helps you. "Support" does not get back to you. When support does get back to you they give you an answer to a question that you didn't ask. It's the same exact answer every time from every agent.

WARNING THIS ISNT A BUY NOW PAY LATER APP LIKE THEY FALSELY CLAIMED ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR A SUBSCRIPTION THAT I was scammed into getting because it states that the first payment wasnt due until next month and that there was a zero charge to start. not only that but their customer service is so terrible I cant get threw to anyone for help. I will be disputing the transacti on to my bank as well as reporting them for scamming and false advertising. (update:live chat SUCKS/doesntwork)
Horrible give you a spending limit that you CAN'T actually spend..... why am I approved for $2000 if I can only spend $200?!?!? I'm canceling my monthly premium which is horrific by the way! one year later and I still show a $2000 limit but have only been able to make a purchase for $180 this is bizarre and gives false pretenses!
