Make sure you NEVER get I'll and have to be placed on leave because FOUR has no way to remove all the fees that pile up after you told them you will have a hard time paying until you get back to work. it's ridiculous they have no way to removes those fees. I already paid what I actually owed and will be taking my time paying all the fees but I won't be using this anymore. Response: I already went to support before I left this review. No point in going back and forth wasting my time. Thanks

the app is junk. even getting into the system to add my bank account was a nightmare and then when I decided to screw it I was going to delete it it wouldn't let me delete the damn account junk
I am so disappointed with four. So disappointed. ive used them for the last two to 3 years and they were once phenomenal. dont fall for the scam of putting in your bank account once you do that it'll change your spending limit to 0 and they can't approve it right now. even though you know you have a high spending limit. ive called and left voicemails. emailed them chatted all of it and NOTHING. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY SUCK. I HOPE THEY GET SUED.

DON'T DO IT!! They tag on multiple late fees for each late payment...USURIOUS!! EXCESSIVELY HIGH!!, I'M SURE UNFAIR CONSUMER PRACTICE!! I'M REPORTING TO THE CFPB.gov!!
app is useless if you're ordering from Amazon, I'm sure FOUR knows that when you order multiple items from Amazon, the entire payment isn't taken at once, it'll take multiple transactions. No customer service in sight except the useless bot, meanwhile only a portion of my order was processed, and the remaining order continues to declined. Save yourself the headache use ZIP payment. I can't speak on ordering from other places, but for Amazon FOUR is useless!

I'm at Sam's club had a $37 purchase had a $40 four card they took the $10 down payment from my bank account and declined over and over. and then 1 to 3 days to refund my money. talk about ridiculous. and try talking to a human impossible.
very misleading. if the amount giving is my spending limit why is it saying a lower number then what the limit is. Thats so stupid. i understand that. with after pay and klarna your spend pay IS your limit. thats ridiculous. yall need to change that cause that was an inconvenience. update: i did more looking and this app is not it at all. misleading not clear on much,some sites dont work,it gives you 2 different limits. This is a mess. at this point will be deleting the app and my account. trash
No support. Approved for $60 even thought my "spending power" is $200. First purchase. Paid on time, decided to use it a few months later.... was approved for less, $40, minimum spend is $35. Ok... I made the purchase, "OoPs", takes my money anyways, the checkout is still there, claims it didn't charge my card... the Four card. I'm tired of half assed companies like you.
This app preys on the poor. They get your hopes up and as soon as you pay the minimum they add another 12 dollars. oh and don't bother asking for a refund. it's against their policy. oh and then every 3 weeks they are attempting to retract money from my to debit card..yes this was a nightmare
I was making payments and on time. one day i logged on and I had zero spending limit. everything paid, on time, used for a year... then boom zero credit. I am so heart broken. won't let me contacted chat bot for explanation. every number i Google I never get any answer. I pay the monthly subscription
horrible!!!! Customer service is a no show and they tell you to send email and I've done that multiple times and we are still here 7 months later and never received any kind of response.

everything I ordered it doesn't go through
useless app. approved for 500 and paid my first payment just for their card to decline. tried it on target and Amazon. no customer service, the chatbot just repeats itself. and I paid a subscription fee. Will be canceling and disputing this scam. use zip, klarna, after pay, or affirm, do NOT use Four. edit ITS CRAZY that they can reply to a review in a matter of minutes but have no live chat and their phone number just says "we dont handle problems over the phone. use our chat" which is a bot
Absolutely awful pay in 4 app! It will constantly falsely advertise your spending power, they'll charge you - without giving you access to the approved purchasing funds, and their customer service is non-existent. You can't speak with a human via chat, their number says that they don't help people by phone, and terms will always change. I recommend klarna instead. This app is a joke and a scam

This is a lying scam app. It approves you for a certain amount, has you sign up for their plus program to use your credit, and then immediately changes your approved amount to $0 and says "sorry, we can't approve this amount that's well below your approved spending limit, but add all your bank accounts to help increase your limit" yet, they had no problem taking money for a benefit you can't use. tried contacting support just for the app to freeze every time. do NOT recommend.
this app is very confusing they don't have a customer service number so if you have a issue you just have to figure it out on your own.
Absolutely terrible app. I deleted my old review because they made an automated response telling me to contact customer support on it. They do not offer customer support and that is the entire problem. Not only are all of their responses automated, but they take close to 48 hours to give an automated response. The in app chat feature also does not work. There are far better and more consumer friendly apps offering installment plans and literally everyone is better off using those than using this
don't recommend you have to pay extra just so you can shop bigger stores like Amazon Walmart target nope don't recommend
