Was given this as a gift. It worked fairly well for a couple of months but then started disconnecting. Now it doesn't connect to our wifi. Trying to reconnect but there is no keyboard to enter the password. I cannot see anywhere to get the keyboard back. I have uploaded many photos but will be back to square one if I have to restore the app. I can't add anymore photos without wifi or a keyboard. Not happy with what was a $300+ purchase.

it's a massive pain to upload photos. you HAVE to use the app but the app doesn't work. it crops, cuts , flips and does whatever it wants to your photos. if you select fit frame it will flip the photo to fit but not orient it correctly. waste of money. I bought a second one thinking the first one was faulty. but nope, they are designed and sold as faulty units. returning it today. they suck.
AVOID FRAMEO! Basic features locked behind subscription. From the app you have to pay to manage your pictures or add more than 10, pathetic cash grab from developers.
The app literally flips photos and doesn't let you adjust them back so that you have to pay. even if you took the photo at the right angle or edit it after, the app flips it. it makes no sense. worst app ever. it was a cheap gift I got but will would never buy this as a gift to anyone.
I purchased a frame from this company and it limited what I could do until I purchased a subscription to the app.
this app is completely useless unless you pay a subscription fee. complete rip off after already purchasing the product!
The free app is locked out of paid features. I paid money for a product, I'm not going to continue to pay money on an ongoing basis to use all of its features. Also never buying from this company again after realizing this.
wanted to 'edit' photos from my phone (fit to frame) the app doesn't have that option, so it's no use to me!
1. It shows notifications on the frame and you have to dismiss them manually. As a result most of the time you have a notification shown on the screen. Sucks. 2. You have to pay for basic features. 3. There is a white edge in addition to the frame itself. Looks stupid. Would not have bought the frame if I knew it had this white vintage looking edge. It looks like you stuck a photo that is to small into the frame. 4. It has no on/off button. You have to enter the on screen menu to turn it off.
used to have free features now there are paywalls
can't delete account. Frameo makes it close to impossible to stop photos from uploading, and trying to deleting an account is a complete fiasco! First, they make me type the word "delete" into a box; then I'm taken to another page thatrequires clicking a box that you understand you're deleting your account. But, the button that's necessary to actually delete the account is below the visible page, and the page won't scroll any farther on a huge Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra screen.

I can no longer share photos to my frame from Google photos. When I share a photo and select frameo, the app doesn't open. It has permissions to photos and videos. I've had this frame for over 2 years and I've never had this problem until now. I can only share photos within the app and the app only shows select photos from my gallery. Defeats the point of having this frame now. I've purchased and gifted 6 of these frames in the last two years and now mine is worthless.
I would have given this app four stars for sure when I first got it. But since the latest update it keeps trying to force you to update to "frameo plus" to get features that would be basic on other frames. For example, having videos longer than 15 seconds on your frame, now only on plus SEEING WHAT PHOTOS YOU HAVE ON YOUR FRAME should so obviously be a basic feature and was one of my main complaints about the frame well before this update. Never buying their frames again now
confusing how to add photos. and i keep sending them to the picture frame but it doesnt show theyve been sent. ive done this a bajillion times. would not recommend this product. the app sucks big time.

I have two frames and overall, they are okay. I recently upgraded to the paid version and since doing so have had issues with pictures splicing (two pictures half uploading into one picture). I have reached out to support and keep getting the same response "hard reset the frame". It is not a problem with the frame as it is happening on both of my frames, with the same pictures. It's the uploading/app having the issue. Very unhelpful and frustrating that the quality has gone down since paying.

I like the Frameo alot. The only thing is it only allows 29 pictures and says the unit is full. I might be wrong but I thought it could hold more than that.
It would be 5 stars if it didn't frequently disconnect from a high end WiFi. Most of the time, it's just annoying to see the message saying it's not connected to our Wi-Fi as a constant pop up over all pics. But it becomes a big deal when you can't upload more than a few pics to it before it says it's disconnected again.
