Frameo will not show pictures in my gallery of my phone when I have the gallery selected. When I am trying to send photos to my mother's frame, we got her for Mother's Day. I have deleted my account, un-installed the app numerous times, and I have tried getting a new code from the frame. I can only see photos that I have sent as text messages in my frameo gallery. There seems to be some sort of disconnect between Frameo and Samsung devices. I have made sure the permissions are allowed too
keeps crashing
I bought two frames a few years ago and set one up for myself and it has been perfect, easy to just send photos from my phone and enjoy. Now I'm trying to set up the second frame and the app is absolute garbage. The free 'version' doesn't even qualify as an app as there are no functions and the paid version is useless and needs access to all of your photos. Even with access the app is unusable; some pics show up, some don't, thumbnails only, no editing, etc. I don't recommend.
This frame was great. Unfortunately they got greedy and now you have to pay a subscription to view photos that are already on the frame from your app. This feature was previously included. Unbelievable companies still pull this stuff.
It is so ridiculous that you won't create this app for PC. 0/10 will not use
This app is clunky as hell. Whoever developed it needs to be fired.
paying for software after buying the product. what a scam
requires a subscription for real basic functions. who subscribes to a photo frame? madness.
I have a frameo and never had to pay anything monthly for it. I have a new frame and they want money to use it the way I want to. I finally cave in to pay and it doesn't work. Time to move in to something that works
This app stinks! ONLY ALLOWS YOU TO DOWNLOAD 5 pics from phone, and did not allow me to download pictures from my computer! I did all the steps using a USB stick and also tried using a USB from computer to Frameo and still did not allow!

started loading pictures. Loaded about 100 just fine. now no more will go through. Very disappointed in the quality for the $ spent. I've spent hours teoubleshooting...

I'm not a big fan of the limitation where I have to buy the the frameo+ to just add more photos or videos to something I've already purchased. it's taken me years to even use this thing because I'm tired of it looking at it, it was a gift. to give you an idea with 30 minutes and an hour of my time and one raspberry pi with the screen that comes with most kits you could do the same thing for free with zero limitations on anything and you won't be charged outside of buying raspberry pi & screen...
