i can't reset my password
log in problem I try to log in to my account. for a fews day but can't log in to it . and try to email them asking for help . not get anything back yet . its been fews days. . I send them email every day but no one answer or email me back . what should I do to contact them to fix my problem?? I been sending emails every day now. how to fix it .
It's not actually a bad app in principle. In practice the True Layer method to pay your bill is a nightmare and frequently fails. It really should not take over half an hour to pay the bill each month...
To be honest your website is a nightmare to many questions and to much information to give, it would be 100% easier if one could speak to an agent when speaking about account questions
not good you have made a mistake with the last payment however nobody seems to want to sort it out

I purchased items totaling £45 and was told by staff at Sports Direct that you can clear the balance with zero interest being applied, so I did, just a couple of hours after the purchase I cleared the debt in full so why are you trying to charge me £13.98 interest I raised a ticket disputing, you said you'd be back in touch in 7 days..... this was 3 weeks ago I raised another ticket adding the previous conversation with screenshots and nothing!!!! I AM NOT PAYING THE INTEREST, SORT IT OUT
Horrible,purchased a birthday gift from the app,paid £13 for next day delivery and 3 days later still waiting for it.
was with studio tried ordering from studio won't let me go any further to check out and to pay so frustrating

terrible app I've been with Studio for years no probs. Then Frasers took over. Since then nothing but bother trying to get on the app it's a nightmare.
Unable to redeem rewards on app. App asks for code and PIN but when redeeming, nomPIN is provided. Have been in conversation with the technical team about the problem. but still unresolved.
this app drive me nuts. your system is ridiculous. there is no facilities to reduce credit limit which you have put up twice now without my permission and after telling you NOT to increase it. the facilities to get help are slow and annoying.
its actually not a had app tbh.. how ever...i bought loads of stuff a few months ago. . and there ws an extra . at my email adress .iv tried multiple times to speak to some1 abt this. even manager in fraser told me to contact them. and I tried .and they wouldn't listen to me.or speak to me about this. im actually owed a couple hundred pounds from frasers as I didn't receive my orders..I have the order numbers here. .wrote down etc .but nope,,they've shown no interest, only interested in £ :(
absolutely horrendous. spent m0re time trying to rectify challenges that occurred, that make no sense.... not helpful in explanations either
dont get the app i got told to download it save money get discounts i bought some clothes thought i could pay for it that day at the store said ow you have to pa for it on the app so thought d it wen i get hone but forgot next went to pay for it there have added £14 interest on top disgusting wish i didnt get the app and paid on the day so dont get it anyone
thought direct debit was setup through the app. my advice is keep an eye on it or avoid all together if you don't want surprise fees
took over from studio didn't open account with frasers plus ridiculous interest charges not bought a thing this year at all yet balance hasn't went down due to monthly charges

seems intentionally obtuse to make a payment, most apps will just let you make a card payment. Advertises 0% which you do get but you have to go into the app to change the plan for it. not worth the discount.

get charged interest on a zero balance because you picked a payment plan and paid it off before it was up

Poor. Asks you to enter pass code. I thought I forgot it. I reset it and it still says pass code incorrect. I'm contacting the financial ombudsman as others have had this same problem.
I would give Frasers 0 stars if I could. They are rip off merchants and all their processes are designed to trap you and cause you to pay more charges and interest. Their behaviour and processes should be illegal. Disgusting. Avoid. Scammers.

Be careful, charge interest if not set up properly. Doesn’t tell you your proper balance & details how much you owe. Must be just me but its confusing. Not enough information.

Same experience as below set up an account and havnt been able to log in. I now have a mark on ny credit file for an account iv set up and cant even access. SHAMBLES Thank you for the response I have contacted live chat multiple times and nothing has been done.
As others have said enter my details nothing works reset password the. Stuck in a loop, absolutely useless
asking me to update and it puts me through to play store that hasn't got an update and just shows uninstall or open so now I wont be able to pay what I owe
