Avoid! Avoid! Avoid at all costs. Customer service 0! After wasting time chatting to bots you are directed to an 'agent' who responds two days later without providing solution to issue. App is not working , can't access it. They said check update and I informed them everything is date ...next was silence. Now I have to close my account and the story is getting confusing asking for confirmation of date of birth?????? Please honestly speaking avoid this app.
my account was switched from studio to fraisers. they said they emailed me about the change which I did not see so they did it anyway without my authorisation. They put all the interest on to my balance, when I make over payments, they dont apply it to the balance. You are told you can change the payment plan but its not easy to find and you are still paying lots of interest. They then reduced my limit. I'd steer clear of this company. once I pay my off my balance, I will be closing the account.
don't use this company, confused everything, you can't call them and they charge you interest even after you clear your balance.

I was told in Sports Direct that if I spent over £50 and paid with this app, I’d get 40% off next purchase. Seemed simple enough, so I went for it instead of just paying cash. Only after paying did they tell me the “discount”would arrive within 30 working days, after the return period expires. That’s not what was advertised at all. And surprise-I never received any discount. On top of that, my £53 purchase ended up with an extra £25 in interest through the app. Completely misleading.

My finger print always says wrong pin no matter what I try Samsung S26 Ultra. pin works fine everytime

Would give app ZERO stars as it is so USELESS. Sometimes accepts my fingerprint login but most times I have to login using my passcode. App keeps crashing & comes up with error messages & to 'retry'. Just set up a Direct Debit & it crashed. Had to log back in to see if it worked - but can't see where it tells me a DD has been set up!! App isn't intuitive & badly laid out. Needs to be re-thought & redesigned. HORRIBLE - but not as horrible as trying to get the Fraser Plus application completed!
Seems like an unreliable shopping option - my credit limit was decreased without notice for no reason, without notice, and I had no negative balance. Manipulators. AVOID!
My account doesn't make any sense. it doesn't show any items I returned, so I don't know how much I have paid off other than what you say I have paid off.

customer service is appalling messaged a week snd half in advanced to arrange a payment at a later date as I knew I wouldnt have the money, its been over 2 weeks since the enquiry sorted and nibidy did anything and kept being passed from person to person, and getting a r3sponse about 2-4 days apart from my almost instant responses, so i complained. and got a response:"I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. I can confirm you have an active complaint, please allow up to 56 days..." a joke.
How is this app overall rating 3.6 when most reviews are 1. i have given it 1 as well. Dreadful company tried to setup for weeks keeps saying we are checking your credentials and will get back to you within 48 hours 2 weeks now and nothing. What is the point of all this setup if you cant get the basics right. Im giving up now and wont bother to use it or buy anything in future from frasers, no wonder all the stores have closed. Not impressed.
don't bother with them, once it moved from studio pay to Frasers plus the interest shot right up. feels more like a scam now.

all good and amazing when offering credit but as soon as it comes close to your payment date everything stops working. My payments are to be paid tomorrow and now when i try logging into the app my biometric login has an error and for some reason it doesnt allow me to use my passcode and when i click on reset code i get an email that directs me to a webpage where its asking me to download the app. I tried logging in through the web page and its an endless loading screen. Dreadful!
What a rip off. Had a refund and not showing. Plus opted for interest free and been put on a payment plan and charged interest. Add that to the £10 delivery and £10 return as the items were no longer needed because they arrived late despite paying extra for next day delivery.
My god, this app is ridiculous. i can't update details, asks you a question about your account and when you come off chat you can't return to the previous one. Infuriating
I have been trying for weeks to get into this app. Apparently, my password is wrong (although I haven't changed it), If I follow the instructions to reset, I don't receive the link, which allows me to change it. I've even changed my email address with Frasers, and still, it doesn't work. I'm am currently locked out of the account, and it seems no one can help me to get back in. I now have a redundant account, which I am unable to use. if I could give 0 stars I would.
this company is fraudulent, Set up a direct debit for this month but didn't take. had a terrible time last month trying to pay the account numbers they give you my payment keep coming back to my account, finally they gave me another bank account but charged me for late payment. the exact same thing again this month, what a nightmare
it's ridiculous, even after setting up dkrect debit, they haven't deducted amount, later i have paid and didn't gone through from their end and they are now charging me for late fees.. not recommended...
absolute scam, was forced to sign up for monthly payments in order to get a 10% discount with no direct debit set up. ended up paying around £30 late payment fees on a £63, item 😡😡😡😡😡😡

getting bills to pay interest on an account with balance saying zero is unacceptable and to happen for a second time after being sorted their end is worse.

A terrible customer service. I tried to make a payment which was never taken and then I'm hit with late payment fees. Impossible to get in touch with someone on the phone to resolve my issue. Very frustrating service. I will not be using Frasers again.
this app is the most complicated app I've ever used, very difficult to understand, it's a nightmare, im closing my account down and going back to shopping in store, it's a shame I cant leave zero stars.

Dreadful... impossible to contact them . The "live chat" isn't "live", it's with a bot that doesn't put you through to a human and tells you to wait five days for a response!!! It also limits you to only asking questions about specific things, meaning you can't be directed or ask questions about what the actual problem is. It's laughable that some of the responses to other reviews tell the reviewer to contact them on Live Chat, as it's impossible to do so!!!

Absolute rubbish , could not log on , in a continual loop of :- continue your application and download the app , then a blank screen , delete app - then in same loop again , this is just trying to open the app!! , what must it be like to use and pay I dread to think - in the time I have spent messing around I have used up any cost saving from using the app - so dont bother - ps the agents are rubbish , no help , just replying with minimal information to say so quiery has been dealt with!
Terrible app. On my very first attempt to log in today it says there's been too many attempts and I'm blocked.
