I can log in on the website, so my info that I am putting in is correct, but the app doesn't move past the log in page. I just tried the "Developer Contact" email on this page and it came back as undeliverable! Apparently this app really is garbage and they don't care at all!

Absolutely terrible app experience. The app said a product wasn't available at our local restaurant, but I was able to go in and order it. We also had issues with going "back" a step because the app would outright close instead of backing out from the product that was allegedly "not available" at our location. I had to open the app multiple times, and every time I did, I nearly chose to go to a completely different restaurant instead. Freddy's is not worth the headache, or the price per portion.
freddys app is quite literally useless. good luck doing anything. cant make an order cuz it wont find my preset location. signing in is a hassel. im sure theres more but im uninstalling for good its been this way for years

The most horrific customer experience I've ever seen for a fast food restaurant in my entire life. Nasty.
customer service is impossible to find. the app changed to delivering from a place an hour away. I'm told to call the shop to cancel, the phone number provided is disconnected. I have a shop very close by and I have no idea why it would decide to change it to a restaurant so far away

Love the convince of ordering from my phone and accumulating points.
app = pure garbage.
The app deleted my username, so i can't claim it. It occurred twice upon my arrival at Free Burgers. there are reports from several individuals indicating an inability to log in. I just deleted the app and move on to another fast-food
cant order ahead because it doesnt save side selections on combos
Very frustrating login/logout processes. It doesn't keep me logged in, and doesn't pull up saved login information. The host site is something other than Freddy's so it's difficult to find in saved passwords too. Banking apps aren't even this hard to get into.

I'm having a couple of issues. I try to log in but it says wrong email or password. try to reset and it sends me a response of the link is unsafe. possible hackers situation.

no matter how many updates go out this app has always been trash for 2 years. I eat here every week and not once have I gotten my points. it wont let me login and even on your website you cant log in. I have reset passwords and tried everything. luckily the food is great but I feel like Im getting robbed of points
I'm copying and pasting the new password I made 30 seconds ago and it says username or password is wrong. There is just no way it's wrong. Either Freddy's hates my privacy and security, or they just want me to go to Culver's.
Edit: I'm officially done with Freddy's. Uninstalled broken & useless app. Freddy's is now dead to me. Too many other places more deserving of my family's business. App is now broken and inoperable. logs you out and can't log in. uninstall & reinstall does nothing. what the hell is with all these companies and their tech departments lately. HELLO??.... ANYBODY THERE?? Y'ALL AWAKE?? Still in business? do you even WANT business??

hey uh, your app has bugs that need fixing, but I cant find a report system. if you need someone to clean up the UX/UI, they're everywhere on LinkedIn.
Absolutely cannot sign up. I Click on Name and it takes me to a black screen. Same for other required fields.

It used to work fine but they've done something that forced a log out and log in doesn't work anymore. You enter your email it doesn't appear on the form and you're stuck unable to log in to the app. Great...

Doesn't work, can't even place an order.
It's a decent app, but it doesn't give you the option for adding extra of a particular ingredient. My wife usually likes extra pickles and mustard on her burger and there's no option for extra.
the app keeps crashing and then won't let me log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It's great when it does work though.
As much as I like Freddy's food, this is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used that still functions. Pressing the back button on the phone exits the app, even if you're browsing an item. You can't view prices until you start an order at a location, but you can't do that until you try to add an item to your bag. The in-app feedback form serves only to frustrate people into leaving, and the fact that these issues have existed for years tells me they have no interest in fixing them.
Still the worst app for successfully logging in to your account. Password was correct, but had to change it twice just for the app to let me in and not INSIST "invalid password." so tired of using this app. There's always a problem with it.
