Just a poor experience overall and not worth the money.
i tried this app because i saw the image on decathlon site but they made me type in a bunch of infos and references then immediately asked me to subscribe. i clicked return and they made me input in another bunch of infos then ask me to subscribe again. what a waste of time
They have stored my credit card details and charged me an annual renewal fee. I challenged it immediately as soon as the payment was taken. They have refused to refund me, claiming the request was made after 14 days (not true) and have deleted my account. They are not responding to my emails requesting a refund and queries about why my card details were stored when the app was not used for a year
this app of course is not FREE....

app crashing when starting a workout. unusable at the moment
great workouts but the trainings are not made for individuals just for everyone thats lean, i put in all my data and it recommended all the trainings I am physically and equipment wise not able to perform... i unselected low bars and dont have more than 15 min of workout yet it recommended 70+ minutes and only low bars awful awful awful filtering! great single workouts this app is just a pamphlet with videos to showcase how to do each exercise
very little is free about this app. deception as a model is pathetic and should not be supported. the plans range from 30$ too 100+$. it is not worth the time or money
This is a scam. Nothing is free. They just extort information and offer free but there is nothing free
I’ve been a loyal user of Freeletics for over 2 years, but I am beyond disappointed with their predatory renewal practices. They automatically charged me for a full year without any prior warning, and when I contacted support immediately to cancel, they flat-out refused a refund.

They bundle marketing emails without opt-in. This is against EU GDPR rights, please anyone who has a little free time, report them, thanks.
Predatory subscription model - They send you no emails notifying you that an annual bundle will auto renew and then say there's nothing they can do about it when you try to refund.
I have to be honest - I find this app quite frustrating. The workout plans don’t feel logically structured, and it often adds exercises or weights that don’t make sense. When I try to adapt a workout, it replaces exercises with alternatives that aren’t related, which breaks the flow of the session. Overall, it feels like the app lacks a clear understanding of how to properly structure a training programme. i would love to change a dumbell from 12.5kg to 15kg but nope. not possible 🙄

This app is a scam. No refund payment! I did not use it at all but still got charged for a year. Also, customer service does not respond, only a.i. respond (Carl). After I contacted him again ...no response. Cancellation must be in 14 days from starting so not to get charged next year!!!

Nicht nur dass es eine der schlimmsten Abo-Fallen überhaupt ist, der Kundenservice ist schon fast kriminell schlecht. Nachdem ich das erste Mal meine Kündigung verpasst habe, schrieb ich dass ich es nicht mehr nutze mein Abo daher kündige und gerne mein Geld zurück hätte. Geld zurück gab es natürlich nicht. Dann ein Jahr später wird mir wieder Geld abgebucht obwohl ich gekündigt hatte. Und jetzt ein drittes Mal? Kundenservice nach Wochen des Wartens: Du hast bestimmt für einen Freund bezahlt.
I'm working out consistently for almost 20 years and I have used multiple similar apps. I received a free subscription and I decided to try out this one. This is confusing and utterly limiting. I can't add my activities in the equation ( basketball cycling etc) I have to pick the weights and plates in my gym ( seriously? )I can't even go back to reset my initial options during setup. Maybe I'm missing something but this has been one of the most frustrating experience with such an app.
it turned out to be a money scavenging app. if you renew your subscription just for one day, they still charge you a full year and do not offer refund even if you cancel the subscription, hiding behind user agreement. be very careful before subscribing. think twice.

This app is fairly average amongst many available. I deleted the app fairly quickly. However, they renewed my (expensive) annual subscription after a year without warning, not giving me a chance to amend or cancel. Bot responses to my requests for a refund give the standard negative response citing those T&Cs you don't notice when signing up. As the subscription isnt managed by google or direct debit its easily forgotten. Steer clear unless you are hyper organised with your payment schedules.
Most complicated app ever. How do you delete a workout??
so far not enjoying it at all. done one lower body workout. no sound. the countdown sounds bad and not even match well with the video. no option to auto jump to next excersies. need to tap. i got it for free with my revolut but deffenitly wouldn't pay for this app. so far very poor experience
be very careful before spending money in this app, especially if you have pixel 9. because they never optimized it well, so it's impossible to leave feedback, it's just always stuck. also quite often it fails to simply download a video for the exercise. I've been using it for quite a while, so cannot recommend it because of these issues
Mit der App bin ich zufrieden aber der Kundenservice hat stark nachgelassen. Nachdem ich wie jedes Jahr das Abo verlängern wollte und nach einem Rabatt fragte (hatte sehr viele Jahre ein Abo) erhielt ich eine nichtssagende Antwort. trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen erhielt ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Auch ein 'nein' auf meine Anfrage hätte ich akzeptiert aber diese Art finde ich sehr befremdlich, insbesondere bei einem langjährigen Kunden. dann halt kein Abo mehr.
The coach subscription is not worth the money. It doesn't create persoalised workouts it will just give you to choose from some generic workouts depending on your goals. You can find better free workouts on other apps.

For me this app is overly complicated. When you want to just train,.you need to use an app, list you equipment,.select a workout. This alone costs 30+ minutes from my life. If I train I want to train and not bending over my smartphone once again.
