Update: They apologized but did nothing to resolve this. 🙄 My last orders have been atrocious. One order from April 10th apparently got lost in the mail and for some reason they keep having to reprint it and the delivery date keeps getting pushed back. It now says delivery June 15. So over 2 months since ordering. Also the AI chatbot is useless- I requested an email back from a real person at the company awhile ago and have heard nothing back. Impossible to get real help with my order.

Talk about disappointed AND embarrassed.

I put in an order at the beginning of the month there AI program said they have not printed the picture yet. Now there saying over a month before I get my picture. Its a rip off. I bought extra picture too. Go to Walmart you can walk out with the picture the same day!
Always expect your prints to be delivered late. I gave them too many chances because I thought their service might have improved. I made sure all the info was complete, including the unit number and buzzer code, but there are always issues with delivery. When you reach out to customer service, you only receive generic responses, and you have to wait several days before becoming eligible for a reprint. By the time the reprint arrives, it is already past the time the prints were needed.
The prints never showed up.
my prints got lost in the mail 6 times 💔
very disappointed ordered my pictures April 20 and haven't received yet ,now it says lost in transit if I want my pictures reprint so another week or more🙄😡😠🤬
horrible app. I used it twice and one of my packages never even arrived and I had to keep asking for it to be reshipped which sucks. I don't understand why it takes so long when it's based in Canada and i literally live there in toronto.
always late, never on time. when I started using this service it was great! they arrived on time almost always, and if they didn't, they would arrive within 2 days of the date they estimated. since I moved, the pictures I order have been arriving WEEKS after they say they should arrive! it's always a guessing game and I've had to have multiple orders reprinted because they don't arrive at all! very upset with this service. wish they would get here on time...
I heard about this app and thought of trying it out. I also placed an order and paid for a big print. Later on I was notified that I am eligible for 10 free small prints, so I thought of trying. Fortunately the order I paid for arrived. But the 10 smaller free prints never arrived. I feel highly doubtful now for giving this app access to my phone gallery and my personal pictures.
scam. they indicate a guaranteed delivery date when ordering, as soon as the order is submitted the delivery date almost doubles. then you wait and nothing comes. so you talk to them, and they feed you BS. weeks later no pictures and they are no longer responding to emails. guess I'll call Visa I read some of the 5 star reviews here, honestly they sound fake/bought. don't trust them avoid this scam photo service
