always late, never on time. when I started using this service it was great! they arrived on time almost always, and if they didn't, they would arrive within 2 days of the date they estimated. since I moved, the pictures I order have been arriving WEEKS after they say they should arrive! it's always a guessing game and I've had to have multiple orders reprinted because they don't arrive at all! very upset with this service. wish they would get here on time...

Fortunately the order I paid for arrived. But the 10 smaller free prints never arrived. I feel highly doubtful now for giving this app access to my phone gallery and my personal pictures.
scam. they indicate a guaranteed delivery date when ordering, as soon as the order is submitted the delivery date almost doubles. then you wait and nothing comes. so you talk to them, and they feed you BS. weeks later no pictures and they are no longer responding to emails. guess I'll call Visa I read some of the 5 star reviews here, honestly they sound fake/bought. don't trust them avoid this scam photo service
I heard about this app from tiktok. Everybody was saying how good it was so I wanted to try it from myself. I ordered a few prints and waited for them to arrive since it said it to would take 5 days. To my suprise, it never showed up!! :( I even waited past the due date and it still didn't arrive. I tried to refund my order and get my money back, but it says I couldn't. When I tried to get help, it led me to an AI assistant.... the AI didn't even answer my questions correctly and loaded slowly.
don't order from free prints unless you want your stuff not to show up on time or not at all. it's called "free prints" yet I paid $10 for my prints (which isn't even the biggest issue) my issue is why am I spending my money for the pictures to be late and not show up. waste of time and money. do not use free prints
They'll take your money, that's about it. Customer service is AI and will tell you anything to get you to piss off. It won't create a case and send it to a human, it won't process a refund but it will tell you it did. This is a scam disguised as free prints. I'd give it 0 stars if I could
I used this once to print out a screenshot,now I have to pay for shipping. this isn't free prints, this is pay prints
is not free, false advertising! also it won't accept my address and makes it go to a different street. nope. scam.
I wish that we can have free prints every month
