i ordered coasters on February 17th and have had to request 2 reprints so far due to the packages going missing. the ai chat bot has verified my address multiple times and none of the orders have tracking numbers on them. so frustrating that this has been going on for over a month with no additional support beyond "I can request a reprint" from a bot.

You can't do any edits to the photos after uploading. Not even the basics. You can't shift, zoom in or out any of the photos within a frame.
